Finally found a frozen yogurt spot in Delray! Walked in and it felt like the AC had been cut off so I had to order quick! I asked the worker Ryan for a sample cup so I can try the flavors. He lit really stood by my side until I picked a flavor so he could pour it for me. Idk if that's good customer service or management worried about people taking advantage of the sample cups. They had a good variety of toppings which I liked a lot. When my total came out to $5.31 for a small cup I asked Ryan what the price per oz was because that seemed a little steep. He responded with "I'm not sure, there used to be a sign" and pointed to a string that was dangling from the ceiling lol. Ryan cashed me out and I had to ask for the receipt just to find out how much I was paying for the cup. Overall great frozen yogurt, just a little weird experience. read more

There are so many mixed reviews on this establishment so it was so important to me to share my own experience with this location I decided to give this location 3 stars The young employees working over there are extremely nice helpful. I have been to many frozen yogurt establishments but I was impressed with Menchies. Everything was well organized and very clean. The staff was friendly. They offer so many options of toppings and yogurts. It was great to be able to add whatever you want and how you want it. The toppings were good quality and not cheap brands or mystery brands of sauces. For example, some places have chocolate sauce inside an unidentified container and it usually tastes terrible. Menchie's is a typical self-serve fro yo shop. By now, most people know the drill: sample some of the flavors, grab a big cup, fill it with your choice from among the 16 flavors, and top it off with a huge variety of the most extraordinary assortment of decadent toppings ever assembled in a single location. This particular location at Delray Marketplace is exceptional for 1 reason: Cookie. She is very friendly and keeps the place spotless, which is no easy feat given the mass of humanity pouring their own yogurts and spilling toppings all over the counter & floor. We purposely go out of our way to visit this location because of Cookie. We appreciate her positive attitude and focus on cleanliness. She always makes sure the perishable topping selections are fresh and well-maintained. I'm giving Menchie's a 4-star rating rather than 5 stars because I think the selection of yogurts can be improved. Do we really need 3 no-sugar-added flavors, 2 or three sorbets (it's supposed to be a Yogurt store!), and two tart flavors? (I love tart yogurt, but one flavored tart is sufficient). Went to Menchies Sunday night memorial day weekend around 8:45PM. There were two people working the store. Several flavors were empty and when i finally found one that wasn't, the yogurt came out like liquid. A young man rang up our order and when we reached for spoons, there was only one. We asked if they could get us spoons and the young lady at the other register (not ringing anyone up) gave us a dirty look and acted like getting us spoons was the last thing on earth she wanted to do. She reluctantly reached into a cabinet and grabbed only 5 spoons - even though both spoon holders were empty - and then dropped them in the container with an attitude. My wife loves menchies, but if the employees are going to be openly hostile we will gladly take our business elsewhere. read more

OHHH Menchie's Menchie's.... you are heaven on earth when it comes to custom FroYos... They always have the staple flavors and several other interesting seasonals that are so tasty. Their toppings is where they capture my soul! Brownies, Cheesecake bites, berries and boba are my Go-To. Oh! You can also get samples before you customize your cup which is awesome because of the seasonal flavors you can try before "committing" to one (or several!) Basically you can put whatever you want and you serve yourself how you prefer, on the side, on top, bottom, whatever.. Charges by the weight which I find pretty unique considering other places' business model, I like this one the most.. I don't go as often as I'd like only because it's likely I'd develop some sort of health condition if I indulged every Menchie's craving .. lol read more

The young lady went to the lock the door and saw us standing, she didn't have to open the door but she did I was happy that she did cause I promised my kids dessert tonight. For the store to be closing the employe kept the store very cleaned thank you for that. I'm writing this review specifically for their measures during COVID times. My family and I just visited this Menchie's location a few hours ago. As always, they have great flavors and they always maintain the utmost cleanliness there. What impressed me and my family the most during this visit is how the staff have handled COVID precautions and the system they have in place. Upon entering, a box of gloves and a hands-free sanitizer dispenser greeted us along with the customary staff greeting. They informed us that we can either sanitize our hands or wear the gloves provided before we can peruse of the froyo dispensers. I visited the Menchies store at Delray Market place yesterday around 4pm and was very taken aback that the female cashier was not wearing a mask, while the male cashier was. I asked her why she was not wearing a mask, and she said she doesn't have to. I am fully aware that the state of Florida is very lax about mask wearing, but one would think that establishments such as these would mandate their workers to wear a mask. I felt very uncomfortable and walked out. I cannot support a business that does not care about public safety, especially with the rising numbers of Covid cases in Florida. read more

No air conditioning, 15 people inside hovering over the cashier and scale area, 2 yogurt machines broken with leftover yogurt dripping out of the dispensers. Instead of open containers of toppings, they have made mini cups, a good thing, but no where are there any signs about the costs either. Outside, empty cups and garbage - yes people are sloppy but with only one employee, how could they work the register and keep the outside clean at the same time. Pretty good frozen yogurt place. The employees are friendly and you can sample the available flavors. Not too many to choose from but enough. Because you make it yourself, you can mix and match frozen yogurt flavors and pile on whatever toppings you want. There is good selection in that department.
