Frozen yogurt is tasty and a lot of options. Service is bad , the girl working at this place on 09/05 afternoon, did not acknowledge when asked for sampler cups. Didn't say anything. Just went on about doing what she was doing. Will not comeback even though the yogurt was good. read more

Yogurt is always great. Been in a few times. I love the brand and appreciate how clear they are on not including HFCS in certain flavors. I feel they make it more convenient for dietary needs. Came here with my 3 year old grandson. The place had improved for a while but it's back to being filthy. Came at 4 pm., not busy lots of the cooled toppings were low, chairs were absolutely filthy, had to use the bathroom and it was worse than any gas station bathroom. This used to be the place to come. Now wow the floors are filthy like a truck stop. 2 staff standing around when you could be moping. I've been coming to Menchie's for years. They have the best tasting yogurt and great customer service. Sometimes the machines are unused which makes the selections not as much. Wish the prices were a little lower, too! I like the loyalty program as well. read more

This place is a joke. $15 for a small bowl of frozen yogurt is insane. And to top it off when I went on the Wednesday deal day and loaded up my bowl they apparently changed the time to 8-10pm and so I showed up 30min to early not knowing and they would not give me the deal. I'm only giving two stars for the various flavors of yogurt available. Many toppings, hot, dry and cold are available. However, my complaints: the place was an absolute pig sty! Dirty floors look like it's been days since they've been mopped. The tables are chipping and showing rust. The doors were full of greasy fingerprints. Cheap folding chairs outside that were tarnished with black marks and dirty. The place is gross and makes me wonder if they clean the equipment.... Have to wonder as the rest of the place needs a LOT of love. I think we will stick to our other FroYo spot and skip this place. read more

My family came in on Saturday after my son's baseball game around 7. This place was packed! Despite the crazy rush, the two boys were so courtesy and welcoming. My son has a peanut allergy so we are always cautious when we go out to eat. Even though the workers had a lot on their plate during the rush, he never hesitated to go through the ingredient list to find the flavors that were peanut free. Also, my daughter was crying because she left her stuffed animal at the baseball field, and the worker was so nice and gave her a balloon and a fun mask. On Saturday the 11th my boyfriend and I decided to stop in for dessert after seeing Shang Chi at Studio Movie Grill. After trying a sample I knew I needed to order the Toasted Marshmallow! I topped it with Graham Cracker Crumbs, Marshmallows, Hershey's Dark Chocolate Chips, Brownie, Coconut Flakes, Almonds, Hershey's Chocolate Shell, Hershey's Classic Caramel and Cool Whip! It's both sweet and delicious, would recommend if you love s'mores with a twist! Usually my favorite spot because they have the most options, you can help yourself to some samples, and the kids working there are usually great. However I came in on Sunday night a full 45 minutes before closing (7/13) and the two girls working had attitude. There were several families eating fro yo outside, other people in the shop getting some, and more people walking in with me. So it wasn't crazy for people to still be coming in because it was a hot summer night well before closing. Yet these girls are looking at each other with exasperated irritated faces clearly annoyed that more customers were coming in. They had already started taking apart two of the machines and only left all the fruity flavors, the vegan chocolate, and the weight watchers (or whatever) peanut butter. Between taking away any of the good options and the crappy attitude I turned around and walked out to find somewhere else to get a sweet treat. read more

The location is great, although with Costco now opening might be too crowded to get to! Plenty of toppings to choose from, although at times their yogurt choices are limited. Now that summer is here hopefully they will get back into the groove and offer better or more flavors. It's been a while since I have been here in person due to Covid. I have picked up yogurt and ordered it via door dash, and those experiences were great. I had the chance to drop in today in person. Some things have changed and some have remained. First, I found the space to be clean. I noticed workers sanitizing seats and areas as they found them. I did come in during a rush and it can get "used" really quickly, particularly the kids who do spill toppings. I noticed one girl working behind consumers both sweeping toppings away and also trying to clean the floor. Frankly, when there is a rush, it is difficult to get into the group and clean things as they happen. I do think the staff tries. Regarding my experience, I had the dole pineapple and it was super creamy. I added some fruit and had a refreshing desert! Still a great location and I am happy they have persisted through Covid. They are still practicing some protocols and I noticed staff cleaning handles and surfaces the entire time I was in the store, and they treated me with a happy disposition and offered suggestions. I will be back, they are my favorite shop in the Rocklin Roseville area! read more

Since I wrote my last review saying how disappointed my family and I was in this location, I now have to give an updated review. We have noticed that this location is now a lot cleaner than ever. It seems that the employees are working hard to wipe down counters and keep the toppings filled. We're so happy that our favorite frozen yogurt place is back to making us happy again! While the frozen yogurt tasted fine, I looked in the bathroom and OMG! Has anyone EVER cleaned it? Filthy. Toilet was full of pink mold. Toilet paper holders were out of TP. We came in about 9:30pm Sunday 3/09/2025. The chairs were all stacked and tables off to the side as if they were closing already. No where to sit and it was cold outside for my kids. They were already emptying several yogurt dispensers (at least 5) so less choices... all ready like closing up. After we purchased frozen yogurt we stood inside to eat and pulled out three chairs that were stacked so we can finish frozen yogurts (it was cold outside). When we were done before 10pm, we cleaned up after ourselves and the teenager employee who was working the register with dark black hair told us to put up the chairs the way the way we had found them. No "please" or signs of kindness. As customers we stacked the chairs out of courtesy and manners, but it was just like three chairs... it was very poor customer service. Very rude not to extend the courtesy to do it himself and say, "no worries, I got it, thank you for coming." Or at least ask us with a "please". He came across annoyed by us being there... I'm feeling like: Sorry for coming in and spending money... They shouldn't take customers past 9:30 if they want to close up quick and stop serving... The teen was young and disrespectful I get it... he doesn't understand that he represents the company and what it means to serve customers who keep the business alive and pays wages... It would be great if they could work on customer service skills of this teen... good lesson for them and good for business. read more

Menchie's is your typical self-serve fro-yo place. We came here after dinner at Mooyah Burger next door. We happened to come on just the right day...April 15th, which happened to be their $4.15 day! Fill your cup with as much as you want and it's only $4.15! I ended up getting less than $4.15 worth anyway because I was so full from dinner, but it's a great deal nonetheless.. They had about 12 flavors, some were even gluten-free! (gluten-free cake batter fro-yo...who knew) I went with the marshmallow and cookies & cream flavors, and topped it with random things like mochi, cool whip, kit kat pieces, banana, and strawberries. The best part was the cool whip! I've seen whipped cream at fro-yo places before but never cool whip, and those are two completely different things. Their topping bar was also very clean and the fruit looked ripe and fresh. The actual place itself is a little crowded but it was probably just busy because of the $4.15 deal.. but overall pretty great place for a hangout and some delicious yogurt! read more

At one point in everybody's life, they will be a teenager. As a teen myself, I am looking forward to experiencing life's adventures to the fullest. On May 21, 2024, my dreams were crushed. My friend and I entered into Menchie's in hopes of finding some tasty fro-yo. Instead, we found pummeling prices that sent our wallets back to their grave. For just two medium sized cups of frozen yogurt, it cost me $19.60. The service was not overly nice, but not mean either. Would not recommend unless you are a millionaire.
