Bell Ford is awesome…read more I've bought parts and had them service my vehicles for over 10 years. Usually when a person visits a car dealership, you seldom same the personnel working there. Not the case here. Bill and Nolan have been there everytime and are always a pleasure to deal with. The parts I order are always correct and the repairs are completed correctly the first time. I'm a picky bastard, and the shop understands. My vehicles are always treated with respect and never damaged when they care for them. Bottom line. If you have a Ford vehicle that needs help. Call Bell. You won't be disappointed. The only regret I have is I didn't buy my new truck from them. They didn't seem competitive on price in the past. This has changed. Good service is worth more than saving a couple of dollars. I've learned and will give them a shot in the future. Keep up the good work.

I took it in the next day and they told me it just needed to be greased up. Then 2 years later the wiper was not working and the air conditioner was also off. I took the car in and the estimate for repairing both the air and the wiper was $1,300 plus $100 to diagnose the problem. I told not to order anything. I called a guy I know who has a brand new 16 person repair shop and had him estimate the cost of repair and it was $500 LESS!!! Come on now I thought if it was $100 maybe $200 less it would be okay but $500. In addition he said when they greased the back wiper it was already shot. I could not believe how fast it worked!!! I would never buy a car from them again as all they tell are lies instead of fixing something and they are ripping you off in price!!!

I called to ask questions and even offered feedback about the info in the invoice. Was told that in his 15 years of running a shop, no one had every said they weren't clear. Well, ok then. I ok'd the work. Then I get a call the next day that in the process of replacing the fuel sensor, he cracked the fuel line. This was Friday afternoon around 2pm. They would quote it for me on Monday. I asked why it couldn't be quoted that day since it had already been there all week. They had previous plans. Ok. Monday comes, they quote was over $1000 for the fuel line and labor. My family are all mechanics but they live in Montana, a little too far to drive. Things happen when working on cars. BUT....they all said they would not charge labor and give the part to the customer at cost. If that didn't make them happy, they would not charge. I wasn't expecting it to be fixed for free but I also was not at fault that the fuel line was damaged. I told him I would just come get it. He asked if I realized it didn't run...smh. I had my car towed back home and had it fixed somewhere else for half that price. I decided to give a new shop a chance and keep it local. My mistake.

(Robert) called him personally on a Sunday and lined up to have my trucked dropped at his shop. Upon Monday morning I called bob's shop earlier than opening and to my surprise Bob answered. I told him my situation about getting a room for one night and how my check out was at 11 and I needed to know how long I would need to extend my day. He went above and beyond calling me at 10am telling me, he would possibly have it fixed that day but I should get one more day. 7pm rolls around and my truck is fixed and I'm back on my way home. Bobs wife stayed at shop late so I could Uber over and that was amazing. I am truly thankful for everything Taylor Automotive did would recommend coming here any day. We couldn't find anyone willing to work on a Sunday, until I checked Yelp and called Taylor Automotive... Thankfully, the person we spoke to said that they would come to our hotel at 8am and check out the vehicle. It's 10:30. No one has called, and none of our messages have been returned. We're now penny pinching for another night stay, and I'm missing work today. If you can't help, or something came up, we at least deserve a phone call.
