If you are looking for a reliable dry cleaner with excellent customer service in the Menifee area, I highly recommend Menifee Cleaners! I work at a corporate office so I was looking for a cleaner in the area to dry clean and alter my dress shirts and pants. I found this dry cleaner and I decided to check it out. It's located in the Menifee Town Center, where Ralph's is located. Upon entering the dry cleaner, I was greeted by a friendly employee. I handed her my items and I told her my shirts and pants need to be cleaned and altered. Because I needed them to be done for my upcoming meeting, I asked if they can be ready soon. To my surprise, she said they will be ready before my meeting! I came back a few days later for my pickup. My dress shirts and pants were bagged professionally. They looked as if they were brand new! As the attendant was handing my items, she said one of my shirts was missing a button and she decided to replace it for me free of charge! As I tried on my altered pants, they felt like brand new and crisp. I checked the length and they were perfectly done with slight half breaks. I was very happy for the fact that I could finally wear my pants with confidence! My overall experience at this cleaner was the best I've ever had! I love the way they clean the clothes. Many places do a poor job.But, I strongly believe that their unfriendly attitude is turning away their business. The older clerk is rude and tends to throw my clothes into the back. I am at that point very upset. But, I hold it together because my clothes is cleaned nicely here. But, if these owners are not careful with there employees they will start to turn business away. I just wish they had a more enjoyable and friendly clerks.That would make my day. They take forever to dry clean. They don't run their own plant so they don't have same day service. Fastest turn around is two days depending on what time you bring your stuff in. Prices seem to be fairly normal, but I usually pay the same price for clothing in by 10:00 am done by 5:00 pm elsewhere. read more

I have to say I'm a little shocked reading the negative reviews. Been using this dry cleaners for 3 yrs now and have never had any negative experiences. Turn around and pickup is reasonable, always on time, staff has always been friendly, prices are fair. Taken in suits, uniforms, comforters, multiple alterations, and have always had great service. They also offer pickup/drop off services although I personally have never used it I have neighbors who do who aware by it. read more

I've been getting all of my dry cleaning done here since we moved to this area 6 years ago. I've never had a single problem. Always good quality. Always done on time. Horrible customer service I took in my suit for tapering & heming for the pants, suit jacket tapering sleeves.... To my surprise I get called the following day that it's ready for pickup.... I said wow that's great service..... I picked it up & tried it on the following day suit jacket was perfect...... But the pants had absolutely no work done to them...... I went back and the young lady was very helpful she did the repining for the tapering and heming...... Couple days later I pick up and as soon as I walk in I'm helped by the young lady and this Asian woman comes up from the back of the shop.... assume she's the manager she then says I owe money?? I said how I paid $56.00 for the work I had done...she says I need pay for the redo... I tried explaining that the pants had no work done to them and she wouldn't understand and kept going on about how they did the job saying I had requested 29 &1/2 Wich was correct..... But the job was never done saying it was... If the job was done how could I have returned to redo the pants?? The young lady repinned the pants about 3 inches.... And the tapering wasn't done either..... Super rude in a sense saying take you're pants and dont come back..... Won't be returning here ever... Brought my husbands clothes in....2 pants and 3 shirts. Picked up a few days later and I couldn't believe it when she handed me a receipt with a $20 bill stapled to it and said "this was in your clothes"...... who does that now a days? They do. I brought a brand new Levi pants to this place to have it initially altered. Then I left after a few hours I came back and brought another new pants I just bought. Told the older oriental lady if we can follow the inseam of the new one instead of the earlier one which she folded. She was giving me a deep breathing signifying that she was angry and I asked her is she is angry and I could bring this to another and she says no she is not. And so she said come back after a week because it was thanksgiving today Nov 30, 2015 I came to pick it up and she called a younger oriental lady and she said that all the clothes their seamstress has ... has been stolen. What a coincidence. They said that they will pay and I told them that was on sale and I don't know if I will be able to get it the same Levi's pants. She was angry because I told her I will buy a new one but whatever cost I pay she will have to pay for it and she says will see and its not a guarantee.... She says I was giving her an attitude but she they are the one who lost a brand new pants. So make sure you don't argue with them or they may loose your article of clothing. read more
