Food was phenomenal! I ordered the House Roasted Turkey BLT and it was loaded with meat. Bacon was very tasty and the bread was fresh. Staff was incredibly friendly and attentive to customer needs. It is a small place, but there is plenty of seating both indoor and out. Parking was the only issue. It was very minimal and the lot is difficult to get out of due to the busy road. It is so worth it though! I will return to Meraki in the future and I highly recommend both locals and tourists check out this place. read more

Meraki's is where I want to get my dinner on the nights I don't feel like cooking. The front counter is full of pasta, quinoa, and other salads, with a smaller case on top of muffins and smaller pastries. The traffic seems to ebb and flow - we walked in right as two parties were walking out, and right before two more parties came in, seemingly intent on getting their own dinners. Seating isn't ample, but given the limited parking spaces how many people can really be there at once? The servers were friendly, and the food was delicious. My grilled cheese havarti with bacon was cheesey without an overwhelming amount of grease. Friendly staff and super delicious, fresh food! Went there yesterday and ordered takeout. Everything was perfect from the ginger rice noodle salad to the gluten free pumpkin bread. Had never heard of this place until a friend mentioned it and boy am i glad. I got the Korean chicken sandwich which was absolutely delicious and left me wanting more even after I finished it. The place is adorable. Comfortable little spot with a chocolate shop right near it! Service was very helpful for first time visitors! We were in the area doing a little hiking, and decided to stop here afterwards for some lunch. It's really tiny, but also pretty cosy. Ordering is at the counter, and then food is brought out to you. At the time we were visiting, it was pretty crowded, but we still got a table. I'd ordered the porchetta sandwich, and Lee ordered a burger that was on the menu. They both came with a quinoa salad, which isn't really my favorite grain in the world, but it was still pretty tasty. The porchetta sandwich itself was really nice, tasty pork with a nice runny egg. Lee really enjoyed his burger as well. My only complaint was that because of the noisiness of the crowd, it was hard to tell what drinks were available, but that is a minor quibble in what was overall a really nice lunch. read more

On our way back to NY, we decided to try this place. When we walked in, the server was very passionate and enthusiastic about the menu. He was not just service friendly but seemed like a genuinely great guy. I ordered the falafel, which was pretty good. My partner ordered the turkey blt & enjoyed it. The prices were fairly reasonable for healthier options. I really enjoyed being able to eat how I'd normally eat while on vacation. The broccolini salad was refreshing. I ordered blackend organic salmon taco and it was very fresh and delicious. Salmon was cooked very well and the sauce inside was pretty good. My friend got beef sandwich and it was one of the best sandwich he's ever had. I totally agree with that!! The staffs were friendly and nice. The atmosphere was cozy. You won't find a bad review of Meraki on Yelp. And ours won't change that. Simply put, we love it. We've had breakfast, lunch and take-out dinners here, and we've never had a bad experience. Never. I'd be willing to give them a slip or two, but that hasn't happened on our dozen or so visits. It's not a very imposing establishment: a small shack with limited seating inside and not many parking spots outside (don't be afraid to park across the street in the Irving lot; we've done and seen others as well). For breakfast, there are lots of delicious choices: we favor the burrito and the egg sandwich (on croissant with cheese and yummy bacon), but you can't go wrong with zucchini bread (fresh and tasty crumbly) or one of the muffins or scones. There's good coffee and a nice choice of teas. And you'll find lots of food prepared for lunch or dinner ready for take out always good pastas), or come back later and order up one of their delightful sandwiches or soups. Everywhere you look, there's appetizing food to be observed and eaten, and the smells here are wonderful. Of course, so are the servers. It's cheery and inviting whether you're a regular or a first-timer. We recommend it. Best place for breakfast in the Litchfield area, in our view. read more

Not only is the food consistently delicious, the baked goods excellent and the coffee out of this world, the staff is friendly and patient beyond expectation . I just witness them handle a false accusation by a customer that the cook staff were not wearing masks when preparing food and the woman insistested on getting her money back and threatened to call " the state department." This place is more than following COvid guidelines. I am a regular and have paid attention . Any poor review by this woman is out of line and unfounded .
