After a few samples of the flavors of the day suck as cake batter and cookies and cream swirl, and a berry one, I grabbed my large cup to make my creation. Boom! There it is! Dole whip frozen yogurt!!! That's what I had with a few toppings like Heath Bar, Mini M&M's , and peanuts, I had created the perfect recipe for the best frozen yogurt IMO. We decided to eat our treats in the truck as it was summer break and the place was packed with regrets although the small sitting area was clean airy. My kids enjoy going here because there's a good selection of toppings. The frozen yogurt is just OK, and last time we went there was a pretty limited selection, as a machine was out of service. Strange that owner of business DMed me with no greeting or apologies.... inappropriate. Service was poor both times I visited this place. They were out of couple of flavors including chocolate in a To go containers. When I asked girls in the front about availability they "advised" I can buy same amount from the machine and it would cost 20 bucks.. I skipped. I used to come here pretty often, but I will switch this spot for a better one. This review is only based on my two last experiences and nothing to do with anyone personally. Quite a bit of their choices were not available, because their machines were down so they had limited choices. As a place of business that is based off of frozen yogurt you would expect immediate attention on getting these fixed. The inside was not maintained. The floors are very dirty especially around the walls. It was thick of dust, grime, and trash. The seats and tables should be white, but they were not. They were stained and had a lot of black spots. Another lady touched the flavor sign hanging very lightly and it fell on the ground and the worker yelled and told her, "Don't ever touch these again!" and rolled her eyes.The customer was super nice and said she was sorry and the worker ignored her. I went on to get my yogurt and contemplated leaving because of that rude situation and I then saw a long black hair in the peaches. I told the worker and she said, "Oh well I can't get any more of those right now." Customers should never be spoken to in such rude ways. As a waitress/Server, I was paid $4/hr to provide exceptional customer service, take orders, help expedite orders, run food/drinks, etc and god willing was tipped on how well I did and how kind I was. Update: Owner doesn't seem to have emotional intelligence and responds disrespectfully to 5 stars reviews that are a little too honest with them. So I've changed my review from 5 stars to 3 and we won't be back. Pay your employees a living wage instead of depending on your customers to do so through tips at a self service industry. The whole place was so dirty, trash cans full of trash, the bathroom was dirty with tp on the floor, and the floors were sticky. Nothing looked like it had been wiped down. I'm confused. How was nothing cleaned the night before? How was it noon and everything was still so dirty? There were only 2 employees, one in the back and one at the register. I am absolutely addicted to this place. So, I have a double-whammy. I'm Type 2 Diabetic, which means little to no sugar. I am also a recent heart patient - so I've got to go low fat. As anyone who has done Atkins or any other low-carb diet can tell you, getting the two to overlap is often difficult. Not so at this Menchie's location. They had a nonfat Strawberry flavor with no sugar added that did not spike my blood sugar. And it was VERY tasty! I put some fresh strawberries and blueberries on it and it was perfect. After seeing me come in several times, the owner graciously added a SECOND nonfat, no sugar added flavor. Vanilla. And to my taste buds, it's almost identical to the soft serv I grew up with at places like Dairy Queen and Mickey D's. Now not only do I have a dessert that fits both my major dietary restrictions, I have TWO of them. The only thing that would be more perfect is if I didn't have quite as much of a drive to get there. So, you come in, grab a bowl (with or without waffle cone) and put in the flavor(s) you want. Then visit the toppings bar. I may be limited to the berries, but there's Kit-Kat pieces, and sprinkles, and maraschino cherries, and whipped cream, and several kinds of gummies, and hot sauces like caramel and chocolate. So I go the healthy route, and my kiddos go wild. Sometimes I think my daughter gets more toppings than yogurt. This Menchies is as good as I remember it to be! Delicious frozen yogurt flavors including sugar-free varieties, Menchies is my go to when I am craving a low guilt dessert. Make sure you sign up for their awards program; I believe it for every 50 points you collect you get a five dollar off coupon. My favorite is there a cake batter flavored yogurt. My new favorite is there a sugar-free strawberry which is delicious. I presently like to start stacking up my toppings at the bottom of the cup, and then layer my frozen yogurt favors over the toppings so the toppings don't fall off. This place is always nice to check out as you can make your own mix and the choices are pretty varied & good! The icing on the top is the myriad of toppings you can add to truly bling your mix, the way you like it..!!! The fresh waffles made onsite are definitely worth trying with whatever mix you choose. My boyfriend and I walked into this Menchie's at 9:00. I checked their website before leaving our house and Google maps says they close at 9:30. The manager of this store rudely shut the door to my boyfriend and I who currently has a broken arm in a cast & sling. I told the manager "no problem but just so you know your website says you close at 9:30 incase you didn't know" and he continued to argue that it didn't say that after I pulled it up and showed him. You should honor what your website says, and even if for some reason you can't you should apologize for the inconvenience AS THE MANAGER. Smh read more

Around 545 a blond girl that is working there at the register was very rude from the second we walked in , watched every move we made , and when my son was playing with the chalk I asked him to stop outing the chalk on the chair and the a second later she yelled at him to stop. I told her I just asked him to stop , chalk can easily be removed with water , if you don't want kids to play then why have the chalk board .. then she kept staring at us and watching our kids every move . Quiet FROYO shop, located in a convenient location with easy parking. Most of the FROYO sampled was a bit too heavy for me in terms of sweetness. Had to balance it with some fresh fruit but some of the fruit seemed less than fresh, on top of that, I think there were only strawberries to choose from. They had my favorite addons - juice bubbles and gummy bears so +10 happiness. The only employee working at the time was nice. Tonight, my wife, myself, and our two toddlers came into the store. My wife and daughter went through the line first and paid for their yogurt and sat down. My wife had her back turned to the register. As I was going through the line with my son, my son went and grabbed a juice and then came back toward me. The girl working the counter started to raise her voice and kept saying to my wife, "ma'am! ma'am! he needs to pay for that!!" It was loud enough to greatly upset my son, especially because the girl was acting like he stole it. This in a store with tons of customers present. My son and I went to the counter where I paid for our yogurt and the juice box. The rest of the trip, my son was too upset and in a downward spiral because of the worker that raised her voice to him and my wife. He wouldn't even touch his yogurt. My son has a processing disorder and gets greatly upset when strangers are confrontational. My wife waited until every other customer was out of the store before approaching the blonde girl at the counter. My wife told her that we clearly just spent a lot on yogurt, and I hadn't even gotten to the counter yet, so why was the lady raising her voice and acting like we were going to steal it? The girl replied "I wanted to make sure you saw it". My wife told her "I didn't, but even if my son grabbed it and took it back to my husband, my husband hadn't even paid for his yogurt yet. You didn't give us a chance to pay for it before acting like we weren't going to". The girl said "well, we've had problems with people taking things before". She was nonchalant about it. This is greatly distressing to us for several reasons. One, you cannot treat every single customer like they are thieves. Two, the juices are in a low place for kids to grab, presumably so their parents can then pay for them. Why were we not given a chance to do so before being yelled at in a store full of customers like we were thieves (despite having already paid for half our yogurt?). Three, the sales girl raised her voice and got confrontational enough to send our son in a spiral. Four, when my wife calmly tried to explain the situation to the girl, your employee shook it off and didn't care. read more

I really love this place, for several reasons. First the staff is always pleasant and the owner is so nice and helpful, I had an obnoxious gluten question (I know, I annoy myself) and he bent over backwards to help answer it. Also the variety of flavors is great, and tons of options as far as diet goes (gluten free, sugar free, dairy free etc). They rotate out seasonal flavors which tend to be my favorites! They have tons of toppings and they're all super fresh, nothing that's been sitting out getting stale all day and these seem to change up too. Also, the price! They are so well priced compared to other froyo shops, so load the cup up. They have a rewards program and on Mondays its $5 no matter how heavy your cup is, you can't beat that!
