It was being your own bucket day at the theater, and I was very excited to get to use my Taylor Swift bucket!! The people who helped us were nice. I got a popcorn, Diet Coke, and Red Vines. The Red Vines were incredibly stale. Other than that everything was good. The seats in the theater are the luxury loungers so they recline, and I love it!! The seats in our theater also had seat heaters, which were an added bonus! Overall, it was a pretty good experience.

So I make sure to ask before getting them scanned) and they said yes but mumbled something afterwards. When I asked what they said, they replied they were "just complaining about their workplace" It was just an odd first impression. The popcorn was good, and they had a deal for National Popcorn Day where you could bring your own tub for $5. Unfortunately, they have the soda machine that uses one nozzle for multiple drinks, so the soda never tastes quite right. The theater itself was clean and well kept. The employees at the concession stand were also very friendly and polite.

Welp, I'm officially a Cinemark girl…read more I've been a big Megaplex go-er since the COVID era. I've racked up quite a few points because I see a movie with friends almost every Sunday. But we went to their competing theatre this week and it may have put the nail in Megaplex's coffin. Out of the last 8-9 movies I've seen, they have had kettle corn available only once. And it literally tasted burnt. The kid said, "Oh yeah, we ran out of sugar..." And the other times they just said, "We don't have any." On our last visit, we saw quesadillas were back on the menu so we ordered one. NOPE. The kid said, "Our grills aren't hot..." My friends and I are kettle corn people. We don't go for the buttered popcorn like everyone else. And now that it's consistently unavailable, we will indulge in our sweet and salty delight elsewhere. On top of that, the new app doesn't show your loyalty rewards points. So yeah, not loving what Megaplex is(n't) offering.

I showed up at the theater and realized I never got an email with my ticket info. I brought this up to the guy at the ticket counter and he looked me up and said there was no record of tickets being purchased with the card I gave him. I showed him the charge on my card and he said " oh it looks like it's still pending, cinemark must have not accepted payment and it can take up to 10 days for them to reverse it. This was wild to me. So they took my card when I paid online but then supposedly decided to decline it and not say anything? The guy was nice enough to at least get me the tickets without paying again, but when choosing my seats, the two seats I reserved were x'd out. And they were the only seats even reserved in the whole theater. Very clearly from my purchase the day before. I then went ahead and repurchased all my snacks. 3 days later, the original charge from Sunday literally cleared on my card... so my card wasn't ever declined. What kind of system is this? Whatever happened I'm certain I will never be ordering movie tickets directly through the cinemark website ever again

Yay they are now open. I've never been here before, so I didn't know what to expect…read more First thing I noticed was how clean the lobby was. Staff was welcoming, and very nice. We walked right in, and didn't have any problems with our ticketless ticket on my phone. No waiting in line for the concession stand either. They do have a food delivery service, but I'm not sure if they are still delivering food since covid. I would never use this service anyway. It's just easier to get your popcorn, and head for your movie. Pretty fast and easy. (I'm not sure I would like the interruption of food delivery while watching a movie.) Theater is on the smaller size, and are practicing social distancing when buying tickets. I actually like this idea, and wish they would keep it after the threat of covid is over, if it ever is. When choosing your seats the computer "blocks" out seats next to you, on either side, so that no one other than who is in your "party" will be seating next to you. Individual screening rooms are on the small size as well, However, the seats are large comfy lounge seats that lean back with drink holders on the side. When the movie started my grandson covered his ears waiting in anticipation of the promo, at most movie theaters, that promote the very loud sound systems. I don't know why they do that, because it is very loud. I tried to get his hands away from his ears, but he wasn't having it. It wasn't until after all the previews, and not until the movie started, that he took his hands away from his ears. I don't know if it was because of the movie we saw, or if it's because they don't have the speaker system of other movie theaters, but the sound was perfect. Not to loud, that you have to worry about loosing your hearing. All in all a pleasant evening.

The auditorium had recliner seats and each one had a small table and cup holder. The room and each seat was very clean and wiped down. The bathrooms were clean. The concession stand offered popcorn (regular and gourmet packs), hot dogs, nachos, and an assortment of candy. They offered the stand array of beverages you would see at any theater. My only gripe is that the theater should have all items ready when they open. I came to an 11am showing and they only had Dorito nachos and gourmet popcorn available to eat.
