Jim & his team took the time to work through the fitment challenges, which went beyond just the rear muffler hangers, and made the necessary adjustments to get everything aligned properly. It did require additional labor due to the complexity, but I appreciate them stepping in and getting the job done right when another shop couldn't. Shop is super busy. Called and left a message but never received a call back. Decided to stop by and check the place out. Was met by Brett and talked to him about the project we need to have done. He was very helpful overall and before we left had asked if he could send us a quote for a couple of options. When asked about any discounts he said he does offer military and first responder discounts. The shop is on a corner and parking was a bit of a challenge as there were only a few spots open and the vehicle we were driving isn't the easiest to maneuver. We did have to reach back out to get the written estimate but it was only one of the choices we were looking at, that being said it was inline with other shops we reached out to providing the same type of work. read more

I have had mufflers installed for four vehicles at Warner's. I originally heard about them from a colleague at the San Diego Automotive Museum. They had done the custom exhaust work on his vehicle that was displayed at the museum. I had Magna Flows outfitted on all of my vehicles. If you want a first class experience, Warner mufflers and hitches is the place to go if you need work done. Brett behind the counter truly knows how to work with people to make them feel welcome and important. They truly know how to treat a customer. I thought I wanted a certain exhaust. Then realized it wasn't what I wanted. So they switched it out again with no extra cost. I apologized and Brett's reply was we only want you to leave happy with your experience with us . And I for sure was, tenfold. While I was waiting in the lobby, overhearing other customers and their interactions with Brett. I could see that the other customers felt just important as he made me feel. With the customers always feeling like they were number one and always surprised on how fast they could get the vehicles done for them. In short: Best guys in the area to get your exhaust / welding needs done. They offer the best quality, beautiful work for the most fair and reasonable pricing. In depth: I've went to them before when I got into a pinch where a stud snapped off of a turbo down pipe. They got the stud off and returned my pipe in better quality than I gave them. Wasn't able to take any pictures but had such a great experience with them that I went back to get an O2 bung welded onto another pipe. Told me it would probably take an hour max to get this and another small job to be finished (mind you with a full shop of other customers) but called me back within 20 minutes letting me know it's finished. They did a beautiful and clean job for a great price, almost half the price of what a different shop happened to scam me out of for the same identical job but on my old pipe but did a hideous job for the price they charged me (pictured in the last slide). 10/10 would recommend this place for a trustable shop that does quality work. read more

Warners is a big shop which can handle any welding job, but in my case they repaired a smaller RV generator exhaust pipe, which had come loose on the freeway, was dragged, cracked and scraped before I realized what had happened. The repair work that Brett and Justin accomplished was better than changing it out with a new piece. First of all they used superior metal to replace the cracked section, and secondly, they attached it to the generator so it will never come loose again, as well as bending it upwards to give a slightly better clearance than before. Finally, they made all this happen the day before I was leaving on a weeklong family road trip and was resigned to not using the AC or microwave. They saved the day. Now, after traveling over 2,000 miles since the repair, the work is solid. Superior work, quick friendly service, and very reasonable price. Check them out first! read more

I own a 2022 Porsche Cayenne Turbo and have it highly customize. I'm an a die hard Porsche guy and car guy who knows how to work on cars but when it came to do the exhaust on the Cayenne I just couldn't swallow over paying for some of the aftermarket systems out there costing almost $4k. I found Warners and told them exactly what I want and the sound I wanted and they built me a cat back system that sounds way better than any of the main aftermarket systems out there and for a fraction of the cost. We drove all the way from Hillcrest to Oceanside to have it done here! The dealership gave me a quote for $900-1200 but at Warner's we got it done (with wiring, too) for ~$470! Far more reasonable. So when my son got his 1st truck we decided to take it to them for the exhaust. Arrived at 745am to get in line, they're always busy and it's a first come first serve basis. I was first in line, waiting for the door to open and was cut by some dumb a$$. I was immediately pissed..., but hey, there were alot of people, so what... Immediately another gentlemen asks how he can help me and I was immediately calmed by great customer service! Sorry no crazy story... Told him my intentions and he recommended a great Flowmaster catback system with a black matte tip. He said give him a couple hours. The job was done in less then 90mins!! Wow! The crew at Warner's Muffler is amazing. I needed a complicated installation of a Ford "5th wheel prep package" installed on my Ford Super Duty Truck. Other shops quoted me significantly more and, the Ford dealerships wouldn't even touch the job. It requires raising the bed of the truck and installing a very heavy framework to support heavy towing equipment. Not only were they able to get me scheduled the vert same week that I called but they did an OUTSTANDING job. Not only of the mechanical installation, but with the electrical installation too. Lastly, they cleaned the metal chips etc that were in the bed (they had to bore five large holes through the floor of the bed). The team here works nothing less than miracles! I needed a catalytic converter for my 2011 Buick Enclave and EVERYWHERE was charging me $1200-$1800 for the part ALONE!!! So, when I finally came across Warner's Muffler I was able to get the part and installation for all under $1200 (core included). First let's start with communication... this is no ordinary muffler or repair shop... They genuinely care for you and want to assist you the best they can. The responses were sincere and immediate (call and texting). Arriving to the shop: because everything was done over the phone (mainly text) the day before... I didn't think that they would recognize me. I did not park in view of the door so that they can see my vehicle, but when I walked in I was greeted by my name. Brett, you're amazing! Service: I dropped my vehicle off about 9:20am. About 20 minutes after I dropped it off... I asked them to replace both of my O2 sensors as well. The parts were delivered and installed in a timely manner. I received a text message at 11:46am stating that my "baby" was ready for pick up Here I am leaving a review about a week later, still no check engine light and everything is running smoothly.
