But to be honest it was great experience my masseuse was so rough on my shoulder n neck I mean did not even ask me how the pressure was. Next she stretched my neck so much I had to tell her to stop! I received a phone call mid May, with an apology for the experience that I had. I was assured that the spa was inclusive and did not have a fat shaming culture. According to the supervisor, the massage therapist was informed of how her words were harmful. I was offered to return back to make amends at their cost. I revisited the spa and this experience was very positive. The massage therapist I had was really friendly. Additionally, I appreciated her asking me what areas of my body I wanted to focus on. I'm going to preface this update by being completely transparent, I was contacted by a representative of the spa to try it out again on their dime, twice, because they wanted me to have a satisfactory experience. To keep this review short I will try to incompass my experience from my second and third visit into one review. The spa remains clean and tidy, quiet and serene, with a pleasant scent. They can now accomodate plus sized ladies with a robe that closes, I'm not sure what their biggest size is but they have plus sizes. They fixed the cold plunge so that its actually cold not distastefully tepid like the last time. Their shower toiletries are more aesthetically pleasing and the selected music is perfect for the environment. I tried their soaking tub (on their dime) which is an add on service. For me, it wasn't life changing but I have a bathtub and a collection of lush bathbombs but if you don't have a tub or want to experience sitting in the tub without being bothered for 30 minutes it's worth the $. No longer did I experience maintenance issues or an invasion of my privacy due to plumbing which was great. They clarified the lunch situation and I was very happy for that - apparently you order directly with the restaurant in the hotel and a waiter brings you whatever you order. Lastly, their customer seevice personnel is improving - friendly and helpful. I'm happy with this place, they made a real effort to bring their standards at the expected level of quality, I look forward to coming here on a monthly basis. read more

My goal for my birthday this year was to have a full-blown spa day, the types I had seen in movies with the white robe and hair wrapped in a white towel. Based on all the reviews I had read this one seemed to be the most likely to provide me with the experience I wanted. I had booked my spa day 2 days in advanced with two massages at 12pm for my friend and me. I assumed there would be not many people there at that hour, and I was right because, throughout our entire 3 hours stay, we were the only two in the entire spa! Checking-In was a breeze, and the receptionist gave us a quick tour of the location. Although I had done my research I was still slightly taken back by the size of the spa, It is smaller than I had imagined. Upon entering to your right is the locker area with the quiet room entrance towards the back of the lockers. There is only 1 restroom with only 1 toilet inside and it is located outside of the locker room. When you enter you are also walking straight into the vanity area, I took photos of everything they provide you with, but they are not high-end products. Down the hall is the full spa area which includes a jacuzzi and cold dip area, I liked that those two were sectioned off with stairs. The spa area also had the sauna and steam room next to each other with several showers and bathtubs to the right. Inside of the spa area is also where they have their room for any scrub packages purchased. They also have a tv room with plenty of couches to the right of the spa area and there is Netflix installed on the TV. For my Spa Day I brought with me: Extra Skincare Items (I highly recommend bringing a cooling face mask and especially face lotion since the jacuzzi dried my skin!) I forgot to bring a bikini and had to buy one next door at the outlets, and I highly recommend bringing one since it was all I wore underneath my robe. Since I knew I wanted to shower I brought a change of clothes so I could shower, and my water bottle. (they do have plenty of water stations but since I drink a lot of water, I knew I would need a bigger size cup) After placing all my items inside of my locker room, I changed into my bikini with my robe and slippers. When I first received the robe, I was a bit hesitant I would be unable to fit in it since they did not ask for my size. However, I am a size 14 and the robe fit just fine with plenty of room to wrap around still. The slippers were more like black sandals and although they had a little room left to them in the back, they fit fine and did not feel too big. After changing we had about 30 minutes before our massages and after finishing changing, we headed in the steam room. The steam room was very big, and I highly recommend going inside before the massage because my pores felt opened and clean, plus I felt surprisingly refreshed. Once we were called to our massages we were taken across the hall to the rooms. About 20 minutes into my massage I regretted asking for light pressure because it felt like I was just having lotion rubbed onto my body. I did have to ask the masseuse for extra pressure multiple times throughout my massage, but I take it that was because I had asked for light pressure on my sheet, so I do understand. After our massage, we tried the jacuzzi and the cold bath, I'm 5'2 and could sit very comfortably on the steps in both. The sauna was big, however, not as hot as I would have preferred and there are no controls to turn it high. The showers were very easy to use, and I fell in love with their shampoo, conditioner, and body gel. Overall, I do highly recommend the place, you can't beat the price for value and my only suggestion is to ask for more pressure on your sheet since it is easier to ask for lighter pressure. read more

I had such a relaxing time at this Spa. I initially wanted the Meridian Beginnings Package that includes a massage, a facial, and an orange-vanilla scrub for $186 but the esthetician was busy so I had to settle for just the massage and scrub. I was a little skeptical as I was arriving there because of the location (a casino) but when I entered the spa, it really proved me wrong. It was so clean, professional, and the service was great. I started off with my massage. It was my first time getting a massage but my goodness was it the best thing ever!!! The massage therapist was incredible at making me feel relaxed and making sure she rubbed off all my knots. I wish it would have never ended. She was so friendly as well! I waited around until my scrub appt so I went to the movie room and watched Netflix meanwhile. I forgot to take my bathing suit so I didn't get to enjoy rest of the amenities (jacuzzi, sauna, and tubs) but I still enjoyed my time. For my scrub, I laid on a flat looking tub. I was soaked with water and then she scrubbed my body with an orange vanilla scrub and then rinsed it off. My skin turned out immensely soft!! I loved it!! A few months ago I came for the first time and got the Hot Stone Massage, it was amazing. I wish I remembered the masseuses name, she really did a great job. I left that session on another level. Last night I went again and this time tried the Land & Sea massage - eh. I left feeling relaxed but out of the two, I'll choose the Hot Stone Massage again. The Hot Stone massage really focused on my pressure points and releasing tension, their were moments when it hurt but it hurt so good! Because I knew the masseuse was releasing those knots. The day after that first massage I was relaxed all day, nothing could stress me out, I felt almost (what I imagine being) hypnotized. Last nights Land & Sea massage was a soft pressure, relaxing massage. Lizeth was my masseuse, she was professional and kind. I plan on scheduling a facial so my reviews will be updated as I try new services they offer. The Spa itself is clean and has a relaxing ambiance, which you would expect. Men and Woman's sides which include cold plunge spa, hot jacuzzi, steam room, sauna, lockers, theatre, etc. They offer day spa privileges - I want to do that for my birthday in August. On both of my visits the check in process was quick and painless, there was a receptionist at the front desk when I arrived. Afterwards however, on both occasions, I waited over 15 minutes to pay. No one was at the front desk and I couldn't find a staff member to help me, so I had to stand there and wait to pay before I could leave. I wouldn't care except on each occasion I had other obligations to get to afterwards. Since my check out experience was the same on each occasion I will now give myself more time knowing that I may be standing around waiting to check-out and pay. It'd be nice if they could invest in a Self-Check Out Kiosk that way customers wouldn't have to wait to leave once their session is over since the front desk staff may be elsewhere assisting other guests within the locker rooms or whatever. read more

I have a love and hate relationship with this spa lol...they amaze me and then seriously disappoint me but since they are so close to my house I go back in hopes it will be as amazing as the first time I went. I called in on Saturday afternoon to see if they had a time slot for a couples massage and they surprisingly did!! At 10:15 at night... for me it's perfect since I am mother to twin boys and also works unpredictable hours. Went home to make dinner and pick up my husband and surprised him with a nice relaxing end to our day! I got a great massage therapist names Ruby and she was amazing! Will be booking her soon! Thank you for a wonderful evening! On a quick side note I have noticed (and so did other girls that spoke about it in the locker area) that the massage therapists are always changing, which may give you an insight of how well a staff is being treated. My friend told me about Meridian Spa and it sounded like hidden gem! Well, let me tell you for the price it truly was just that. I reserved the theater room and hosted a day for a group of ladies in my life to rest and relax. I was allowed to bring a table, food and drinks. The staff was attentive and friendly. They checked on us often to make sure we didn't need anything. They were more than willing to take pictures on request it was great. Once everyone was relaxed and enjoying themselves, I asked them to be part of my wedding! I honestly couldn't have picked a better place to do this. Great experience. Clean facility, serene atmosphere and I loved the set up. Easy to use lockers, staff provided a tour of the facility. It was awesome. As you arrive you are led into the locker rooms, you are assigned a locker which includes some sandals and a robe. (Chanclas are a bit funky looking so you can take your own if you want to take pics) As you wait for your masseuse (they look for you) you can enjoy the theater room; you will find some large body hugging white couches and a huge screen with YouTube/Pandora access (Sorta felt like this room could have been a part of the movie Scarface, or something..... felt very Miami Vice in there) ... Music of your taste to play as loud as you want, or the relaxation room. Sexy looking rest beds to lay out in peace. I was taken care of by a gal by the name of "A" or "Ey" I am not really comfortable with people too close to me, my face let alone massage me. I get this weird nervous maybe shy feeling? I was a bit tense, but as she massaged my face and most of me I was able to enjoy it and be at ease. Your masseuse will focus on key areas of your choice. They are really good about making sure you are comfortable through out the whole process. This place is a great place to come alone or with your girls. I stayed for a few hrs and enjoyed the Jacuzzi, steam room and took a milk bath ( nothing too special but a fun try) lounged in the theater room, then ended the day in the relaxation room. (I told my mom I took a bath in leche and she thought I was a loca. Like a typical Latina mom she said; "los ninos en Africa no tienen leche para tomar, mira nomas" ) Internet connectivity is poor there, but in reality you are there to relax so it is ok? Treat yourself to a day of serenity! If you do not want to get a facial or massage you can always get a day pass to enjoy the facility. Order wine and other alcoholic beverages. I saw Michelle T heap praises on this place on one YT thread and since I pass by Commerce Casino a million times a week, I thought why not? And honestly, I got tired of getting those $30 butt squeezes from the foot spa places. There's a lot of parking space towards the back but I opted for valet because I thought they'd have the option for car cleaning at night. They don't. But since I was already there, I jumped out in my chanclas, shorts and t-shirt. Props to everyone, from the valet to the concierge who assisted me to the ladies at the spa for treating me well and with respect in spite of how I was dressed. I know there are dress codes in certain places but people should still be treated with respect even if being turned away. Note: I WAS NOT TURNED AWAY. Whew! I was given a tour of the place before we started with the massage. It looked deserted but who's complaining! The spa looked very clean and well kept. I love the staircase overlooking the lounge area. You do have to go up a floor to the massage rooms. They have a theater room if you feel like watching a movie or your favorite show, Jacuzzi and sauna rooms, shower area, bath area, and a... mmm... a separate room for those who want to sleep or read a book. My masseuse was "A." I'm sure it's spelled differently but when I asked her to repeat her name when I didn't get it the first time she said, ".. like the letter A." I'm sticking to that then. She was very nice and accommodating. My back and shoulders give me the worst problems so I asked her to focus on them with moderate to high pressure. She totally nailed it. The massage was a perfect harmony between pleasure and pain. I fell asleep by the time she reached my feet. I woke up after an hour and a half of massage ready to go in their sauna. 15 - 20 minutes of sauna was really nice. It was just me but even if there were others in the room, I wouldn't have noticed them. The steam was thick! Very relaxing. A came back to let me know my milk bath was ready. She led me to the bathtub and I thought, "Water doesn't look milky. Why is it blue?" Of course I didn't say anything because I wanted to look cool and unfazed. The tub could've been filled with Coke or Pepsi and I still wouldn't have batted an eyelash. WARNING: *If you have heart disease, high blood pressure, or diabetes you should check with your doctor before using a hot tub. I don't have any heart disease, HBP or diabetes (well, none that I know of) but guess what? My heart rate sky rocketed and I started getting a little headache. I tried to lower the water temperature but my HR stayed high. I got out not long after. Be very aware of your body, people. I ordered champagne but after about 10 minutes I was told it'll take 20 more minutes to get the drink. I went back to the front desk and asked if I could have a beer instead. I was very serious about getting my relaxing Friday night. Unfortunately, getting a beer will take the same amount of time. I guess they were very busy. Overall, I give it 5 stars because I liked the service and place. This is a perfect place to hang out if you have a whole day to while away. Just bring a book or watch a movie while you enjoy a couple of drinks. Don't forget to bring a swimsuit if you want to go into the Jacuzzi. Meridian is definitely a diamond in the rough. You would never guess this oasis is in the middle of Commerce right off the freeway. I had my reservations seeing as it's in the casino (rather the hotel attached to the casino) in an industrial area, but I love it here! For the price, you can't get a better value. I had the best spa day with my girlfriends! The whole spa is clean and nicely decorated. The whole place flows together well from the lobby, to the locker room, to the massage rooms. They have all the amenities that you could want: HOT TUB, COLD TUB, SAUNA, STEAM ROOM. They have private showers with overhead, face level, chest level, and handheld spray options. There's also a QUIET ROOM and the rare MOVIE ROOM where you can relax and watch Netflix. The special touch I really enjoyed was the ICED FACE TOWELS infused with aromatherapy. They were perfect after being in the hot steam room. They also have soaking tubs they'll set up for you for a nominal fee ($10 for 30 minutes.) I had an hour long massage with Aricelli and she did a wonderful job. She LOOSENED THE KNOTS IN MY NECK, BACK, AND SHOULDERS WITHOUT KILLING ME. She was very thorough. I felt sooooo good! I had a Travelzoo voucher for an hour massage plus an hour facial. However, the week before my appointment, I had a really bad reaction on my face from a new product I tried. I was worried to put anything else on my face, since I had a special occasion coming up. The manager of the spa was kind enough to let me split my services into two separate appointments, so that I could have my facial on a later date.That's good customer service, they were well within their rights to refuse. The person who booked my appointment and the person who checked us out were very nice as well. I have a just a couple of suggestions that would make this place perfect. -The hot tub whirlpool should be hotter. -The steam room was far too hot. They usually go off for a while and then stop, this one just kept going. -The person who checked us in could have been more pleasant. Ultimately, the facility is almost as great as BW, but at less than half the price (regular 1 hour massage price is $64) it's the best! I'm a fan and I'll definitely be back. P.S. Meridian day spa is definitely a hidden gem! My bestie and I went here last weekend and enjoyed it much more than we'd expected. My hubby used to work in the casino and had told me about this day spa before. So we gave it a try and we were very happy we did!!! Everything was so clean, pretty and mostly clean!! The receptionist was nice she helped us check in quickly. They have different packages and we went with the $98 package it came with cranial, 75 min meridian massage and reflexology massage. Let's just say this was by far the best massage I had in a while. My masseuse Araceli ( possibly misspelled her name) she was fantastic she did such an amazing job taking out my knots and kinks on my shoulders and back. I'm planning to come back again. You can also request to do a couple massage with your BFF. That's what we did. It's so good to know I don't have to drive out to Temecula (glen ivy) when there's Meridian Day Spa right here in Commerce. Make sure to bring a swimsuit as you can use their amenities after you get your massages. The ONLY downfall of this place is that there is only 1 restroom in the woman's section of the day spa. We didn't see any other restroom but the 1 by the woman's locker area. Luckily, we had the day spa to ourselves there were only a couple of other guest there so using the restroom wasn't such an issue. If you are gambling or staying at the Commerce Casino, Meridian Day Spa is a great way to enjoy a day of relaxation. I found their rates to be quite reasonable. It is located on the second floor of the Commerce Casino. There is a receptionist at the front desk who greets you and checks you in. It is advised that you arrive early so you can change into your robe. They recommend at least 15 minutes. When you check in, they give you a key which unlocks one of the lockers. In the locker awaits your robe and sandals. There is an attendant in the locker as well which was a surprise. Anyhow, you get into the robe and sandals and wait for your masseuse or facial. I had the massage, so my masseuse escorted me into one of the private massage rooms. I had a wonderful massage and honestly wish it was longer than 60 minutes. I think next time, I'll get a longer massage. Anyhow, you can also enjoy the amenities in the locker area: sauna, jacuzzi, etc. Your services include a 4 hour period to enjoy the amenities. I would definitely come back here if I am in the area. They are really busy during the weekends so make your appointment in advance. read more

Let me clarify the negative review I am posting for this location. I've been here a few times now and have not but good experiences. It's a clean and peaceful day spa. My friend and I go often to steam and relax in the Jacuzzi. Once in a while we get a massage and again good experiences. However, this last time I went I did not have a good experience. The staff did not provide good customer service. My issue was with the front desk staff and manager. The Front desk attendant on duty that night (on 3/14/18) was rude. She even threatened to charge my card simply because I said I was going to pay using my Groupon and will not leave until this was resolved. Who does this? Extremely rude and in poor taste. That aside my problem was that I was denied the use of my Groupon for services booked. I was told, belatedly, that I could not use my expired Groupon from a couple years ago at the time of check in out. I had not been told I could not use the Groupon when I booked my appointment. I had told them at that time that that was my intention. I was never told I couldn't. I am a new mom and I do not have much time or money to get massages etc. So I had planned on using the cash value of my expired Groupon which as $79 to apply it for the special deal of $95 (combo 1 hr massage/facial). Great deal and plan right? Wrong. I had originally bought the deal for their last promotion and after purchasing said Groupon I was denied services by staff because they were all booked up. How does that happen? How do you create a promotion you cannot honor? I was then stuck with the Groupon because I could not get a refund from them and the spa would not book me for the promotion. Any other company would have accommodated you and extended the service for the next available time to honor their special and my purchase. But not this company. So back to the present, I was denied by the manager the use of this said Groupon because you cannot use a coupon on a coupon. But this is NOT a coupon. ABSOLUTELY no discount or sale is on the Groupon. It was bought for a promotion that never happened so what you are left with is just the cash value. Just straight cash. NOT A COUPON. Meridian Spa, please educate your staff on this and fix this issue within your system. The fact that I was treated rudely and swindled out of my money by being forced to pay AGAIN for the services originally booked as a combo. Twice now. With no deal leaves a bad taste in my mouth. So the voice on the phone (because why have a manager on the site right) offered me a 10% off the 2nd service after using My Groupon to pay for 1 service and was forced to pay the 2nd one at full price. 10% off is taxes. How is this a discount? I agreed so I can finally use my hard earned money but it should not have gone down this way. I left tips for the staff that provided my services because I enjoyed my massage and facial. I wouldn't deny them their well-earned tips. But I did not leave happy. My afterglow was marred by a business that does not know how to treat their customers. A shame too. I liked this place. read more

I've been here twice. Once with 2 other friends and once by myself. When I came by myself I just went in for my massage and left. But when I went with my friends we enjoyed the jacuzzi the sauna and the small (super small pool) can't remember what it was called but it's super cold. It also has a theatre space but we didn't use that as we preferred to be in the water. Every hour one of us was called and we all LOVED our one hour massages. We had such a good relaxing time. My second time I went alone and didn't stay the four hours but once again the one hour massage was amazing. I can't remember the girls name. I think it was Aylin? AmaZing and was very nice. I visited this spa for the first time last Saturday. We were a party of four celebrating by mother's birthday and honestly, we had a lovely time. Yes, it's not a "high end" spa, but it still offers the same great amenities and services. I got a one-hour massage (not 50 minutes like most spas) and it was awesome! Araceli was wonderful and I really enjoyed the treatment. My sister got a facial and she loved it too. None of the staff were rude to us; in fact, the woman at the front desk was helpful, polite and very professional. Prices can't be beat for the services received. I will definitely be going back! The only downside is that there is no pool and spa guests do not have access to the hotel pool. I wish they would work something out with the hotel so that spa guests could access the pool, specially during summer months. read more

This Spa is almost wonderful. The only thing I didn't like was the one sized robes. If you are a size 14/16 and up the ro es do not wrap all the way around. My robe exposed my crotch area. I asked the front desk for a larger robe and was told there weren't any. So strange that there isn't accommodation's for plus size women. I had to wrap a towel around my waste so as to not be exposed. The jacuzzi was a little on the hot side, but other than that this place is awesome. read more

I have been to many spas in my time and I must say that Meridian was surprisingly amazing for me. Even better than "high end" spas I've been to. I booked a facial and couples massage 2 days in advance for my birthday. The receptionist was very friendly & professional over the phone & helped me book appointments at perfect times for my schedule. DAY OF: When I arrived, I was told that I would be able to enjoy the spa amenities up to 4hrs after my appointments. This was really great, as all I wanted for my birthday was to R E L A X & be at peace. The women's area of the spa was pretty clean & simple. Locker system was really easy to use. The jacuzzi was nice to relax in while waiting for my appointments. There's also a theater room (where I ended up taking a nap) with nexflix and hulu and other TV options, but nothing seemed to be up and running. Wasn't a big deal but would have been nice to watch something. SERVICES: My first appointment was for a 1hr Meridian Facial Fusion. I have to be honest and say that this was pry one of the BEST facials I have received so far in my life. & none of the products used felt like it was burning or tingling on certain areas of my face as others have. I'm really considering going every other month to get a facial from here. My second appointment was just as amazing. My BF & I had a very much needed 1hr couples massage & we both enjoyed it. My CMT was able to cater to my body's needs and was not afraid to use pressure on certain areas when needed (as others have since I'm a small gal). As a CMT myself, I absolutely appreciate this vs. having to pick & choose between booking a "Swedish" or "Deep Tissue" massage. I felt so relaxed and comfortable the entire time. If i could give 0 stars i would. My husband had planned a couples message and went in to book. He spoke with some one in person to ask about the couple massage and to get info. He liked it so he booked for the following day at 2 pm. The next day, which was the day of our massage, they called him at 12 stating that no one is there for our massages and no one had been there all morning. I brought my mom here to celebrate her birthday. We were the first appointment of the day therefore we did not wait too long before they called one of us. Upon arrival we signed in we were given our bad with robe and sandals and were directed to the locker rooms. The spa area was clean and everything was put in its place. Entering the Jacuzzi area, a got the smell of chlorine which is always good in my book because that means it's being disinfected. Since it was my mom's birthday I let her go first. I was a little intimidated that she would not like it or the masseuse wouldn't provide her with the best customer services. It was the total opposite! I wish I could remember the masseuses name but she was awesome. My mom came back so happy and satisfied with her message. It was my turn, and again she was so good to me. She kept me engage at first since I can be a little ticklish and her calming voice allowed me to relax and not think so much that her hands would tickle my back. We had such a good experience and we cannot wait to be back. The spa consists of a sauna, steam room and a cold and hot Jacuzzi. There is also a Movie theater a sleep/ reading room and the private scrub and soaking rooms. It was not at all busy and mom and I had the place to ourselves. The minus one star is due to the experience I had booking. When I called I requested a couple's message. It was my mom's first time and call me over protective over her but I wanted her to feel comfortable and her knowing I was there she would have. So the young lady that I spoke to stated couple's massages were no longer available. She wasn't very pleasant over the phone so I went ahead and booked online. I got called to verify appointment and get my credit card on file. The gentleman that called me I went ahead and asked him if there were any couples massage and he said they did! I had already planned my day therefore I didn't go with the couple's massage at a later time. That was my only negative experience. read more

I've been here a few times already... this place is a hidden gem inside the Commerce Casino! It is decorated beautifully and is impeccably clean! Service is always on point. I was so happy today when I found that the robes actually fit me (I'm a big girl). I had brought my own this time, but was pleasantly surprised that the one provided in house was just right for me! So I've never been to Burke Williams or any other fancy spa like that, but I have to say this place is nice! It looks exactly as pretty and clean as the pictures on the website. I got the 2 hour massage package which was excellent! It was a full body massage and the masseuse made sure to ask about areas I wanted her to focus on or avoid and the level of pressure I desired. The massage had a very nice flow to it as well. A plus size perspective: I am a size 18/20 and the only downside here was that for us bigger girls the facility itself is a little less accommodating. The staff is super nice and I didn't feel uncomfortable with them at all, but unfortunately the only thing that kept my massage from being 100% perfect was the fact that the massage tables are quite small. I didn't have enough room to lay my arms beside me which made it hard to get comfortable. Also they only have standard size robes so I strongly suggest you bring your own. Update: the massage beds upstairs are much more roomy then the ones downstairs. Not sure if there's a way to request that, but I'm sure they'd be accommodating as they are with everything else. Second time around I got an hour massage and a 30 minute facial, massage was awesome once again and the facial was great, even though it didn't come with extractions since it was a shorter timeframe. Still really think this is a hidden gem. The only complaint I have is that the chlorine in the spa and mini pool is so incredibly strong... Had to shampoo my hair out twice in one day in order to get the smell completely out. read more

We decided to do something spontaneous this Memorial Day weekend. We called in and they advice us that we can do a walk-in. So we drove out here only to be attended by a woman who didn't greet us. Didn't assist us in anyway and was rude. Said she just booked 3 other messages and there was no availability. So I called for a spa appointment and told them I have a card with an update. Patsy front desk told me that she's not going to honor the card because their system says I've been there only 4x that I needed 5 so that on my 6th I can get an upgrade. What's the point of giving a punched out card when they're not going to honor this?!? And mind you it's their staff who did this and not me!! I'm not the one to complain much but this establishment is down right cheating. I won't be coming here again as they have incompetent staff. read more

What a hidden gem this spa was, tucked away in the hotel attached to the Commerce Casino. I brought one of my friends here as a bridal gift and we had the most relaxing time. The staff was very accommodating and communicative from start to finish. The facilities were beautiful, spacious and clean, prices were hard to beat (spa facilities included with any service), and the amenities were great! We were able to wear our bikinis in the jacuzzi and saunas, which is nice for those who don't like to fully undress (which is required at many Korean spas in the city). Our masseuses were amazing. The steam room was down unfortunately, but we had a great time regardless. We'll definitely be back. read more
