This shop was recommended so we decided to go with it. It's far from home and in a sketchy area, but I decided to have a little faith. They seemed great in the beginning, truly. They received my car on 8/25/26, started repairs and I got my car back today, 9/16/26. In the time they had my car, they've damaged the top passenger side where they were replacing both passenger doors. (I have photographic proof there was no damage PRIOR). The doors are not aligned. While driving, you hear the outside wind coming in. The wheel, which was on the estimate and paid for by my insurance, was not completed. They didn't align the trim, anywhere. The paint is a JOKE. It doesn't match either. Of course, any normal person would be upset. We were BEYOND upset and Chris who was handling everything, left early for the day per John because "he always does that and it must be nice". Well John, he's a joke of a man. I showed him everything, pointed it out and decided to say "I don't want to talk to you after how you acted inside" and went back to his pitiful desk to rip off the next victim. WELL IDGAFFFF you're entire shop is an embarrassment and it makes sense why you have no accreditations and !!!NUMEROUS!!! BBB complaints. So now, my car is in worse condition than ever and they don't care. To top it off, Chris stated, ON RECORDING "I'll waive your deductible as long as you don't burn me on my survey". Well buddy, consider yourself TOASTED because BBB, Missouri attorney general, lawsuits, and complaints are alllll coming your way pal. All you had to do was fix my car the right way, not damage anything further and own up to your mistakes.

This shop could've just fixed it all, and not put time and effort into it. But that is what they did they ordered the new pieces which took longer than originally planned. They worked diligently with my insurance agency. And one of the adjusters said this is one of his favorite shops to work with because they are knowledgeable, great with communication and do amazing work.
