This is their spinach and feta croissant.

I recommend this place. I came here to study with my friends and it was such an amazing place to study. The workers were very kind, patient, and helpful. The food I got was very good as well. I will definitely be coming back here.

I got the Voodoo energy drink. This drink was super awesome, a great mix of tangyness, sweetness, and yum.

Although I wouldn't say that they are my absolute favorite place, they are pretty good and are newer to the area. The ice isn't in chunks, which is good, and they do blend pretty well, athough sometimes there is too much on the bottom of the cup and not mixed in. Not a huge deal. The black sugar one is my favorite, and at this point we've tried almost every one. The interior looks modern, and kept clean. My kiddos likes this place, and overall it's a solid place, so we will continue to visit here!

Easy in and out, limited plaza parking but manageable. Peaceful atmosphere and solid first impression, especially for a newer location. [Location] * Houston Spring area * Easy to find * Supported after seeing grand opening photo from another reviewer [Parking] * Plaza parking limited but spaces are not tight * Two handicap spots directly in front * Avoid parking near trucks due to low visibility when backing out * During busy evenings, expect quick in and out flow [Building & Layout] * Kitchen looks new and well kept * Decoration is attractive but visible wires could be better hidden * Tables seat approximately 5 and 10 people [Outlets] * About 4 outlets per table [Bathroom] * Available [Internet] * Wi Fi & cellular not tested [Menu Notes] * No pandan available * Various taro flavors offered and enjoyable [Staff] * Female staff member greeted at the door quickly and with intention, appreciated * Inside welcome by the guy was quieter; cashier seemed softer or possibly new [Interior & Atmosphere] * Not as peaceful environment * No loud or intrusive secular music * Relaxing place to sit and enjoy drinks

This seemingly small cafe is actually quite spacious; the ambiance was quiet, and the service was friendly. They had a seasonal menu for the fall, so I chose to order the iced Tiramisu latte with oat milk, and the cup was coated in tiramisu (?) syrup. The coffee taste was a bit masked, but overall it was creamy, not too sweet, and had a mocha flavor! The Core Cafe had several unique flavors that I'd love to try, so I look forward to returning. :D

The space is huge and had a great cafe vibe. The bookshelf had a couple books and I realized I read almost half of them, very cool. I ordered one blueberry scone, and that, unfortunately, was not great. It took about 15 minutes to get the one scone, while my groceries sat in my hot car. I'd finished my coffee before I got the scone and since a scone is typically very dry it's kinda meant to go with a drink (I mean, why did it take that long to put the scone in the microwave for a minute). I ended up taking it home to have with a home coffee. I bit into the scone and it tasted like straight-up refrigerator. Just nasty. It went straight to the trash. I wish I would have known, I could have saved time and just flushed a $5 bill into toilet instead. But, I can't stop thinking about that cold brew!

She grew up in Louisiana so I took her recommendation to heart. When I went to place my order, I was asked if I wanted traditional cheesecake or cream cheese. When I placed my ordered the nice lady at the counter told me that they weren't fully ready and that she needed to step to the back to decorate them. Wowee! Fresh Kind Cake. After a 10 minute or so wait, they both came out. I took them home and busted open the boxes. After a few sinful bites of each one, I felt sick from the sugar -- but I knew what I was in for. I at some more, haha. In the end, I preferred the traditional cake over the cream cheese. As I look back, I remember seeing advertisement for Mardi Gras drinks. One of those lattes sounds amazing. Will have to go back for one. Oh, and sorry for not posting pics of the King Cakes. I meant to. By time I regained control after getting my munch on, I wasn't proud of the way the cakes looked. I will have to go back and order a fresh cake and share a picture on my next visit. Go check this place out if you haven't. Also, if you're a Mardi Gras fan, you have your little corner of Louisiana on Cypresswood and Stuebner Airline. Bon appetite.
