The staff seem like they are either new or do not know what they are doing. I had an appointment last week Monday the 8th, 2025 to get a repair estimate. I took my car in and left it for the day. When I picked it up, they said they would send my insurance and I a copy of the estimate. Neither my insurance nor I received the information. I called to see when I would receive a copy later in the week and they said they would send it again and then the woman who answered scheduled me to come in on the following Monday to drop my car off for repair. The quote was never sent. I showed up on Monday and again they still did not have a quote prepared. I had to get to work so I left the car there and told them they needed to call me and provide the necessary documentation before they start any work on the car. I called my insurance company again and verified that they had not received any quote from the shop. I used Crash Champion's own online system to check the repair status, and their online system did not have a quote either. I called them and asked the gentleman who answered how they were going to proceed with the repair if they have not submitted documentation to my insurance and do not have approval. He said that they had it in the back working on it and he would call me back with the details of the quote. I told him that they had the car last week to do the estimate and today they were supposed to be working on the vehicle, not working up another quote. He assured me that what he meant to say was that they were working on the vehicle. I again asked for a copy of the quote to be sent to me and my insurance company. He said he would get that to me and call me later in the day to update me on the status. That never happened. I called again later and spoke with the woman at the front desk. I asked her when my car would be ready. She told me they were still working up a quote. I again reiterated that they already had the vehicle to do the quote last week and they scheduled this appointment to do the repair. They should not be working up another quote. She back peddled and told me that was what she meant, that they were working on the vehicle and they would reach out with details before the end of the day. I called a few hours later and said I had not received anything still and was getting worried because they close at 5 and I need my car. The gentleman said he would find out and call me back. The shop closed and no one called me back, emailed me, or texted me. I called Crash Champions today and told them to have my car ready, I am sending someone to pick it up, and they are under no circumstances to do anything to the car as I am taking it to another shop to get repaired. I then called my claims representative and told him I was taking the car to another shop. He informed me that Crash Champions still had never submitted documentation for approval of the claim, and he has reached out several times. Crash Champions called me a few minutes later and said that they already had the parts and were ready to do the work. Amazing how they can be responsive once they are losing business. I asked how they ordered parts when they didn't have approval from the insurance company and they never communicated anything to me, or my claims representative. Just FYI, check their ratings on the Better Business Bureau. They had 1 star after 112 reviews. They are also not accredited by the BBB. In addition, I found out that Progressive Insurance will no longer send business to them. That is a huge red flag, and I wish that I had known that and checked their reviews before my insurance company sent me there.

His service is excellent, reliable, and fair. He doesn't try to up sell on things that aren't essential like other car repair (or even other Brakes Plus locations) do. When we have had issues with our family vehicles over the past 3-4 years, Joey always treated us like family and took care of us. We have brought our vehicles here for multiple oil changes, tune ups, and emergency repairs at this location. When Joey had stepped away from this location for a few months in 2025, the service and care was not the same. So many up sales on things that weren't needed. Luckily he came back and the service is better. And all at a reasonable price.

I originally brought my vehicle in because the A/C was intermittently blowing hot air. They diagnosed it as a leaking hose and charged me $612.66 for the replacement, assuring me this would resolve the issue. It didn't. Over the last month, I have had to return to this shop three separate times for the exact same problem. After all that time and money wasted, they are now telling me it will cost an additional $1,200 to actually fix the issue. It is clear that the initial $600 repair was a misdiagnosis on their part. Instead of standing by their work or offering a fair resolution for the failed repair, they are simply asking for more money. I trusted this shop to fix the problem the first time; instead, I'm out $600 with a vehicle that still has no A/C. Avoid this location if you expect honest diagnostics and reliable repairs.

Anthony was quick and efficient and super nice!! When we got to the shop, the shop manager was impressed with how Anthony delivered the car and got it set up for them. Anthony handled all the paperwork and really just made my inconvenient situation much less horrible. They worked directly with my insurance to handle the claim, so I really didn't have to worry about anything (expect paying for new tires).

Rafael really cares about the customer which makes all the difference in the world…read more I am 74 and have been driving my truck since brand new for 36 years. It is highly important to be able to trust your mechanic. I had a suspicion my last mechanic had no respect for me by the miles put on by the test drive. At the next oil change this new mechanic, different outfit, discovered the filter was way newer than the oil. He surmised the oil wasn't changed when the filter was. He did discover a small piece missing that involved the carborater. He told me it didn't affect anything and to just drive it but he said he'd see if he could make the part and come back and put it on. He was a mobile mechanic. I said I wouldn't drive it until he put the piece on. A lot of time went by. Eventually I found out he got sick. I spent hours pouring over reviews. I spent more time talking and texting. I prayed. When Rafael heard my story he came right out 3 hours later. He looked at where the part was missing (turned out it was just a neck to some box that held the air for the carb), went back to his shop, he has a shop too! made the part, came back and put it on. He offered to jumpstart me too for free but I pay for roadside assistance which I never use no need to, so I said I'd wait and get jumped the next day and drive it around an hour to charge up the battery which I did. I prefer to drive when the least amount of people are out because I drive the speed limit and get honked at. I am still overwhelmed I'm not stranded anymore. Priorities are most important. Putting your Creator and Saviour 1st will always be successful and it's a commandment! Remember "Seek ye first?" No matter how busy he is, he takes the time to explain any and all actions. You will not be disappointed. I had read that one negative comment weeks ago and it caused me to bypass this lifesaver outfit for me. His wife explained to the customer that made the claim somewhere else on another site I believe. I had thought he didn't work on carboraters from that negative comment but that was a wrong conclusion on my part. Rafael doesn't mind explaining things.
