The last time I step foot in this place. If you happen to already be helped, you are golden. If you happen to walk in while they are working with someone, be prepared to wait as long as they take their time to help the customer already in process. I had to luxury of waiting 25 minutes to pick up a sport coat. Once someone helped me, it took 32 seconds to grab the sport coat, try it on, and bag it. Thanks but I'll shop elsewhere going forward. Service: Exceptional. I came here to pick up a suit (pre-ordered, ready for a wedding) and was trying it on less than 5 minutes later. The whole ordeal lasted less than 15 minutes. We are getting married in May we worked with Jessica to start and she was lovely. Everything was perfect & then we went to pick a tie and i took a day to decide on the tie that best matched my bridesmaids dresses. We went in the next day and Jessica wasn't there it took over 20 minutes for someone to even notice we were there Even though BRENDA was sitting doing nothing at the back of the store, once i made a decision and asked to be rung out she acted like i was incomviencing her. She rolled her eyes and was rude. Then my father and brother went in to get their suits and ties and the staff member said that the woman didn't even write anything down. She wrote "customer took tie" so i was forced to go back into the store to get again tell them what tie i wanted after groomsmen had already gone to the store. All because she didn't care enough to actually do Her job. Frustrated i spoke with the manager who was kind, named joe and tried to do what he could to diffuse the situation but to say this left a bad taste in my mouth is an understatement. I'm so angry and if BRENDA tries to help you run the other way- she's lazy and won't do anything but create More of a cluster fuck for you. I went into the Tuttle Mall Mens Wearhouse to set up the appointment for the groomsmen and my groom. (10 people total). The sales lady lied straight to my face. We were inquiring about navy blue suit/tux rentals. The groomsmen were to be in navy pants, ivory vests and navy ties. The sales lady told me very harshly that I would not be able to find a rental in navy anywhere. She then proceeded to tell me that if we could "go back in a time machine 5 yrs they could do that". When a co-worker inquired as to what we were talking about he replied with "Oh ya - you'd have to get into the way-way-back machine for that." Navy blue is a pretty standard suit color. After she attempted to talk me into an entirely different color scheme I walked out and called American Commadore Tuxedo. They DO rent navy suits and tuxes. Don't lie straight to someone's face and say they wont find what they're looking for anywhere just to make a sale unless you know that for a fact. American Commadore was the first place I called when we left. Rude, and dishonest employees. read more

I paid off my tux for prom, then had gotten my 5 referrals (free rental). I went into the store to see about getting my free rental. Jessica was the one who came up to me first. When I explained my situation she promptly got an attitude. When she went behind the counter to check she got very excited in telling me that not everyone got Vera wang so it wouldn't be free. I then asked "what can we do then?" She said I can split the difference you would only be paying about $40. She at this point has an even worse attitude. She then continues to answer phone calls and talk to other employees as if we are such a hassle to her. She then said she could refund the money that we had spent and said they would mail me a check because I paid 200 in cash and 40 on a card and she then got an attitude saying she would have to split the money up. Worst customer service ever if you aren't spending 600 bucks. Never going back. read more
