One of the owners was the person I was speaking with. We were very impressed at how pleasant everyone there was throughout the repair process that we thought we would give them a quick look for a new tritoon we were considering. There was a boat show in the area the day we scheduled our appointment with Todd (we had to do our due diligence, as this was new territory to us). Todd was very personable and professional, making us feel at home. They had a nice selection of new pontoons inside their facility, which was nice since it was raining that day. We were able to strike a deal with Todd and decided to keep the business local. We were told the boat would take 8-10 weeks to come in, since it was a new build with the options we wanted. I got a call from Todd about 5 weeks later saying it was in! The problem was that our boat lift wasn't ready for the new configuration, and the lift company couldn't get out for another 1-2 weeks. Todd and the good folks over at Lewis agreed to keep the boat on their lot until it was ready, which helped us out considerably with coordination efforts (at no charge, by the way). In short, I would highly recommend this company. They won us over with the service department initially, but ended up impressing us even more with their sales staff and process. We will definitely look to these guys if/when my wife gives me the green light for that bass boat ; )

My pontoon is stored indoors during the winter months. Within those 16 years I have purchased 4 boats from them, the last two being new Premier Pontoon boats. They have been excellent pricing and trade in values. I also buy boating supplies and towable tube. They have a good supply and often sale pricing. They delivered my new boat to my dock and gave an on water instruction on the boat's features and break in instructions. They are always available to answer further questions by phone. When I broke something. They came to my dock for a minor repair. They are friendly and neighborly. I strongly recommend Dri-Port Marine. ​

Starkey the GM called me on the phone and threatened me. Sorry Starkey, defamation is only if I make an untrue statement. I brought this RV back to the selling dealer for warranty because the frame was bent and one of the jacks was bent. They blamed the damage on me and told me to file an insurance claim instead of addressing the structural problem. This was separate from the other weld cracks that they claimed were "not cracks." They made several repairs but the situation kept getting worse. It became clear the dealer was working for Keystone rather than advocating for their customer. To the owner -- I brought the unit back to you for a structural defect and you let Keystone run over me. 3 YEAR UPDATE: After a lot of screwing from Keystone I got them to buy this junk back for 90K. I still lost about 30K but it's better than nothing. My recommendation to you all is take lots of photos and get everything in writing. Use ChatGPT for help. Never trust your dealer. Hire a lemon law lawyer before they make a buyback offer. Once they make a bad offer you are stuck paying your own lawyer bill. Good luck.

After more than two months, nearly $4,000 in charges, multiple trips, and two assurances that the leak had been fixed, the RV continued to leak when it rained. What was especially frustrating was learning that one repair was supposedly tested by spraying water on the RV while supervising staff stood outside rather than inside checking for leaks. Eventually, we were told the problem was the awning over the door, the same area they claimed to have repaired during our original visit. We had recently purchased a separate and expensive RV from Byerly, so we expected a much better level of service and workmanship. Unfortunately, this experience has eliminated our confidence in their Service Department. Our Holiday Rambler is finally back, although we still don't know whether the leak is actually fixed. One thing is certain: we will not voluntarily bring our RV back to Byerly for service. Having an extended warranty that may require us to deal with this department in the future makes the experience even more disappointing. A message was left for the Service Department Manager, Steve, asking him to call me back in reference to a complaint about the service we received. As of this writing, he has not called me back. If I could leave 0 stars, I would.

I experienced a respectful and patient sales person (when I was ready) who was very candid and helped me find the cart that will work best for me based on my needs and desires. Even before I signed the paperwork, they made an adjustment to the cart that I pointed out during the test drive. The turn signal switch was sitting a little farther from the steering wheel than was comfortable for a short person like myself. They immediately adjusted it and asked me to try it out again to make sure. Once decided, the buying process was smooth and I was given plenty of time to read through everything (I am one who actually reads terms and conditions) and address any and all questions/concerns. Matt even looked up my little trailer that I want to use to tow my kayak to ensure I had the correct hardware to hook everything up. So far, I am extremely pleased with my transaction. I expect the cart to be delivered in the next week or so I will likely update after delivery. Update: The promised date range that I expected to receive a call to schedule delivery came and went without any contact. Two days later, I called to inquire about status and was told an accessory was ordered and out for delivery. I was assured that the part should be in on Friday or Monday and I should expect a call Monday or Tuesday to schedule delivery. It is now Wednesday evening and still no contact.
