Before leaving he advised us to buy a new furnace (we were shocked) Told us he was in a hurry to go to a party. We didn't know anything about boilers but knew it wasn't sounding right after the service. We called our normal company who couldn't get to us for awhile. The furnace sounded like it was ready to explode. Our company said he was careless and did not do and complete his job right. Somehow they even tricked my elderly parents into buying a new furnace. Stay away from this place! Our company has it back up and running after finishing what this guy started.

I continued to use them for service and had an issue my water heater leaking due to high pressure in the boiler which would indicate that the water heater needed to be replaced . The technician decided to try to replace the relief valve and the boiler continued to leak. I call them back and someone did come and said they should have released the pressure in the boiler to stop the leak until the water heater was replaced. Again they priced me on a water heater and again the pricing was very high. About a week later I received a bill for the additional trip. I called to question this second trip and was told the owner was charging me because I didn't give him the job for the new water heater. Bad business to say the least and in turn lost a good customer due to greed.
