Ok so I finally caved and tried Duck Donuts after hearing about it forever. Got the glazed and honestly? These things are no joke. They came out warm like actually warm, not "sat under a heat lamp" warm and had this little crisp on the outside that I was NOT expecting from a glazed donut. Just found this Duck Donuts location. Had previously been to another store in South Carolina. The donuts are exceptional and the customer approach was very personal. I enjoy bringing the kids (4&2) here on a Saturday morning. They really enjoy watching the donuts go thru the fryer and when the staff makes them on the spot. I like blueberry donuts as well. To me they just make sense. It's like a blueberry muffin but 10x better and more fun. I had to have a little bit of the classic chocolate icing with sprinkles and that one is very self explanatory.
