Really enjoyed chatting with him. He made our visit 4+ stars! We had a food allergy and requested a specific item be left off our pizza or added in a side cup. The order came out just as requested! The pretzel bites and pizza were good and hit the spot after a long day! The bad: The drink machine mats were soaked!! My first experience at one of the franchised touristy restaurants. I actually loved the pizza. It wasn't a bold overly spiced sauce. There was plenty of cheese, which was awesome because I forgot to order extra cheese. We got the meat pizza and it could have had more meat toppings but it was still tasty. My toddler loved it and as he saw her laughter and enjoyment, he continued to toss it until it had holes in it, which I thought was super sweet! We got a 14 inch pizza with half cheese and half pepperoni and two drinks. I asked to get a water for my daughter (because she didn't need a soda) and was told unfortunately it would be $4 for one cup or $2 for a different cup. I was like "no thanks, she can drink the water in her cup from earlier in the day for free." I am not opposed to paying for a cup for water, but $2-$4 is a bit wild, even in this economy. Although finding the location @ the Island of Pigeon Forge was a little challenging, it was well worth the effort. We ordered the chicken wings in BBQ sauce, and two medium pizzas, the Holy Shitake and the Great White with Chicken. I ordered the veg out, small and added bbq chicken, mushroom trio and jalapeños as well. We order at the main counter, while my husband found a seat for us, since they were running low on seats. It definitely helps if someone from your party nabs a seat. The pizzas take about 15 minutes to make. Total is $42.58 for two small pizzas and a small salad, hefty prices here. The place is very much like a Chucky Cheese minus the games. It's a favorite kid spot for sure. Kids are running around everywhere, hopped up on Mellow Yellow. Saw a little kid get lifted by mom to fill his cup with more mellow. They do use all fresh ingredients are used, thus the higher costs for the small pies. It's for sure carb worthy. Our house made pizza looked delicious but had no flavor and I don't know if it was supposed to have sauce or not but it didn't. We asked for ranch and received 2 very small cups about an ounce and it cost $1.50. It was that twangy generic ranch and room temp. Totally disgusting. The girl walked away and the guy who was seated on a bar stool did his best to avoid eye contact. It was so bizarre. So I asked "are one of you able to help me?" Again, nothing. Then another girl came from behind a back wall to help. If they are not working the counter, it would be nice to merely be acknowledged, greeted, and told that someone would be with me! Customer service in general is on the decline and people can't be bothered to do the bare minimum. End of rant. The pizza was okay. The dough is like wheat bread instead of your usual pizza dough.
