Despite the long lines I was able to order and get my drink rather quickly (less than 10min). The line to order is all the way to the right and then you make a u turn and wait out front to pick up your order. If you are getting freshly brewed coffee, the cashier makes it right there and hands it to you. Specialty orders are made up front and you can watch the assembly line making food and drinks. Everyone was in good spirits and Lilian who I assume was the manager/team leader was on point! She was hustling and motivating her staff, quickly pushing out drink orders. Despite this she took the time to update people on the status of their order and even answer a question I had about my order.
