    four glasses of cid

Amazing cidery! Was lucky enough to stop by here while on a road trip. Hours are a bit limited as they arent open around lunchtime, but it's worth the wait. We happened to catch the end of the Valentine's special which was a strawberries and cream nitro cider. Wish they could can this cider or have it on tap for growlers as it was by favourite hands down. The other ciders are all pretty tasty. I recommend getting a flight to try as many as you can. Service was super friendly and there is free popcorn that you can help yourself to in the corner. Seems like a popular local hangout. Loved the board where you could purchase pints for friends.

Review update! Still awesome! Still Amazing! And, still such nice people that work and play here! Kudos to your Everything Nice, and to your Hopped Cider!

One delicious, accidentally semi spilled, flight of ciders!

On a hot summer day sometimes getting some cold delicious cider is the right way to live. I live right! They have a bunch of quality ciders on tap, different flavors and some randomness. All in all this is a bit of a place you could drive by all day long but is a worthy stopping point. There is a nice little outside patio but enjoying the AC and having a flight or a pint inside is the way to live. I recommend the semi-sweet cider, it hit the spot for sure!

This place is a MUST visit while you're in Boise. Who doesn't want to try the BEST local cider in the state? We stumbled in here by accident after seeing their cider in Trader Joe's. I am so happy we did. When you walk inside you'll see the bar, some tables and some games to play. They had 8 different types of cider to taste. We tried all of them and were not disappointed by any. I am a fan of sweet ciders, so I was a happy camper. Personally, I love buying local, so this place was perfect. There is an article in the bathroom that tells you how Meriwether was started, and it warmed my heart. The bartender was kind, helpful and knowledgeable. We bought a growler for the road and I'm happy we did! I wish I was local so I could visit here more often.

As good as it gets for cider!

I am a huge fan of Meriwether Cider Company! The people are always welcoming and the cider is the best in the valley. The Ginger Root is by far the best in my opinion but everything they make is great! The Sangria made in a collaboration with Potter Wines was amazing as a frozen slushy or in its regular form. Their habanero cider is pretty fantastic as well!! A truly great bunch of people and great ciders!

Really great ciders with a good selection. Super friendly and excited. Open and clean atmosphere. The only issue is $20 to fill a growler. Will definitely be coming back.

    A relaxing Meriwether respit.

Really a remarkable local cider maker. Great facility, local snacks, the occasional upscale food truck. Always a delightful staff. Insane variety with surprising specials. Sunday Cider-Mosa's are WOW.

I am so sad, and know that I will be for quite a long time , so to ease the pain a bit and help me to stay busy and keep my mind off of losing her, my very beautiful friend decided we should go to Peaceful Belly Farm and relax, have some delicious food, be in nature and around positive people with a beautiful ambience. Of course Peaceful Belly delivered as always. We decided to have a gorgeous glass of Viogner, and thought it would be nice to split a few of the dishes to share. We started with the spinach dip bread bowl, with farm, fresh spinach mixed with a three cheese blend served in a Acme sourdough loaf. The dip was so yummy, creamy and heartwarming, and there were so many layers of flavor. It was just the right amount of salty and the texture was wonderful. It was served in an Acme sourdough loaf which is always delicious. They cut up the top portion of the bowl into small pieces so that we could easily dunk the bread into the dip. It was the perfect way to start the meal. I don't think there was much left of that when all was said and done. The second dish that we decided on together was the deviled eggs. They were beautiful, fresh, farm eggs that were nice and cold and the yolks were whipped beautifully with dill and garlic filling. Garnished on top of the eggs they served this insane, brown sugar, caramelized McIntyre bacon. There were some gorgeous, delicate, yellow, edible flower petals on top which took it over the top aesthetically. They were perfect. It was a serving of four and it was just enough for my friend and I. Last but not least, we had a dish made from homemade chorizo from the James Beard nominated Chef, Dan Ansot of Ansot's Basque restaurant in downtown Boise. It was phenomenal. Made with warm saffron stew that had carrots and sweet pepper, onion and garlic on a creamy polenta base topped with his Basque chorizo and grilling cheese (which is one of my favorite cheeses ever!) It was spicy and so complex. We really enjoyed this dish tremendously. Our server Kayla was wonderful. She checked up on us often, but not too often to make sure that we were enjoying everything and asked if we wanted more wine. The dishes came out in a timely manner and we enjoyed ourselves tremendously. The atmosphere is gorgeous set in an open space full of greenery and flowers and food growing all about the property, not to mention all of the gorgeous black and white sheep that are grazing peacefully around the restaurant outside. It was a perfect day with a perfect friend with perfect weather and really helped me to set aside the sadness I felt from losing my sweet little fur baby, even if just for a little while. The inside is impeccably clean and a bright open space with plenty of tables. They have a ton of gorgeous dry flowers from all over the property hanging gracefully from the ceiling and they always have fun artwork hanging on the walls. I will always return. They do a good thing for the community and they have a gorgeous space with beautiful food and people. Thank you for helping me through my grief. See you soon!
