I've been going here now for the last 8 years. Typically I see either Oanh or Kelly for my pedi and Van or Kelly for my mani/acrylics. I am very picky and these ladies are super nice and accommodating. I'm not super adventurous when it comes to my nails, but they are not pushy about adding designs. The prices are decent for gel manis/pedis. I pay about $60-70 for both (depends if I'm getting acrylics or not). Once in a while, I will ask for designs on my acrylics. Van always has an enthusiastic "yes, I can try" when I send her photos of designs I'm interested in. The ladies here are the reason I've been back for the last 8 years. They also have a big variety of colors/finishes to choose from. The decor is what you would expect for a nail salon, but I like that the ladies I see are clean and do not rush. I was in the area visiting and helping my mom makes tamales for Christmas and stopped in on my way home to Orange County, to buy a gift certificate for my aunt who lives close by and comes here regularly. I was excited to come back once COVID restrictions were lifted, but I also was very hesitant to let anyone do my nails other than Tham. Indeed, I was very disappointed when I came here to get a fill with gel. I waited some time to get serviced since the staff is much smaller than it used to be. Once someone was available, I sat on the chair and dipped my feet into scorching hot water while my nail tech was MIA. When she finally came back, she started stripping my nails of its color and rushed to cut my nails to file it down and give a new shape. Then she went MIA again to wax someone's eyebrows as I waited patiently on the chair. I would say 35 minutes into the nail session, when she comes back, I finally get a lady to do my toes. I had no issues with her and the results of my pedicure. I did have an issue with how my nails turned out because the results on my left hand (see photo provided) were very bumpy and blotchy compared to my right hand which was reasonably smoother and polished in appearance. She was definitely rushing, which is why the nail polish isn't nicely placed on the nail bedding since it appears smeared on the edges of my nails. For my total being $43 for a fill with gel and a regular pedicure, I don't recommend the gel fill here. Pedicure was nicely done for $16! I MISS THAM. Please come back soon. read more

The individuals working here are really nice, & I get they need to make a living. However, there's no excuse for one of the workers accidentally making their customer bleed. I know it was not intentional though. The woman working on my hands was very apologetic & cleaned up the wound as best as she could. So long was very dirty. Thought I would give it a chance anyway technician didn't speak any English hold out a big drill like it was from my husband's garage and started working on my feet. Long story short, she cut my cuticles made me bleed and then at the end of it all alcohol all over me. didn't understand anything of what I was saying when I was done I paid and gave her a tip anyway which she did not deserve. So I've 2 experiences here so far. First, I was happy with the quality of the work, but I hated how I was told there was no wait and I sat in the spa chair for about 45-minutes before someone actually started to work on me. The second was today, and they said there was no wait, and there literally wasn't. Today, the quality was just a bit below par. The lady that was doing my pedicure dug a bit deep. I'm very sure it was not an ingrown, as my podiatrist has already taken care of that not happening again. So my toe is not feeling comfortable, thank goodness I wasn't wearing shoes today. Then the lady that was giving me the manicure, she pulled up on my nail with the cuticle nipper and I looked at her when she did that. She knew that she lifted the nipper too much. The spa chairs are starting to show some wear and tear. So I hope that they consider upgrading their spa chairs soon. Parking in this shopping center can be crowded at times. I used to frequent this nail salon when I was in high school. It's been almost a decade since then and a few years ago I moved away from the area. I'm in town for the weekend and needed a mani/pedi, remembering how good they used to be. Long story short, they cut my pinky finger twice and scoffed when I asked them to re-do one of my nails because the gel polish had bubbles in it. This place is nothing special. I made an appointment, showed up and it's packed. The person at the front asked if it mattered who did my nails? I said it's my first time here so no. I got a gel mani and regular pedi. The pedicure was fine. The lady doing my nails however was shaking the entire time, I felt bad for her because she mentioned something about food? But there was a language barrier, I imagine she had not yet had lunch maybe? Idk but the shaking didn't help a manicure, she kept going over and over the same nail after it'd get messed up. And my full set came out beautiful I loved the shape she gave me, I told her I didn't want them sharp and cutting my kids While diaper changes and changing clothes, so she Did an excellent job with that... the only downside, she went to deep and cut my cuticle but good thing I didn't bleed and my full set came out a tiny bit messy but tbh I don't trip on that too much.. oh and the prices are great! Walked out the door spending $44 (not including tip) but I actually enjoyed the experience Even though I had the mindset that it wasn't going to be that great, But I'm happy everything turned out excellent! I went in today to get a full set and a pedicure. I walked in around 12 without an appointment and was taken in right away. I didn't catch the name of the lady that did my pedicure, but she did an amazing job. She was very detailed and took her time. The lady that did my nails did a good job too, however she was a little rough at times. My total (excluding tip) was $56 for everything. The place looked clean for the most part, but I was seated towards the front, so I'm not too sure how clean the back is.
