Portion sizes for the lunch specials weren't bad, but less than years past. Food quality was also much lower this time around. Rice was dry, hardly any meat in the entrees. On the bright side the chicken teriyaki was actually pretty good. But they made my entree so spicy I couldn't even eat it really, this after me asking for it to be mild due to a medical condition. Also, it seems like a whole new staff in there, so not sure if there has been another change of owners since we last went. Either way, this place is now on my "do not go" list. Seems like it's more a place for bar flies to hang out than a restaurant now. Which is fine for some, but not a place I want to spend my money at. Kind of sad really, cause it used to be good. As another reviewer pointed out, if the place is that much of a mess, makes you wonder what is going on in the kitchen.

I wanted to share one of the entrees with my friend, so I ordered the most expensive version on the menu, assuming it would come with a side of white rice. But no. I got a big plate of General's Chicken that was big enough for two, but no rice. Turns out there is a cheaper option: "The White Rice Special," where the entree comes with rice (you know, like every Chinese restaurant used to do). I should've gone with that.
