A nurse came out and showed us to the exam room, took my vitals, and maybe 5-10 minutes later Dr. Saint-Jean came in. She gave me a thorough exam including administering special drops that would "illuminate" the extent of the injury, determined it only needed an antibiotic ointment, gave me a prescription and sent me on my way. Everything from check in to check out was seamless and professional. The facility was clean, organized, and well run by all involved. I hope to not need their services in the future, but if I do, they will be my first choice.

The office is clean-looking & aesthetically pleasing. Front desk receptionist is polite & nice but other than that, their medical staff needs more training because quest diagnostics told us village medical do this a lot, so much so that village medical's account number is already pasted on their desk.
