The owner is very nice and courteous. We have always had good experience there. The product is very good. However, the young short female employee with glasses, uncontrolled facial acne, and pink beanie hat today was unnecessarily confrontational, not nice or understanding at all to kids, and caused the experience to be very unpleasant. The facility is nice. I recommend the business as long as the young female employee is not there. read more

Good frozen yogurt, decent amount of choice for toppings, and love that there are waffle cones. But geez, 72 cents an ounce seems like a lot. 8 or 10 ounces plus tax makes it too spendy. Have been a fan, a big fan, ever since it opened. :) I would agree that the basics are the same as everywhere else, at a froyo parlor but then, in my opinion, they lead the race and excel at almost every department .. friendliness, service, cleanliness, toppings, the yogurt flavours which suits to every taste buds and sometimes a $5 coupon just like that :) .. Happened to us .. yesterday .. went in to buy their signature frozen yogurt cake and the cashier walked to us and handed a 5 dollar coupon .. we were excited like kids :) Sometimes these small gestures are the things that make you come back over and over again .. And yeah !! they have a reward program too .. don't forget to mention your phone number and collect smiles for every dollar you spend :) ===================== Came back to add one more thing :) .. My kids love this place! It was my first time trying Menchie's and they have wonderful frozen yogurt. The flavors available were solid and the toppings were fresh, even though it was the end of the night. I'm sure I'll be back soon for another review and tasty treat! read more

Super fun! It's set up like all the other froyo places in town but the froyo is just better. The owner was in there and was super friendly and was willing to talk about his franchise openly. There is definitely a pride in his ownership. As someone who is dairy free going to a froyo place is always disheartening. This time I was so happy. The sorbet wasn't sour, it wasn't icy and the two flavors they offered actually complemented each other in a mixture. The owner also said that they will have almond milk froyo once in a while, I'm looking forward to that! 10/10 for froyo I am excited to go back. read more

Finally we found a nice serve yourself yogurt in Spokane. So far this is number one in our book. Clean store with friendly service greet you. Multiple choices that were actually available. Dozens of fresh toppings and sauces to boot. They make their delicious waffle cones right in front of you. It was expensive , $15 for two of us, but we will be back again soon. read more

i love menchie's and come here often. there are rotating flavors and so many toppings which are all yummy! i gave it four stars because everytime there is someone not wearing a mask. this women coughed all over the yogurt dispenser thst i wanted before me and i had to act not grossed out. of course this is not the employees fault, i was just a little bit grossed out. i do recommend this place though! read more

If you're looking for the Inland Northwest's finest gelato, this isn't the place. But if you're looking for solid frozen yogurt in a CLEAN environment with friendly service, then look no further. Stopped in with 3 kids in tow and we all loved it! The fresh made waffle bowls smelled amazing and they had great fro-yo flavors to pick from. The staff was super friendly and went out of their way to give my kids balloons and goodies. Similar to our other favorite fro-yo place but they did surpass on amount toppings offered and sauces available. What made it stand out though was the fresh made waffle bowls. So soft and delicious! I've stopped in twice now. The variety of flavors and toppings is really nice for the size of the location. The manager/owner and his family are very nice and professional . The staff was super friendly and helpful. The establishment was really clean and organized both times I've gone. Very kid and adult friendly. Much better service than you usually find at froyo places in spokane. Highly recommend and will be back. read more
