Visited the place on a beautiful sunny afternoon in Seattle . Lot of options of Yougurt to choose from . The fresh fruit flavor were really fresh . They have small cups for testing and it's very clean . The condiments were also lots and very clean maintained . You need to choose your own flavor and put toppings what you like and bill it. They bill based on weigh and not on number of boxes you take . Reducing one star as person at billing was rude and expression less . They have few seating if you want to sit inside else in sunny afternoon little ahead near to Red Robin their are Benches to sit outside if you want to enjoy sun with frozen Yougurt .

Sometimes can be quite crowded, but the staff are great. The yogurt selection is wonderful and their seems to feel like an endless amount of toppings. Helpful tip: Mondays from 6-9pm you can fill your cup for $7. This is a great deal. Just note it can be busier during that time.

We love frozen yogurt and never regret these calories. Its pretty much self service, where you try different available flavours, add toppings of your choice and indulge in this sweet but somewhat healthier cravings. It has a nice ambiance where you are welcomed with a strong sugar fragrance as soon as you enter. Worth giving it a try!

YUM! Who doesn't want a bowl full of frozen deliciousness with all the dreamy toppings! The flavors ranged from vegan fruit punch, vegan pineapple, original tart, coconut, mudslide, strawberry, cookies and cream (nom nom nom!!), cake batter, Blackberry twist, peanut butter cracker, grape hi-chew, chocolate, and vanilla snow! The machines were clean and well-working....which is so important to me considering how many people touch them (little kiddos, too!) The toppings were well stocked and not mixed together...also important considering how many hands use them! Well done, Menchie's! We came in for my moms birthday and she was trying to find her birthday email showing her discount. She couldn't find it but the gentleman gave her the discount anyway, which was so nice! We will be back for more frozen treats very soon!

Nothing spectacular with this place. The owner/staff is rude. I asked if I can put together the two table since the other group put together two table as there are 4 of them. She said "no you cannot." And I asked how are we able to eat with 6 people in the group and she refused to let us sit UNTIL my husband said "there's 6 of us!" And she finally said "you can put together the 2 tables... oh she finally agreed for us to put together the tables because my husband said something... NEVER COMING BACK POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! TERRIBLE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Came here the other night and the young man that was the cashier was very kind and let us weigh before paying so we could see if we wanted to add more. At another location when we asked to weigh before paying they told us no. Overall was pleased with the taste of the frozen yogurt.

There is nothing above average about the frozen yogurt at Menchie's. Better quality toppings and fro yo can be found in other locations.

Our group of five stopped in, after visiting the nearby lavender farm on a Saturday afternoon, with all of us loving it. It was a beautiful afternoon in the Pacific Northwest, and our son-in-law drove us to this shop when my wife's mom suggested we all go for ice cream (her treat). Nobody disagreed (duh). It is located in downtown Woodinville, with non-metered street parking being the norm. Serviced was great and it wasn't too busy, which was a good thing since the unusual flavors required a bit of sampling. My daughter and her husband got a 2 scooper ($8.95). The rest of us shared a flight ($13.95) which is a choice of SIX flavors in a banana split type dish. Quite a few of the offerings are Vegan (relying on pea proteins), and are very serious about eliminating cross contamination (dedicated scoops for these ice creams that are stored in a different freezer). There was outside seating, so their dog was able to sit with us as well. Out of the six flavors chosen (Vegan Soursop Sorbet, Pickle, Vanilla, Espresso Bean, Strawberry Balsamic, Death by Chocolate), I really liked the Espresso and Strawberry. The Pickle was definitely worth trying, and one could clearly taste the diced/minced pickle pieces throughout, and could actually taste the pickle juice squirting out a little bit as you bit into it. It's unusual and a seasonal flavor. After visiting, I learnt that the owner had graduated from the dairy program at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, which made me happy. Both my wife and I went to school there, and we raised our daughter in the Madison area, with many happy memories of eating both Babcock ice cream from the University Union and the Chocolate Shoppe (which is HQed there). I found it interesting that this store is located so close to the University of Washington, which I've always thought of as the second 'UW', to the primary UW in Wisconsin. But in reality, outside of the old Big Ten country (i.e. the Midwest), it looks like UW is thought of as Washington, with the domain uw.edu belonging to it, as well. Oh well...

We did get seated very quickly for having no reservations and the blonde lady who greeted us seemed really nice. But when we were sat it went down from there, service was slow, I can't tell if it was because we were young or weren't dressed up enough. And I don't want to get stuck on this point because I know all restaurants work differently when it comes to their sections but we watched as our waiter sat a whole other table, greeted them, and got their drink orders before even approaching us. After we were sat for over 15 minutes. Then we ordered matcha's because a guy by us had one and it looked so good. It was given to us with chunks, meaning they didn't prepare it properly and still decided to serve it to us. We weren't given any water refills until 40 minutes of sitting down even though we had both finished our waters before we even ordered our matchas. The food was delicious and was served quickly. And the girl who served it to us wasn't our waiter but gave us more energy and excitement than our original server did. I still tipped the waitress well because I don't want to hold the stereotype of being a young unappreciative customer. But I dont think it was really deserved, in the nicest way possible. We weren't only there for the food, we wanted to have a nice atmosphere with good service and I feel as though we didn't get the latter.

I was really excited to try the Salt & Straw in Kirkland since the locations I was familiar with were in Bellevue and Redmond. I'm super happy that Salt & Straw is expanding because this location is great. The space is much bigger, and I really like how easy the flow is when ordering. The staff were super friendly and quick, and I also love that they have outdoor seating with heaters. Trust me, a lot of people still come here even when it's cold outside, so I really appreciate that they have heaters available. The area itself is perfect for grabbing ice cream on a warm day. There's a kids' play area, lots of stores, a movie theater, and plenty of things to do around the plaza, making it a great place to spend time before or after getting dessert. They also have so many unique flavors, including rotating seasonal options, so there's always something new to try.
