They were short handed it appeared but that did not stop Jody from helping me with great customer service. After she sold me the part I would need i proceeded to another establishment that I thought would help me put it in and be on my way. Well that didn't happen, they could not take my car in and was told I needed to use their parts at 3 times the price. Long story short, I went back to Autozone to return the part, when explaining to Jody what was said and the price she on her own started calling auto shops for me that could get me on the road again. She sent me to Jack Furrier and told me who to deal with. This experience could have been very different if not for a very kind and helpful guidance from Jody.
