    This is how badly they scratched our brand new oven.

    Absolutely horrible service. Avoid at all cost. I hired them to do a first-time deep clean of my 1800 sq. ft. 4 bedroom house (which ended up taking them more than 5 hours and costed me nearly $700). But that wasn't where the problem began. After they did their cleaning, I inspected the house, and everything looked good. My wife came home and thought everything looked good too... until she saw the oven. The stainless steel panel was completely scratched up. We know they did it because it was a brand new oven and we never scrubbed it. Also, it was very obvious. When I called to complain, they said their team said it was already there and that they've been doing it for a long time and they know what they're doing. Didn't even stop to consider my side of the story or the possibility their team could've made a mistake. What's most disappointing is that I even asked them what they would do if they damaged something before agreeing to the service and they assured me they were insured. What they didn't say is that they don't have the customers' interest in mind should that unfortunate event happens. Completely unprofessional and untrustworthy. Do not use.

    Master bath after cleaning.

    Andrew, Your employees were not telling you the entire story. For the first two hours I was in my office, then came out to see where they were in the process...still in the master bedroom and bath. Please let me know dates and times of your communication after your initial "we'll get back to you...?" I have no emails, missed calls, voicemails or text messages. Amanda

    Do not book for a deep cleaning- they will not deep clean. We had the same experience that so many people here had. We booked a Merry Maids service for a deep cleaning of an empty house prior to move in (3 bdrm, 2 bath). Scheduling and organization went smoothly- because the house was empty, we initially booked for three hours and requested they prioritize deep cleaning of the kitchen and bathrooms, then windows and door frames, then, if they had time, the floors. You can see in our contract the note of deep cleaning. Day of, the two ladies who came were very punctual. The service, however was NOT a deep cleaning, it was very superficial, and the maids attempted to leave early once, and then actually did leave early. We showed them the list of prioritization and after about an hour/hour and a half, they said they were finished and were going to go. They thought they were just doing the bathrooms and kitchen- my husband told them that, no, we wanted the whole house deep cleaned, so now that they were done with the areas to prioritize, they could move onto the next. They made it all the way to the floors after a total of 2 hours 45 mins, then they told us they were done and left. I took pictures right after because we paid for a deep cleaning and there was so much not done/dirt and grime left (see pictures- these are just SOME of the pictures I took of areas not cleaned/cleaned poorly). Dirt on the floors, around windows, hair in the shower, residue on the toilets, smudges on glass, literal cobwebs left on things. We called the service right after to see if they could come back or if we could be charged for a regular cleaning instead of deep cleaning, they said that because the maids only had 3 hours, there wasn't enough time to do a deep cleaning, and they could do nothing about it. First of all, that was not called out previously when we were scheduling. Second of all, they left before 3 hours was up, so it seems that they thought they had completed the service early, it's not like they didn't get to things because they ran out of time. Third- we asked them to prioritize the kitchen and 2 bathrooms- those at least should have been deeply cleaned, and they had parts still dirty. The service was not what we paid for and Merry Maids only said they would refund us for the 15 minutes early that the maids left (we haven't received that, yet, but it has only been 4 business days). We paid $400+ dollars for a deep cleaning and we had to clean up after the service. Will not be using again and would not recommend to anyone.

The negative comments except for one, we're all over five years ago. And anyone who has been in their own business can relate to the fact that you learn a lot when you first go into it. You're not the best you can be at the beginning but you evolve which I firmly believe Nicholas has done. I was flooded out of my house and lived elsewhere for 9 months. After construction I came back recently and everything was covered with dust and dirt, including several chandeliers throughout my house. He cleaned all of them beautifully, he deep cleaned my floors, and that's all I wanted him to do at the time. He offered many times to do little things extra for me which I never expected. Nicholas goes out of his way to please his customers. And if something is not quite how you want it, he accepts your input and improves upon whatever it is. He has now done several things around my house and I've never seen anyone clean up after himself as thoroughly as he does. He is compassionate and has empathy for his clients and I can't express enough of my appreciation as to how much he's helped me in unexpected ways. I recommend him fully and ask that you consider the sources of negativity and the years back that they go. He has learned much in his journey and I think he's terrific. There isn't a tool that he doesn't have to address whatever it is your feeling needs. Give him a try and make your input very clear and understood. Nicholas you're the best!

First and foremost the communication between this company's manager was clear and timely and I have no complaints there. He went above and beyond answering all of my questions beforehand in the most respectful manner. Communication along with the professionalism of the website are why I chose this company. There really were no issues until after the cleaning and I did my own inspection only to find that there were SO MANY spots missed and left dirty. Their policy states that their team can come back within 3 days and clean areas that were missed but there were so many and it just felt easier and faster to clean everything myself instead of trying to coordinate another day and time for them to come back and clean things that should've been cleaned the first time around. This was the most annoying part; after a 'deep clean', I spent more time doing my own deep clean. It just defeated the whole purpose of paying for this service. Anyway, I texted the manager the pictures and he offered a $50 discount. This whole experience was just so disappointing and I feel like I wasted money.

    Tried Juanita's house cleaning twice but not worth the poor customer service from Danny the owners…read moreson. Very difficult to make an appointment with him. He says to give him at least a week's notice and will be no problem in scheduling a cleaning. I call more than a week out and I'm always told either: " I'm working on the schedule I'll call you back (then doesn't call back), let me check with my mom Juanita to see if it's ok") Pretty lame way of scheduling. Or eventually gives you a day you didn't request therefore poor understanding of the customer needs. On the first cleaning the ladies that came over broke an automatic toilet. I called Danny to tell him about it but didn't care and all he said was "sorry"! So not worth the average cleaning job. Cannot recommend Juanita's House Cleaning had to find a new cleaning service.

I then sent a follow-up message and never received a response. I find it frustrating when a business invites customers to call but then doesn't answer or return messages. Communication is one of the most basic aspects of customer service and unfortunately my experience ended before I could even book the service. I cannot comment on the quality of their cleaning, but based on my experience, responsiveness and customer communication were disappointing. ***** UPDATE ***** After leaving my initial review regarding lack of response to calls and messages, the service provider did reach out to me directly. During that phone call, the conversation became confrontational. I was told that my review could be reported to the police, which felt like an inappropriate and intimidating response to customer feedback. During the call, I began recording for my own reference, and the call was then disconnected. There were multiple follow-up calls from the same number, and each time the conversation ended shortly after I attempted to record the interaction. I eventually chose to block the number due to the repeated and uncomfortable nature of the contact. Based on this experience, I found the communication to be unprofessional and stressful. Instead of addressing concerns calmly, the interaction escalated in a way that made me uncomfortable. As a result, I will not be using this service and would advise others to carefully consider communication reliability before booking.
