That said they were very nice when I took my car in and dropped it off. Asked how long it would take and they said two hours. I went home and then a friend and I went to lunch in Puyallup, went to a park, went to Starbucks and four hours later the car still wasn't done. That's a lot of difference in time. Aside from that little glitch, the work was professional, and there were no fingerprints or dirty spots in the car and I know they had to recalibrate the camera. The outer pane on both windows were broken by a pellet/bb gun on the street side of my house. Received estimates from a few vendors. Liberty had the best price. I also ended up getting faux wood blinds installed as well. Installer was professional and removed the broken glass and installed the new glass. The new glass seemed to be of higher quality than the original glass and it looked great. Blinds looked great as well. Will look them up again if the need arises!

I understand the company disagrees with my review, but I was disappointed by the tone of their response and the implied pressure to remove it. Being told they would publicly respond and report the review to Yelp and Google if I didn't remove it felt unnecessarily aggressive and intimidating. Also in response to their comments below Thank you for confirming the exact root of the problem: you looked at a three-pane window, saw that only the middle section was currently foggy, and assumed I only wanted that single section replaced. As a professional window company, it was your responsibility to clearly state: "We see only the middle pane is failing, so this quote is strictly for one pane of glass, not the entire window unit you asked for." You didn't do that. You just wrote "1 glass replacement" on a quote for a "window replacement" request and expected a regular homeowner to know the technical difference. The fact remains: I asked for a window replacement. I provided a photo of the entire window. Other companies looked at the exact same information and managed to quote the entire three-pane unit for a price comparable to what you charged me for just the middle section. You can keep calling a customer's genuine financial frustration "deceptive" to protect your online rating, but your own responses show a complete lack of accountability. You made an assumption, failed to communicate it clearly upfront, and I had to pay the premium for it. Prospective clients can read this back-and-forth and decide for themselves if they want to risk dealing with a company that hides behind ambiguous quote terminology instead of practicing transparent communication. Unfortunately, due to some miscommunication during the quoting process, only the middle section was replaced. However, even with the discount, the final price still ends up being significantly more expensive than competitors. Had everything been communicated more clearly upfront, I likely would have chosen a different company. The biggest issue for me was the lack of clarity during the quoting process. It felt misleading to realize afterward that the quote only covered one section instead of the full window I thought we had discussed. That said, I do want to give credit to the installation crew because they were excellent. They were respectful, worked quickly, kept everything clean, and did quality work. My frustration is mainly with the communication and quoting side of the experience, not the installers themselves.
