After hours of unsuccessful searching, my partner contacted Nicola at 6pm the evening before my event. Nicola committed to fitting me into her schedule the very next day and was willing to meet me at my hotel. I have a lot of skin discoloration these days and was a bit skeptical that Nicola would have the right makeup shades to suit my face. I was pleasantly surprised when she came with an entire suitcase of makeup that would accommodate my complexion, along with her own makeup chair and ring light. I wanted my makeup to look light and not heavy and she managed to do just that. Her level of professionalism was top notch. She kept me entertained with great conversation while painting my face to perfection. I honestly don't know how Nicola managed to be so efficient and fixed me up in under an hour. Kari matched me with Haley after listening to what I was needing, then kept in constant communication with me up until the day of the event. She was very nice and did a great job listening to what I wanted all the way through the end. My make up artist picked me up right after and was very patient, listening to my goal for the shoot and checking in with me every step of the way. One disappointing moment: When I asked if they had a yelp checking in reward, the cashier said no, but surprisingly, when I checked in they had 20% off your service.
