Tailoring is too expensive for what was actually done. Both jackets look practically the same after spending almost $250 on tailoring them. Staff were rude and simply uninterested on helping. Never had this issue at different locations so it'd be safe to assume the issue is this location. read more

HORRIBLE customer service at this location. I am a frequent customer who shops often at Mens Warehouse & recently moved here to Houston. I've bought several suit sets from Men's Warehouse & even used their services when my husband and I got married...but today, actually this morning... after calling them about a clearance shoe that I had almost purchased yesterday, I reached out to the store hoping that the gentleman who assisted me was available to help get my items that I wanted together so that I can come by & purchase them today. So when I call, another gentleman answered the phone & after asking him if he was the gentleman that helped me yesterday, he said no. I then started to ask him about the clearance shoes & describe the shoe that I saw yesterday & as I was talking to him, a female came on the phone who seem like she just grabbed it, telling me that I had to come in & look at the shoe because they couldn't help me over the phone. I was a little taken back because there was a very small inventory of clearance shoes in this location & it would've taken just a moment for them to pull the shoe out of the clearance area & put it "on hold" but she couldn't do this because she was too busy or she didn't feel like providing customer service as she showed that she lacked professionalism. After she tells me that she couldn't put the shoes on hold or pull them aside for me even after telling her that I wanted to come by & pick them up today after we got off the phone, I proceeded to that location to try & purchase these shoes. Once I got there, she tried to be friendly and I politely told her, I'm the one who called about the clearance shoes & I can get them myself. She didn't want to help me over the phone, so I did what she told me to do during our phone conversation which was come by & get them myself. I looked over their clearance section in case I saw anything else that I may have wanted to purchase & saw a pair of pants that were also on clearance. They were gray draw strung cargo pants in a "slacks type material" & I remembered getting them at another Men's Warehouse location but in a larger size (since their clearance items were limited). I get into the dressing room to try in the pants. I then see a sign that says "text MW1128 to 66960" & get $20 off a purchase of $100. So after trying on the pants & letting this absolutely RUDE person continue to assist me, she went ahead and told me that I can only use this coupon once and thst it looks like I already used it yesterday. She could've found a more professional way to say this, but instead decided to be confrontational & unprofessional with me. I then told her that my husband hadn't signed up yet with this program and asked if I could get him to sign up, would I be able to use the $20 off promotional coupon sent via text. She kept going back & forth and so I decided to call the Willow Brook location since I made a purchase with them yesterday. This lady had the audacity to tell me that "the store manager wasn't even scheduled to work at that location." I looked at her w/confusion as if her telling me this was a solution to help resolve the issue I had with wanting to make a purchase & utilizing the promotional coupon. So I called the Willowbrook location & speak to an assistant manager. I explain the situation with wanting to purchase the $90 shoes that were on clearance as well as a $19 pants that were also on clearance at the Spring location to see if I can purchase them at the Spring store & then return them in Willowbrook location so that I can utilize the $20 coupon. The gentleman at the Willowbrook location said that he had remembered me & said yes he would absolutely love the opportunity to assist me with resolving this issue. He also ended up telling me that these items were refundable anyway & that they were not an all sales are final, even though they were on clearance.After I get off the phone with a Willowbrook location I turn around & tell this lady that I'm gonna put these items on hold and will be right back. keep in mind she hears me having this conversation over the phone with a Willowbrook location and I tell her that I just need to get a hold of my husband so that he can text the number & get the coupon code for the $20 off $100 purchase, she then proceeds to tell me that she can't put these items on hold and then if somebody asks for them, she'd have to sell them. I told her she could do whatever she needed to do & that I'll be back to pick these items up if they were still here. I don't understand why she couldn't have just been polite & just tell me what the policy was if they couldn't hold clearance items which I'm not sure is the truth because I shopped at three different locations for Mens Wearhouse yesterday & all three locations were able to hold items for me up until I came to pick them up. read more

I had a wonderful experience here yesterday morning. The two gentlemen working helped get me sized for a suit, showed me a couple selections, and gave me great recommendations. I left happy with a suit, more knowledgeable in fashion, and how to dress nicely. When you treat other people with respect and as a human being it goes a long way. This place is sloppy, for a mans warehouse is so disorganized. The clearance section does not have the mark down prices, shirts are not in their proper places. Im use to a clean and well organize Mens wear house and this starting to look like macys. Price Signs knocked over, ties crumble up on top of the show case. read more

Worst experience and professionalism ever! I came to get my measurements here from a guy with the initials "K.B" after trying on the tux I gad some issues with how big and loose it felt and asked him if I could get a slim fit shirt because it felt baggy he quickly shut it down and told me they don't do slim fits. I had issues with the jacket as well and how it fit and he was arrogant about it and talked about how he does this all the time and that was the size I needed. I left feeling like the final tux wasn't going to look right on me or fit the way I wanted it too and he didn't do anything to try and accommodate my concerns. Sure enough 2 days before the wedding I go to Dallas to my pick up location and the tux fit HORRIBLE, exactly like I thought it would. I looked like a little kid trying to wear his dads suit! My pants were too long, my shirt was 2 sizes too bih and was a classic fit instead of slim fit, my vest was a size too big and my jacket was 2 sizes too bih and a classic fit instead of a slim fit! I had to call around all day and night trying to find another store that may have something closer to my size. Luckily I was able to find one but this guy K.B really fucked this up big time. He's horrible at his job and needs to find something else to do. read more

Worst experience in any clothing store I've ever stepped foot in. A under trained staff, that was unwelcoming and unprofessional. I was there to get a suit picked out for my upcoming wedding with my fiancé and soon to be father in law. We were told they did not have time for us today and we would need to come back another day. Which was surprising since it was only us and another costumer in the store at that time. Sad to see we will be taking our business to another store because of the workers at this location. read more

The few times I've been here most of the staff were unhelpful and it just seemed like they were trying to process me in and out. I typically buy my suits and sport coats from Men's Wearhouse so I stopped by this location in advance of attending a trade show next week. A sales associate asked what we were looking for and we told him a sport coat. He met us in the front of the store and asked my size. I told him I thought I was a 54 and asked if he had any. 'Not many' he replied and wandered off. Needless to say, I won't be returning to Mens Wearhouse. read more

I think I've found the best Men's Wearhouse in Houston. I was previously going to a store a little farther south and was OK with it, but the store needs some TLC, very busy, and I truly didn't enjoy shopping there. I just happened to see this store off of the highway one day and decided to stop on by and get some alterations done on my pants. (To be taken in :)) Just from walking in, I could tell this was going to be a different shopping experience. Neat new store, courteous, and professional staff who were very knowledgeable. They took great care of me, handling all of the alterations I brought in perfectly. Since then, I have been in several times for shirts, and most recently, buying a Tux. From a guy who truly HATES shopping for clothes, these guys make each visit a good experience. Kudo's to the staff. read more

The lady who helped us at this men's warehouse made us feel really un welcomed. They did not seem busy at all. We were the only people in the store and told us we needed to come back tomorrow. She also just seemed to have an aggressive tone in her voice. Maybe she was having a bad day, but I was very unhappy with their service there. This was my second time at this location. First did not count as I took a relative there to get a white dress shirt. On that trip I saw a few things that interested me so i decided to stop by another day. On my second trip I was greeted by the whole crew when I walked through the door which made me feel comfortable. I kinda had an idea what I was looking for, but Gene Johnson helped me out and hit it out of the park. He not only made sure everything fit, but also had recommendations I would never have selected. I was very impressed with his selections and happy he was able to assist me. Gene had me in and out of there in a flash. On my next trip I will be sure to ask for Gene. read more
