Update : Took me a…read morewhile to post this simply because I thought I had done this already. They turned this around on a dime. I was put in touch with a new clothier , David by the owner who called me after the original review. Now Mr Balani himself called and expressed his remorse at the situation. I had needed the suit for my engagement for I was immensely disappointed however he was kind and patient with me and worked to ensure I was taken care of. David , just went above and beyond to make sure everything was communicated in a timely manner and the end result was to my liking. Now here is an important caveat, I'm a drop 12 and most people run a drop 6-8 and because of this the suit was harder to get perfected. The proof of the pudding .. it turned out perfect. How perfect , so much so I wore it to my pandemic wedding over my other options! No other way to say this but if you want a custom suit , go to Balani. The fabric selection, the expertise and the professionalism which is modelled from the very top is well worth it. No two ways around it, no one else in Cleveland comes close. Old reviews and updates below : So let's get this right , this is the update for an order placed sept 21 and paid for in full. It was not turned around on time and there was no communication on their end until I reached out. I had ordered this with a specific party in mind and I notified them at the time, however that event came and went.. the agent I worked with no longer works there so there is that. However with both agents , there is a tendency to blame someone else for the problem. From the mill in Milan to the tailor in Hong Kong - personally I could care less but I digress. Subsequent to the first person I've currently beeworking with David Tinter who communicates more and errs on the side of over communicating than under which I greatly appreciate. I have been rather disgruntled by the experience and in spite of my unpleasantness he has been very pleasant to work with. So as far as I go 5 stars for the sales agent there So the good - the pants fit , the vest fit. The jacket not so much. Now here's my problem, they were supposed to be made for me but it looked like it was altered from an off the rack jacket. Why do I say this? Because I have had this done and that's what it looked it. Excessive fabric up front , the sleeves poorly fitting and from what I could tell crumpled up into the armseye. Now on to the shirt they insisted I get , the length was off by 7 inches or so. How does that happen, how poor is the quality control that you permitted that to happen? The sleeve length was off too by an inch or so which made it an awkward length. The chest area was off as well and didn't seem well tailored to me. I've had shirts made in India for significantly lesser, and not someone they call a master tailor that fit better . Again this questions the quality control and overall ability to deliver a solid product. So why all this detail, if you're looking to get a product in a set time, this isn't it. Here's my gripe - this was for my engagement party and I am not pleased with it one damn bit. I'm not going to ding the place to a one star just yet till I see what they can do it finally and if this is worth the trouble. Again as mentioned the staff seem ok, and they want to see you have the right product but there seemed to be a disconnect with the tailors. I say disconnect because their tailors are off shore , so things could get lost in translation so to speak. I'll update this again when I get a product to try again.

We could not have asked for a better experience at Balani! David Tinter shared his wealth of…read moreknowledge and helped us to custom design my fiancés wedding suit and rehearsal dinner outfit. We couldn't be more pleased with how they both turned out. It's safe to say my husband to be will no longer be purchasing dress shirts from anywhere but Balani! Thank you David!

We paid $25 a person + a $40 Service Charge to sit in a freezing cold room eating grocery store cookies, drinking coffee and cocoa from a vending machine dispenser, while a nice woman coughed all over everyone (and we're still sick). Our 6 and 8 year old were bored within minutes since we ended up being the only ones there at Noon and other than a woman reading one story from a book there was nothing else to do. The Staff, especially Erik the Elf, were friendly and helpful but the experience was overpriced and the train ride we paid extra for was a joke. There was no Santa (unless you paid $60 a person for breakfast.), and no Mr. Jingeling, but there was Bruce The Spruce but the line was too long. It was really for babies and small children. There were .3 small cars that went in a very small circle a few times...boring! And the Toy Shoppe was a big money grab. It was like being at the Dollar Store (or Five and Up) with cheap toys that cost $5 and up. The entire event was a waste of time and money. I would NOT recommend!

Even the Ritz Carlton is within there. What a joke. I remember they had water fountains and waterfalls, you could go to the movie theater, shop at unique places, grab some food at the food court that had great options, and enjoy the atmosphere. Now it's just a shell of itself. The place is nothing special anymore. It's just a walk through to get to the Gund or the Jake on a cold day. You call this a center, more like a ghost town with a few scattered businesses clinging on that will eventually tank. May as well call it Deformed City Center. May as well just throw in the towel because you're gonna need to clean this place up after it gets demolished one day.

Today I went with a simple white cotton sundress, the material is quality and heavy without being bulky. The sales staff is always so nice too. You can access this clothing store from East 4th or 5th Street Arcades (it's attached to the building). I only followed Intro Boutique for eternity on Instagram. I finally wandered in with time to spare prior to the nearby Yelp Elite event. I was pleasantly surprised with the collection.  STORE/INVENTORY: Intro Boutique has two locations in downtown Cleveland. One is this one (9 years in operation), and another by the Rock Hall of Fame (3 years in operation). The brand focuses on attire that is comfortable, trendy, and washes well according to the store employee. For the local fashionistas, the store has casual and business casual attire - sweaters, shirts, butter soft leggings (with pockets!), dresses, silky shirts, well made purses, earrings, rings, adorable clutches and wallets. For self-care queens, shelves with body care items are found throughout the store where you can even smell like "total eclipse." For tourists or CLE lovers, there are cute CLE postcards, magnets, clutches, hats, tees, sweaters, 3D printed script signs, and more. It's the perfect destination to purchase the Land merch or souvenirs from your visit from CLE. You can literally buy postcards for as little as $2 and send some old school love to your loved ones. Overall, the prices range from $30 to $70. Most products sold in stores originate from the USA, Indonesia, and Vietnam just based on reading the labels. I noticed that a lot of garments resemble currently trending fashion and fabrics from fast fashion brands - Rainbow, Target, and others.  DEALS: The store is well stocked for fall with garments in seasonal colors (like rusty orange, and reds). They also have a fall mystery bag sale. You can select a mystery bag in your size - 4 clothing items for $40. I originally considered the bag but the store does not carry my size. I normally wear 2X-3X, their sizes are from S-XL. They mentioned that sizes are pretty generous. I did not try anything to confirm or deny due to being short on time.  SERVICE: The store employee (or one of the owners not sure) was very social and friendly. She mentioned that she'd love to have me back in to do a little fashion show as I try some of the items. I loved that idea!  I look forward to returning to the store to shop for accessories. By the end of the night I decided that I need the wallet with dainty edges from the store! I regret that the clothing won't fit me. I would have loved to own a garment from Intro.
