He offered to come do a test area for $50, then if I was happy with it, he'd do the rest of the job. He came the next day, did the test patch and, wow! Scars be gone! The photos are before and after of the hood. The after is so restored that a nearby tree and the clouds in the sky are reflected off the hood. I'm 100% satisfied. They texted me to tell me they were done and then they left. Later I went out to inspect the car and I immediately noticed there was a 3" rip in the passenger front door tint. My car is a 2003 Jetta. I also noticed the center arm rest was down. (I had left it up since it gets in the way of shifting) I put the arm rest back up and the top of it flopped down. This was because they had broken the armrest catch. I immediately contacted them and we agreed I would order the armrest part from Amazon and replace it myself since it was only $7. At first he denied noticing anything was wrong the armrest or the tint. (Impossible to miss a 3" rip...) Finally he said he would send out a guy to replace the tint on that window. He confirmed this via text and a phone call. I contacted him 3-4 days later when I hadn't heard from him and he replied saying the tint guy would be out early next week. Since then, I have contacted him many times and he never responds... I ended up having to pay $165 to remove all the tint on my car since the tint place I took it to said the new tint on that window would look different than the old tint on the other windows. (due to the age of the tint and different tint materials they use now) They recommended re-tinting the entire car or removing the tint. I chose removing the tint. I sent the tint place's receipt to The Finest Mobile Detailing and no response as usual. Also the floormats were pretty wet, which he didn't mention to me. I had to put the floormats in the garage so they could dry out so the car didn't smell like mildew. I DO NOT recommend using The Finest Mobile Detailing! Thanks.

I honestly did not know what to expect since this is my first time getting a detailing service but I am pleasantly surprised by the results. I just took delivery of a model 3 and Tesla being Tesla, it wasn't on its best looks and then it snowed in Seattle so the car just picked up more nasties along the way. The blue paint on the car did not even look blue anymore but Daniel did an amazing job at washing the car. My car finally looks properly blue, wheels clean and all The deal was only an exterior detail but he was even willing to do the all weather carpets for me because they were also dirty at the time. I hired Memon mobile car detailing to get the mold out of the interior of a used truck I just bought. The previous owner left the back window open for a long time and the smell of mold was strong and there was a lot of visible mold spores. He did an excellent, thorough job of completely getting rid of all the mold and the smell is now gone too. There was even a nasty old stain on the head rest, looked like a combination of old hair grease and black mold, I was set on throwing it away and replacing it, but he completely got rid of it, not a speck of anything left. Daniyal agreed to show up at 9am at my home. He alerted me prior to 9am that he was running a few minutes late due to a bit of a car issue. Having twin 12 year olds, my car takes a beating. Daniyal restored it to the point I don't want anyone in it. He did a fantastic job on my vehicle. After my detail, upon driving the first time, I noticed a small piece of metal missing from my heat controls. Some may not have noticed, but something like this would drive me crazy.
