So, where to begin its been such a journey, and I am almost threw it. I owe so much to Dr. Weinbrenner and his amazing staff from Mrs. Shelia and the front desk staff to the assistants, Mrs Cindy and Mrs Misti, who have been there beside me threwout this whole process. First, let me say my case was pretty bad. I had almost retired myself to the fact my teeth would rot out of my head before I would be able to afford real dental care. Listen, do not let that deter you, Mrs Shelia gave me information to Atnea Dental that ended up saving me almost 75% of my procedures. For example: I needed 7 full front top crowns and this was just the beginning. Each crown roughly cost around 1700.00, but with Mrs Shelia and Valley Dental Associates as a whole they helped lead me to this insurance taking the cost down to roughly 700 a piece. I use the word roughly because every case is different and therefore could mean price variations. Im using my case as an example only to show how much they helped me save in my case. Now let's move along. After my 7 crowns I will need my bottoms done and restored. Then upper and lower back partials. I intend to make a progress review at the very end. So far I can absolutely promise you will not regret going to Valley Dental they just gave me my teeth back. I had gone to a school of dentistry back in 2018. I wish I had known then what I know now would have saved myself time, money, and likely a couple teeth. As it were I feel very lucky to be working with such a professional and competent team of people to restore my smile and my confidence. Yesterday I held my hand up infront if my mouth, and then I remembered I didn't have to anymore. It had become muscle memory to hide my teeth. Also, I had lost so much weight because my teeth were crumbling. Valley Dental Associates took what I thought impossible and made it possible. I was explained every step, a part of every decision, nothing happened unless I was 100% comfortable and on board. Another thing I appreciated is the kindness and how the whole staff would back each patient as a team. They all came in to see the finished results and see all our hard work together. 11 year old son's front tooth got broken while playing in snow today. He is missing half of his front tooth and the root is hanging out. Called our dentist's office and the response was, "it can wait until tomorrow." Sorry doc, can't let my son be in pain--sorry you think that is ok. It sounds like it is time for our family to find another dentist. read more

I would not recommend this office to anyone. Please do yourself a favor and save yourself the time and agony of frustration and go elsewhere!!!! We were quoted one price for two veneers for our 12-yo daughter of $1200 and then the day they put them on we were quoted another price $2160. This number was never mentioned to us. Then after discussing it with the office and owner, Dr. Weinbrenner, we were told that he would be willing to take payments for the remainder but he would NOT write any of the remainder off. I told them to cancel our future appointments as we will be going elsewhere. Can find better somewhere else. Poor bedside manner here too. Do not trust this office and get everything in writing if you do go here. Big mistake going here. read more

My son worked for this company for one day before he got unjustly let go! He went in on his first day suffering from food poisoning! He had been vomiting for 48 hours unable to sleep, and extremely ill, but wanted to show his commitment to the job! This company fired him due to being ill at work! After being fired, his condition began to worsen! He was unable to form coherent sentences, sweating profusely, and drifting in and out of consciousness. We had to rush him to the hospital! Due to his condition, his blood sugar dropped drastically, and he suffered a transient ischemic attack! I'm sending this message while my only son rest in the hospital bed next to me! While I'm grateful he's expected to make a full recovery, I'm dreading the moment I have to remind him he was let go from his job! As if he's not suffered enough! Our family is devastated! read more

Went for check-up and x-rays. Did 14 x-rays using the bite films. I was having difficulty with them. Halfway through, the hygienist informed me I was having so much trouble due a low palette and stated they have a machine that goes around your head and takes one x-ray without having to put anything in your mouth. She said she would go check to see if the dentist would okay her doing that rather than continue with the bite films. Apparently, he said no because she returned and finished with the bite films while I gagged on all of them. So correct me if I'm wrong - but a facility has a quick, comfortable way of doing a procedure, but yet they choose to make you endure a long, uncomfortable experience yielding the same results? Being in the health care field myself, I would never make something more uncomfortable than it has to be. I was already extremely upset before I even met the dentist - a young, arrogant one with no bedside manner. I listened to all the procedures he told me I needed to have done and I left knowing I was never going to step foot in there again. When they made the x-rays as uncomfortable as humanly possible, no way was I ever going to trust them to any other procedures. I had to go back to sign a release to have the x-rays transferred to another facility. When I called to ask, they said the would e-mail them to the other dentist. However, when I arrived, the unpleasant receptionist charged me $15 to get a paper copy of my x-rays which consisted of ONE sheet of low-resolution images of my x-rays, each less than 1" in size. Not sure how helpful this will be when I go to another dentist. I would not recommend this facility to anyone. read more

I've always had a good experience here. My appts are for general cleaning and maintenance. Once I had to have an old cavity taken out and re-filled, and that appt. went very well. I've never had an emergency situation so I can't report on that type of thing. read more

I come here for all of my dental needs. They are very friendly and have always been very friendly. The doctors and very helpful, especially Dr. Franklin. She's very receptive to all my questions and gives the best advice for my needs. She will handle all your Orthodontic needs!!! I definitely recommend her. Hygienists and front staff good, but the dentists all have terrible bedside manner and poor communication skills.

I've never reviewed anything before but I feel I need to warn people, if you will, about this office. The doctors are great. Impressed they refer cases out to specialists instead of trying to take on complicated cases. Fast forward from this scenario, I called the office to find out the status of my husband's pre-auth for his crown after his wellness checkup. His procedure was done with a specialist 10 days prior. I was told that they had no idea and that I should call the insurance company. I was confused on how they didn't know and did not follow up on pending cases. I was even more confused that I had to be an advocate for my husband and find out all of this information on my own. I was told I should have received information in the mail. I explained I received nothing, which is why I was calling. It has been 4 weeks and he has not been contacted in regards to starting the process for a crown. He was told 3-4 weeks. Insurance agent confirmed that the office NEVER submitted his claim but they were going to submit it today. The office manager tried to tell me they did and it was in her hands. Tried to tell me the insurance company was trying to manipulate me into thinking otherwise. Stated they will let a claim go up to 7 weeks before looking into it. Because of this, I pulled myself and my family from this practice. I don't know if this is incompetence or laziness, but I do feel trust was immiediatly broken and no longer trust any care from that office. To top it off, the manager made sure to tell me to "have a nice day" before hanging up the phone. They deserve ZERO stars. read more
