Some of them do say 1 hour parking so watch out for that. My husband, some friends, and I went here to see Marty Supreme. The lobby feels a little dated. It was being your own bucket day at the theater, and I was very excited to get to use my Taylor Swift bucket!! The people who helped us were nice. I got a popcorn, Diet Coke, and Red Vines. The Red Vines were incredibly stale. Other than that everything was good. The seats in the theater are the luxury loungers so they recline, and I love it!! The seats in our theater also had seat heaters, which were an added bonus! Overall, it was a pretty good experience.

I asked if they could print my tickets (since other Cinemarks I've gone to, once the tickets are scanned, they can't be printed. So I make sure to ask before getting them scanned) and they said yes but mumbled something afterwards. When I asked what they said, they replied they were "just complaining about their workplace" It was just an odd first impression. The popcorn was good, and they had a deal for National Popcorn Day where you could bring your own tub for $5. Unfortunately, they have the soda machine that uses one nozzle for multiple drinks, so the soda never tastes quite right. The theater itself was clean and well kept. The employees at the concession stand were also very friendly and polite.

They have the Coca Cola freestyle machines. The Diet Coke brew was good. The imax theater doesn't have lounger chairs, but it was still pretty comfy. The handrails did sort of block the screen, so I wouldn't recommend the aisle seats. Overall it was a good experience.

Welp, I'm officially a Cinemark girl…read more I've been a big Megaplex go-er since the COVID era. I've racked up quite a few points because I see a movie with friends almost every Sunday. But we went to their competing theatre this week and it may have put the nail in Megaplex's coffin. Out of the last 8-9 movies I've seen, they have had kettle corn available only once. And it literally tasted burnt. The kid said, "Oh yeah, we ran out of sugar..." And the other times they just said, "We don't have any." On our last visit, we saw quesadillas were back on the menu so we ordered one. NOPE. The kid said, "Our grills aren't hot..." My friends and I are kettle corn people. We don't go for the buttered popcorn like everyone else. And now that it's consistently unavailable, we will indulge in our sweet and salty delight elsewhere. On top of that, the new app doesn't show your loyalty rewards points. So yeah, not loving what Megaplex is(n't) offering.

They regularly check and clean the restrooms. I like the photos of movie stars along the walls. This is a typical Cinemark quality theater. The location is part of the Jordan Landing. There are so many shops here and you have a wide pick of what restaurant you would like to eat at either before or after the show. We went for an 8:00p showing and spent about 5 minutes looking for a parking spot. The lot was packed with a few of us trolling around for a spot, so keep that in mind. 5* = A top favorite. Mind-blowing good. I will definitely return and I will go out of my way to go here. Worth every dime of my money. 4* = Outstanding. Top-tier. Some elements not quite as good as it gets, but it still is worthy of my regular business. 3* = Good experience. I might do repeat business if it is convenient, the only option, the only one in its category, or on a whim, but would not be among the first thing to come to mind. Would definitely recommend you trying it to get your own take on it. 2* = Not so good. Would not recommend at all. Waste of money. 1* = How are they still in business? Stay away at all costs!

Movie popcorn is always a must for me and I was super disappointed about my popcorn. Even my refill was the same. no one wants the small pieces of popcorn. It was the left over crap from the bottom of the popcorn machine. Do you train your workers to give the small crap to refills?? Why be cheap when you are making a huge profit off popcorn, drinks, and candy?

I purchased 3 tickets about a week ago for my wife and I to go see SpiderMan with my brother in law for his birthday. He started a new job the day before the movie and his new schedule prevented him from going with us. I was told we could get his ticket refunded by a friend. I called in to the customer service line wanting to ask a live representative if that was even an option and what details I would need to know about before continuing. The system kept pushing me towards the AI, so I gave it a chance. It asked me to confirm the total amount I wanted refunded ($23.01 for three tickets) seeing as it didn't give an option to refund just the one ticket. That sounded ok, I would just purchase two more new tickets and it would work out. After the AI confirmed the refund, it told me the online fees were non-refundable... Well, I wouldn't have continued if I knew that... I called again and pushed through to a live representative line to see if we could reverse what had just been done. I was told all lines were busy and I would get a call back. It didn't even give me an option to wait... I finally got a call back the next day and the person on the other end of the phone was mumbling so badly I couldn't understand 50% of what they were saying. I kept telling them that, but they just went quiet (it felt like they were just waiting for me to get sick of this sub par encounter and hang up on my own). Finally after the third time of me saying I couldn't understand them, they hung up on me. I called back (upset at this point) and had to request another call back. Talia called me back and I could understand her (which is what I would expect a bare minimum), but she didn't offer any help. She kept telling me online fees were non-refundable (which I understand for the one ticket I wanted refunded), but I thought it unreasonable to expect me to pay 5 online ticket fees for 2 tickets we are actually going to use. I asked for a supervisor to see if anything more creative could be done like a company credit for the unnecessary ticket fees we have had to pay double for (I still wanted to see if there was a way we could salvage this encounter so that I would want to come back in the future) and she said he was out at lunch. No "he'll call you back as soon as he's available" or "there might be another manager available, let me check", none of that. The movie experience at theaters has been largely a disappointment since Covid times and experience for me confirmed that they (at least Cinemark) is willing to burn any customer loyalty bridges that remain over any amount of money.
