I use to love this menchies however this is the third time I have left the store disappointed and it's ridiculous. I'm always looking for the vanilla snow pre-packaged and they are always sold out. Whenever I come the employee tells me they are cleaning the machines that night and will have more later even though I come in the morning and they don't have what I need. My concern is if you know a flavor is so popular why don't you have more. I'm not upset with the employee, what can you do but I am upset with the fact that this location is poorly stocked on popular items it seems like some business don't care about making money anymore. read more

Been taking the kids here for a while. There is always a new batch of flavors which makes it fun for the kids. The staff is very friendly and Menchie the mascot (not sure what he/she is) comes out occasionally to greet the kids. Parking is easy, but getting out of the parking lot can be a real pain. read more

Disclaimer: I'm lactose intolerant and almost always quickly regret my trip to Menchies. Everyone who works here is super friendly and there's about 10 different flavors you can choose from. I'm a little picky though so I get bummed out when my favorite - the salted caramel- isn't around. Doesn't leave me with a lot of other choices thanks to my taste buds. They do consistently rotate the flavors so I'm only out of luck for short period of time. My favorite part is all the toppings though. There are a lot of options and it gives me the chance to basically eat different types of dessert depending on the toppings I pick. read more

Nice new location,with amazing people working there - I want to give it 4 stars. But at at 39¢ an ounce, getting a bit of yogurt becomes more pricey then it needs to. Especially when across the street is Yogurtland, who charges 30¢ an ounce - there is a huge difference! Also, every time I go to Menchies I get their tart, which is always disappointing as its never really tart! The other flavours are good, but they never are amazing to me, and I've been to lots of yogurt places. read more

Their frozen yogurt was soooooooooo very yummy!!! The girl at the front counter was so very sweet & friendly! This place is cute, colorful & fun for all ages! I had just so happen to be in that area walking around when I saw this cute little yoghurt shop! So my sister Christine & I went in.. My only complaint is that there was no brownie topping! Although their yogurt is fantastic, sanitation is a real problem here. I know a number of people including myself and my husband who have become dreadfully ill after eating here. Fro-MEH! I was here at this Menchies post hookah (no not The Spot across the street). I was really craving some yummy froyo but left nor disappointed or satisfied. Their selection was very limited to "sweet" and "heavy" flavors such as German chocolate cake, butter cream, cheesecake, Oreo cookies, etc. I like my ice cream so having an ice cream flavored froyo is a no for me. Since the literally had only 3 fruity/tart flavor, I ended selecting plain tart and mango. The toppings selections were not bad. There was a good selection of fruits, literally every nut you can think of and other toppings like mochi. My disappoint came from the yogurt itself which both left a filmy taste on my tongue. There are some good features of this particular Menchies. The outdoor seating is great for nights. It has a backyard like feel with two large fire pits for cold nights. My favorite location. Always has the newest flavors, super clean, extremely nice staff, and a cute little area for young kids to play on the chalkboard. Best Yogurt Mechies location hands down. I think it is their training location. Service is always great and place is so CLEAN. So many different cool flavors. The red velvet and the original with cheesecake & waffle cone is always a must. Plenty of Low sugar options as well. I save some in my freezer in case of emergency as well. read more

Very disappointed with this location considering that it is a corporate location! Let's start by when I first walked in and found the place to be dirty and the staff unwelcoming. I went to try the original tart yogurt and the handle was sticky and dirty one of the female staff looked at me and started laughing, then I asked for a napkin to clean it off and continued. The topping station was a mess and needed to be cleaned and refilled. 3 girls behind the registers talking, laughing and not helping or doing much. Then I asked if they had sweet honey and another employee laughed at me and said we're a corporate location and we don't serve honey. Thanks Derick (I believe that was his name)for the great customer service! After the original yogurt machine wasn't freezing probably he kindly asked me to wait a couple minutes while it froze. I did, to find out the yogurt still didn't freeze. I couldn't wait, I was craving the yogurt. So I serve the soft not so frozen yogurt and put my toppings. When I was ready to pay Derick did not charge me. He was very attentive with the other customers as well. I have no complaints about the food. But do they really need to be training a roomful of employees during business hours? And do they all have to yell out "welcome to Menchie's" when each customer walks in? It's already too much with the music too loud and the tile floor and glass walls everywhere just making it even louder. The 15 minutes there were unbearable. At least 2 managers walking around - more than one person asked one of them to at least turn the music down. He said he would, then turned around and never did a thing about it. Menchies is 5 stars for a reason. They always have consistancy whichever location I visit. I loved this location. They had the best flavors out of several that I've visited. Parking was not bad. I love this place! If you're coming down Ventura there's also usually parking to the left of it (little parking lot- never had any problems with parking there) or on the street. I usually get sorbet with fresh fruit (they have mangoes, kiwis, raspberries, blueberries, etc, etc) or just load it up with choc frozen yogurt and candies! :) Definitely a late night munchies run you have to make! love it! read more

i was gifted with a free menchie's yogurt card at my yoga studio, so off i trundled down ventura boulevard a few days ago to cash in on the yumminess, and indeed, yumminess it was. there were not one, not two, but three nondairy flavors! i tried the pink lemonade and dole pineapple sorbets. both were delightful, cool and refreshing with just the right amount of tart. were i to do a redo, i would have just stuck with the pineapple as it was distinctly more flavorful than the pink lemonade. i was mildly crushed to see that captain crunch was not among the available toppings, but luckily i recovered from this potential catastrophe and integrated rainbow sprinkles into my day. very friendly staff who bellowed out their hellos upon anyone's entering... read more

Always clean. The staff is courteous, up beat and always smiling. They take recommendations for favors. They don't mind how much you sample. They are open late. Sun-thurs open till 11:30pm and Friday till 12:30. Also the yogurt is never soft and semi melted like how yogurt land sometimes is. read more

Store has changed drastically. Very bummed that my favorites aren't here ever. The atmosphere has really died. This is not the same Menchies I used to come into. Do NOT come here. I've always been such a huge fan of Menchies, the only reason I go to other places is because their flavor options are mostly fruity or tart. My favorite flavor here is the pecan praline, it's one of the best things I've ever tasted!!! But it's so rare to come across. Last time I went most flavors were fruity sorbets, the only other flavors were plain chocolate or cookies and cream.
