The seating sections were a little confusing, but there were plenty of staff ready to help. Concessions were good, there were several options to meet most people needs, and accessibility options for those who need seemed plenty. I've been here for a Falcons game and had a great experience. We attended a World Cup game at the stadium and had an amazing experience. The staff were incredibly friendly, from security to concession workers. They handled a group of 68,000 people with ease. Every seat in this stadium has a perfect view, major kudos to the architects and engineers. The entire stadium was very clean and the seats all had cup holders! Most importantly, the owner of this stadium refuses to gauge fans on concession prices. From $2.00 hot dogs and popcorn to $8.00 domestic beers, our family was able to enjoy the day without completely breaking the bank. Went here for the World Cup game and this place is beyond amazing. Located in Atlanta 1amb drive. Watched the game against Morocco and Haiticwhich was unbelievable. Upon entering I was amazing of the enormous space, they had court courts, shops, different suite levels as well. Luckily we got vip so we got the full effect of catering service and a closer look at the stadium field. When you see the stadium it's holds more than 75,000 people. It's neat because if it's hot the roof can automatically close and if weather is good it can stay open. When we went it was super hot so the roof was closed but AC was flowing inside. Everything was so clean, organized, the staff was friendly and helpful. The suites were luxurious and up to par. Food was delicious. And it's awesome because they had everything reasonable priced compared to other stadium food and drink cost. Since we had vip we are able to get our own Buffett food and drink access. They had mini burgers, a sushi area, steak area, many different sides. The best part was walking from the vip suite to the stadium. Fully air conditioned a dome that opens and closes for weather purposes. No words can describe how amazing it was. read more

My wife and I went to Fox Bros. for lunch. We were greeted nicely. Sat immediately. Our server Demetrius came over. He explained the menu and the specials. Made suggestions to us. My wife ordered the fried chicken ribs with baked beans and potato salad. She also ordered the fried tater tots for an appetizer. I ordered the ribs and chicken combo. Taskmaster: I purchased tickets for Chris Brown and Usher concert on Nov 7th for $1405. I received notification from Taskmaster that my concert date was reschedule for Nov 6th. I called Taskmaster to see if my date could be reschedule for Nov 8th due to having concert tickets for event on Nov 6th and Ticketmaster decline to help stated that I need to contact the Event organizer which is Ticketmaster, I explain I want to go to the concert but I have tickets from Ticketmaster for Nov 6th concert in Columbia SC and could you change to Nov 8th. I was in town for a football game and was excited to for the experience here. Parking was a breeze as was getting to the Home Depot Backyard lot for tailgate. Great performances and experience. The stadium was all the way live. Whoever is in charge of keeping the crowd hype was doing their job. The food for me was just okay. I've been to countless professional sports stadiums, and I can say that this is one of the best ones out there. I attended during a soccer game and was blown away with how clean and brand new the place looks. My seats were good, but there is not a bad seat in the entire place. The video board was also super cool. One of the best things about the stadium was the food selection (this is yelp after all and we love our food). Everything was affordable. Usually when you go to a sports stadium you expect to get ripped off but not here. I ended up getting more than I usually would because the prices were so reasonable. 2 slices of pizza and empanada ran me about $9. At any other stadium you'd more than likely looking at least triple that. I can't wait to visit again to try more food and see another sport played here! read more

First time at an NFL football game and it won't be the last. We got club seats from SeatGeek to be exact 9 rows from the field. The seats were amazing we were so close. It came with good food and drinks included--nothing bundt cakes, mac and cheese, burgers, chicken wings, and fries unlimited. The food was fresh and the service was friendly. The stadium feels like you're sitting in a Mercedes-Benz top-of-the-line everything. Our view was so crisp and the lighting was sharp. They even had the roof open it looked like a pixel. Watching a football game that close was next level you see and hear everything. Also, the music selection was LIT. We had unlimited access to the Delta Lounge, and it filled up quickly. Always have a great experience at Mercedes-Benz and also what used to be The Georgia Dome, but this was my first time experiencing a suite and it was fantastic! Definitely a completely different energy and experience from up there since you are in your own little space and confined to your group of people only. Truly the biggest plus of it all is the private bathroom!! You cannot beat that. There was even a tv in the bathroom mirror playing the match so you truly never had to miss a second. We were treated to a gorgeous fruit platter, veggies, dips, popcorn, chicken fingers, etc. to enjoy during the match and were also given complimentary beautifully knitted Atlanta United scarves that were draped over every seat in the suite. The seats are also really comfy and extra cushioned compared to the regular stadium seats so that's another huge pro. Everything was super clean and organized and service was fantastic. Great view, great eats and sips, and even better company! To top it off, we won the match and it was a much needed W for ATL UTD! read more

In all fairness, I am not a big fan of stadiums or stadium sized venues. The increasing size of huge crowds can be overstimulating for me. At this one, the walk to the entrance from the parking lot was far. I was here for the battle of the bands (college edition). The comfort level for the seats were okay. We had a wonderful time. The suite had a different access route. We took the elevators up and had to have specific tickets in order to get our floor. We watch the game from the seats, which was a great view and great food as well. There were at least 15 seats in the suite plus additional seating where the food was situated. There are TVs even in the restroom so we didn't never miss any of the game. The stadium is situated next to the Marta station so we took the Marta in and had no issue getting to the game no parking issues. read more

The Benz is good stadium. Easy to get in and out of, MARTA (public transit) actually goes there, and there are some fun restaurants and bars in the surrounding area as well. There is not a bad seat in the house, food is reasonably priced. Cool place to see a game. The music quality is not great for concerts, but no arena is in my experience. read more

The seats are actually soft and comfortable, and no matter where you sit, there's not a bad view in the house. 4 star arena, 1 star staff/customer service. I'll cut the difference and give a 3 overall since the actual arena was fine but the staff were horrendous. This is my second time visiting the arena and it went a lot smoother than the first time. The first time was back in 2018 for a concert, where I had prepaid for parking where the traffic was so bad I never even made it to the lot. Despite me leaving 3+ hours early for my event, I still couldn't get close to the venue. This time, I went for the GHSA football championship games. I will add that because it was a smaller event than the concert, it was a lot easier to manage. We parked at the Home Depot backyard lot, which is conveniently located next to a gate. It was about $20 for parking. That lot is known for tailgating so I will say there was a strong smell of weed and most people were standing around smoking. I think if you're sensitive to smoke like me, as long as you don't hang around the area and instead walk right into the venue you'd be fine. I will say that I did get haggled by security over and over despite me having tickets given to me by my work. The security guards told me to go to one place, where I went, who then sent me to the box office, who then sent me to another security. They were not pleasant to deal with and I was getting yelled at and berated by all staff. Once I finally got inside, my organizer apologized and gave us a VIP lanyard that showed we were working the event. The seats and arena was nice and kept up well. The concessions were actually very fair priced, considering it is an event venue. The next trouble came when some of my people had to suddenly leave for an emergency. I walked outside (with my badge on) to get my coat from the car and then tried to re-enter. I am not sure if it was Mercedes Benz staff or the GHSA staff, but I was treated like complete trash. They would not let me back in and blamed me for leaving (it wasn't a choice, there was a work emergency). The box office lady actually threatened me- "I don't care why you left, you can't be doing that. Next time I won't let you back in." I clearly had my ticket and badge but I guess it meant nothing to her. Eventually I did get back in when I called my organizer and he sent me a spare ticket. I'm not sure why that was a hassle but the security were absolutely terrible and rude to deal with. Do not recommend. read more

This is a state of the art facility. It's the most fan friendly stadium I've ever seen and quite frankly a marvel of science and technology. The fact that they are platinum leed certified seems impossible, like falcons winning the superbowl impossible. The Home Depot backyard is an awesome venue to tail gate. The fact that vendors in the stadium are only allowed to sell their food for the normal price they would outside the stadium feels like sacrilege as I sit in my home stadium with my $20 beer. There are twice as many women's restrooms as men's (how is that not a standard in arenas?). Finally once centennial yards is finished this area is going to turn into a straight up vacation destination. If you get a chance catch an event here but even more than that I encourage you to take the stadium tour! You get to go on the field, you go in the locker rooms, you see all the behind the scenes stuff it was more of a highlight than going to a game. read more

I see a lot of concerts, and Mercedes-Benz is probably my favorite US stadium-size venue to see a show. I've had a variety of seats and experiences here, but there are a few elements about this stadium that really puts it over the top for me: - Super modern, well-maintained newer facilities, with a CLOSED roof, thank the lord, making what would be otherwise unbearably hot and annoying summer concerts extremely pleasant. - The bathroom situation is almost nice? For seeing a stadium-level show, at least. Even for female-heavy crowds like Beyonce or Taylor, I've never had to wait super long in line to use the restroom, the restrooms are well maintained (hello still having TP near the end of the show!) and clean, even for a sold out, crazy show like Taylor. - The food is actually some of the best stadium food I've had. There are your usual suspects like pizza, hot dogs, fried chicken, etc but also legit food like a hibachi stand. I had a suite experience for the recent Beyonce show, which came with catered all you can eat food and drink and it was actually so tasty with a wide variety of options to meet different dietary restrictions, very fresh made to order food, and great mixer options. I have never had the kind of quality treatment and service at another club or suite experience for a stadium and it was really nice. - SO easy to get to from public transit, cutting down both the cost and hassle of having to think through parking. - Really attentive service staff throughout the venue. Whether it's giving directions throughout the venue or making sure an over-served fellow concert goer doesn't ruin others experience (which happened when I saw Zach Bryan here), they really make this a seamless and safe experience for guests. - Comfortable seats, with decent views from most anywhere in the stadium. Some things I think could be improved: - Good, not particularly great acoustics, for a stadium show. I'm quite picky about the sound engineering for a show and know this can also be artist dependent but sometimes the sound is just off here. This was really apparent for Zach Bryan's show, which I had already seen in Nashville so I knew what it should have sounded like. - This is a problem everywhere but why must drinks be so expensive???? I think I paid $14 for a tall Coors light here once. - I want it to be easier / clearer where to find merch when coming to a show. I feel like this is something that could easily be included in the pre-show email to ticket holders. Overall I love this as a concert venue for just being so much more comfortable and convenient than other stadiums. It's well worth it, even if you're not a local to make the trek to see a concert here so you can just enjoy the experience more. read more

The Beyoncé Cowboy Carter Show Is in town and we visited the stadium to attend. Parking was a bit on the pricier side for us although there were lots of people with signs. We ended up paying $60 which was about a 10-15 minute walk uphill. The attendants were professional and got the thousands of guests in smoothly. This was our first time at this stadium and learned that the rooftop can be opened if needed as well. Inside was incredibly spacious and clean. The lighting was perfect for photos and there are elevators, and escalators to give your feet a break if needed. read more

My neighbor invited me to attend a falcons game at the new Mercedes-Benz stadium in Atlanta last year. Being that this was my first time in the new stadium, all of the technology was definitely impressive. I also loved all of the unique eateries And the relatively low pricing on soft drinks. My only complaint was the noise level. Either I'm getting too old or I simply have not been to a sporting event or concert where the sound can be anywhere between 90 and 110 dB. If I ever go back to another sporting event at Mercedes-Benz Stadium, I would definitely consider bringing some type of noise canceling ear device. Cheers read more

We were on concourse with access to the services below .. feed food, water, bundle cakes, and ice cream. Several bars and lots of clean bathrooms. You have field level access and can be super close to the team benches. We used the Delta Fast Pass to get through. Very helpful! The stores has nothing but Falcons merchandise. Major loss for them because half the fan base was for the opposing team. read more
