I finished the entire drink before my food even arrived. After about 30 minutes, I checked in with the staff and was told it was due to "miscommunication" and that someone was new, while the person who took my order was in the back on the phone. I had to repeat my order multiple times, specifically asking for no hot sauce and no salad. Despite that, after another 15 minutes, the tacos finally came out incorrect, with both hot sauce and a salad, and they were lukewarm, not hot. To make matters worse, the smoothie itself wasn't properly blended. What stood out most is that they weren't particularly busy, just a light morning crowd. I've been to the Tomball location when it was much busier, and the service there was still fast and attentive, which set a high expectation. Overall, the experience didn't match the premium pricing.
