My car had a loud rattle underneath and one auto place thought it might be the flex joint. However, it was not something they could repair. I stopped at Warner's on a Monday morning to have it checked. Jake walked me out to the bay to show me exactly what he had found. Turned out to be some loose brick (not sure what that is) in the rear converter. Jake explained the process for the repair and how he would inspect the front converter to be sure it was fine. Price was very reasonable! I was on my way to work within an hour. Experience was great from the first phone call with Brett to the repair completed by Jake. I purchased a catalytic converter from this business, and it didn't even last a year and a half. I contacted Brett, the manager, and for almost two months he kept stringing me along, telling me he would find my original receipt and get back to me within 1-2 days. Each time, I waited and never received the follow-up I was promised. Brett repeatedly told me they would have to go through "a thousand receipts" to find mine. To me, that shows how unprofessional and unorganized this business is. A customer shouldn't have to wait almost two months because a business can't properly locate its own sales records. I would strongly recommend that people do not purchase a catalytic converter from this business. Based on my experience, they do not honor their warranties. What's the point of offering a warranty if, when there's a problem, the customer gets the runaround for months? I'm extremely disappointed with both the product and the customer service. Great work and honest people at Warner's Muffler. Had my 2021 F150 in this week for loud exhaust sound coming from hood area. Warner's diagnosed the issue within minutes and provided an estimate which I agreed to. The best part was I called them later in day to see if the EGR line that went out should be covered under manufacturer emission warranty. After discussing Jim mentioned usually Ford would tell him when ordering part with vin number. At that time after my own research I concluded it would not be something covered. I will note, I tried calling 4 different Ford dealers to confirm. Not a single one could tell me for sure, or didn't answer at all. Fast forward to next morning I got a call from Jim. He mentioned he thought about our conversation that night and wanted to be sure it wasn't covered before proceeding with repair. He spoke to one of his contacts at Ford and confirmed it would indeed not be covered. I thanked Jim for going the extra mile and ensuring it wouldn't be covered. I have had mufflers installed for four vehicles at Warner's. I originally heard about them from a colleague at the San Diego Automotive Museum. They had done the custom exhaust work on his vehicle that was displayed at the museum. I had Magna Flows outfitted on all of my vehicles. Shop is super busy. Called and left a message but never received a call back. Decided to stop by and check the place out. Was met by Brett and talked to him about the project we need to have done. He was very helpful overall and before we left had asked if he could send us a quote for a couple of options. When asked about any discounts he said he does offer military and first responder discounts. The shop is on a corner and parking was a bit of a challenge as there were only a few spots open and the vehicle we were driving isn't the easiest to maneuver. In short: Best guys in the area to get your exhaust / welding needs done. They offer the best quality, beautiful work for the most fair and reasonable pricing. In depth: I've went to them before when I got into a pinch where a stud snapped off of a turbo down pipe. They got the stud off and returned my pipe in better quality than I gave them. Wasn't able to take any pictures but had such a great experience with them that I went back to get an O2 bung welded onto another pipe. Told me it would probably take an hour max to get this and another small job to be finished (mind you with a full shop of other customers) but called me back within 20 minutes letting me know it's finished. They did a beautiful and clean job for a great price, almost half the price of what a different shop happened to scam me out of for the same identical job but on my old pipe but did a hideous job for the price they charged me (pictured in the last slide). 10/10 would recommend this place for a trustable shop that does quality work. read more

Warners is a big shop which can handle any welding job, but in my case they repaired a smaller RV generator exhaust pipe, which had come loose on the freeway, was dragged, cracked and scraped before I realized what had happened. The repair work that Brett and Justin accomplished was better than changing it out with a new piece. First of all they used superior metal to replace the cracked section, and secondly, they attached it to the generator so it will never come loose again, as well as bending it upwards to give a slightly better clearance than before. Finally, they made all this happen the day before I was leaving on a weeklong family road trip and was resigned to not using the AC or microwave. They saved the day. Now, after traveling over 2,000 miles since the repair, the work is solid. Superior work, quick friendly service, and very reasonable price. Check them out first! read more

We had a great experience getting a hitch with wiring installed. I looked into multiple places and this spot had the perfect combo of affordable rate + good reviews. We drove all the way from Hillcrest to Oceanside to have it done here! The dealership gave me a quote for $900-1200 but at Warner's we got it done (with wiring, too) for ~$470! Far more reasonable. I own a 2022 Porsche Cayenne Turbo and have it highly customize. I'm an a die hard Porsche guy and car guy who knows how to work on cars but when it came to do the exhaust on the Cayenne I just couldn't swallow over paying for some of the aftermarket systems out there costing almost $4k.
