This was our first visit to this location and we couldn't have been happier with the whole experience. I made his appointment online which was very quick and easy. He received confirmation emails & texts the day before and the morning of his appointment. They have an online check in system so you can wait in the comfort of your car until they're ready for you. We arrived early, he checked in, and they had him in and out in no time. The two ladies he dealt with were extremely nice. We were done and headed home before his scheduled appointment time! The next time either of us needs to go to a facility other than our physicians office this will be our go-to place! Exceptional!

For someone who is continuously at the doctors office, it would be ideal to have a pleasant experience. At this lab the front desk staff can be unpleasantly short with you. The phlebotomists usually make up for it but today the one I had in particular was moving too quick for my comfort and her stick was rushed and painful. Considering i've been doing this my entire life I can tolerate getting it done but this visit was enough to make me want to speak up and advise people to find somewhere else to go. If you're in a rush then by all means; this place will rush right along with you. If you want a place that treats you like a person, go somewhere else.

I have never had a bad experience with Dr. Morris and he was always ready to give me a referral to a specialist when needed without any problems or delays. Dr. Morris always took the time to listen to what ever problems you were having medically and if he didn't know the answer, he would find it out for you. I loved it when it was just "Berkeley Family Medicine " as they were a full service doctors office ie... doing blood and lab work at their practice along with immunizations right in the office. I would have given a 5 star review except for the fact that when they changed to "Valley Health Berkeley Family Medicine" they quit doing blood and lab work and shortened their office hours by three (3) hours each day and are no longer open on Saturday. They also no longer give immunizations. The front desk staff are wonderful as they have always been. My new Dr. Nicols, Who took over for Dr. Morris when he retired had some mighty big shoes to fill and is doing a very good job in my opinion. The Physian Assistants are very knowledgeable and take a lot of time to get to know you and your medical complaint of the day. The nurses take time also to get to know you and they are all very friendly. Overall, I would definitely recommend this doctors office to someone looking for a family doctor.

The lady that suddenly said No that is incorrect calls her self the team director, the 2 years I have been in and out of that place I have never seen that woman in my life. She continues to say the bottom date is the date I get my blood drawn in 12 months when it clearly states good until. She clearly has no idea what a standing is she needs to be retrained in her position and an attitude adjustment as well. The worst experience I have had there yet.
