Came here because my check engine light came on , on and he let me know it was my spark plugs and coils but that it was too much work for him to do today because he was closing at 12 and that I should come back Monday morning. They did a basic tune up - new spark plugs etc - and everything is running well. The owner even said I didn't need some things I asked for. Did it same day. I didn't price shop but it seemed in the ballpark, though maybe the higher end of ballpark. But it was fast and car runs great and they seemed trustworthy. read more

I had a $17.95 Meineke oil change coupon valid for this location. Man in charge flatly says he does not honor the coupon. Says he loses money at that price and the price is $25. I'd made an appointment to get an oil change and new brake pads, as it had been a while since both had been serviced. The manager inspected the brakes and asked me who said they needed new pads, so I told him I just figured they needed replacement. He said they looked fine to him. Not sure how many other places would have told me I didn't actually need something, when I thought I did. A refreshing bit of honesty and decency that was much appreciated. read more

Brought my car in to have mufflers welded in. They called and said the car was ready. Went to go pick it up and the car didnt even make it 50 feet out of the parkinglot without breaking down. Car was perfect before they put their hands on it. Later discovered there was a CLAMP on my FUEL LINE. Removed the clamp and off it went. Of course after I had it towed and spent time diagnosing the issue. Couldnt even own up to a simple mistake of leaving it on. read more

Had an appointment for an oil change. Arrived and tried to use a coupon for $19.99 conventional oil change (up to 5 qrt). They told me they can't use this coupon because my Camry 4drs uses more oil and an different filter and all that BS!!! Sir, it is a 2007 Camry. I have done hundreds of oil changes on it. He even tried to use the nice line 'I will give you a $10 discount, it will be $29.99. You know what FU, I took my coupon and told them I'm good. Thank you! If you not going to valid a coupon, that's fine but don't lie to your customers by BSing them. People please before going to this location please check prices elsewhere before committing because very likely you are being overcharge by this shady ownership. read more

They have always been straight and honest folks. They'll tell you how long it'll take and always Friendly. Last time I went back I brought my new used Car. It was shaky and thought it needed serious repair. I brought to a few other stores and then to Meineke. They told me the tires needed inflating. Two stars because my first experience (oil change) was amazing with a gentleman I believe was named Cliff. Honest, nice guy, great prices was in and out. My second experience was with another gentleman, I do not recall his name. Priced me $300 for a repair on my muffler. Brought it to another shop and they said they could fix the problem for $50. $50 later problem solved. My biggest thing is honesty with automotive shops and this price difference just rubbed me the wrong way. I would recommend them for minor details such as oil change, but anything more might be overpriced. read more

I have been going here since I moved to the area. First, you won't get a better price on an oil change and second, they take the time to get to know you and value your patronage. The waiting room is nothing special, it's an auto repair shop. I have an older car with high mileage and have had to bring it in for real work a couple of times. Cliff, the co-owner, has been upfront and communicative throughout the whole process. When unexpected problems or additional work comes up they immediately bring me up to speed and discuss my options. Any time the price changed due to additional parts/labor they have worked with me to bring it down, I never feel like they are trying to get over on me. These guys are up for a challenge. I am particular about the work done on my car. They let me bring in my own parts and supplies for them to install, and they never complain about it. Cliff at the front desk is friendly and accommodating of my needs. John is a capable mechanic who figures out how to deal with tricky problems. I've had them install suspension parts, install new brakes/rotors, oil change, tire rotation. Professional and affordable. They now have a OBDII machine and can do state inspections. read more

I've been taking my Honda Accord here for several years and have always been satisfied with the price and service. They don't try to sell you anything you don't need. The place is small, the waiting room isn't much, but, who cares about that? There are four or five other nearby car service shops that I've used from time to time, but I like this one the best.
