When one employee finally acknowledged me, instead of greeting me or asking, "How can I help you?" she said, "What do you want?" in an annoyed tone, as if my presence had interrupted their conversation. It came across as rude and unprofessional. After that, I waited another 15-20 minutes before making a fourth attempt to get help. I was told, "If you can't find it, we probably don't have it." No one offered to check the inventory, look up the item, or help me locate it. After spending well over an hour trying to get assistance, I left feeling ignored and frustrated. This was some of the worst customer service I've experienced. I expect much better from Home Depot.

I asked him what daisies grew to be between 2-3 feet tall and wide, and he finally helped me find a yellow one. 30 minutes in the store for what should have been a ten minute errand. The rest of the staff said they "didn't know" anything about daisies. WHY A NURSERY HIRES PEOPLE WHO KNOW NOTHING ABOUT BASIC PLANTS IS BEYOND ME. When this was Navlet's you could get help easily, but now, as Sloat's, the ability to get real help is almost slim to none unless you have ALL DAY to wait around while they dilly dally and play dumb.
