Ask for Daniel Wichman--he's the GOAT!…read more Whether I'm working on a project at home or need help with a commercial property, Daniel is always just a phone call away. He's incredibly helpful, kind, & knowledgeable, & he genuinely takes the time to understand your needs. Daniel has a great eye for design & thoughtfully walks you through the best options for your space, making the entire process feel easy & stress-free. He's professional, patient, & has a laid-back, approachable personality that makes every visit enjoyable. If you're stopping by the Chandler Moon Valley Nursery, I highly recommend asking for Daniel. You won't be disappointed!

I am shocked with how many positive reviews…read more I hired Moon Valley Nurseries for professional plant removal because I expected a premium level of service. Unfortunately, that is not what I received. During the removal process, multiple irrigation and sprinkler issues occurred that required several return visits to correct. While Moon Valley ultimately repaired the damage, these were problems that should not have occurred in the first place. The project resulted in weeks of follow-up, repeated appointments, and significant time spent trying to get the work corrected. What was most disappointing was the customer service. Communication was inconsistent, I frequently had to follow up for updates, and I did not feel my concerns were taken seriously. Even after filing a BBB complaint detailing my experience, the response focused only on the fact that repairs were completed and did not address my concerns about the quality of the original workmanship or the overall customer experience. I paid a premium price expecting professional service from start to finish. Instead, I experienced avoidable issues, repeated corrective visits, and a great deal of inconvenience. Although the damage was eventually repaired, I do not believe the quality of the service I received justified the price I paid. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Moon Valley Nurseries.

This nursery is a bit of a drive for me but I really enjoy coming here…read more They have a large selection of plants, tress, etc. Prices are very reasonable, customer service has been a 10/10 every time. Kids always leave happy too with a little dum dum sucker at the end.

Although a bit of a drive from Queen Creek, it was very well worth the effort. I was able to call…read moreand speak with someone who was kind and polite to help make sure I was able to locate my long blue hibiscus I had been searching for. And it wasn't just your ordinary one they had the unique one whose leaves were different and thrives in the very hot climate of AZ! I was also able to locate some Queen Palms that were a great addition to my backyard that they delivered and planted for me. I simply selected the ones I wanted and scheduled the delivery and planting. The only hiccup with my experience was that the post to secure the trees was an added fee at delivery. My only recommendation would be to disclose that at purchase so there's no confusion with the folks doing the delivery and the planting. The planting was $50 per tree which includes all the soil enhancements for planting. I had 3 trees and each added pole/post per tree was an added $15 per tree and what was collected at that point was $200. Somehow that math didn't quite add up --- maybe the gentleman was overheated at that point? Lesson learned at this point but would have been nice to know up front as I had already paid for the delivery fee and the trees and was made aware of the $50 per tree PLANTING fee to be paid at delivery but those posts were sure pricey!

I've been in a few times in the last couple months, the service is always great but today clinched…read morea 5 star worthy review, and as I write this I feel terrible I didn't get the guys name, I went in to look at their in door plant selection, and to maintain objectivity here I will say, selection can be hit or miss (at least it seems in summer) but I have to assume that's partially because of the weather and indoor plants don't mix, but despite the inconsistency with selection quality is always fantastic whoever is taking care of the plants clearly takes pride in what they do and knows what they are doing, I've never seen a pest issue with a single plant I've brought home, their always pruned nicely and well to ensure they look presentable, I'm always confident in the quality, pricing is on par for local nurseries or plant stores but a couple dollars more if you were comparing a big box store but you're absolutely getting that back in the aforementioned plant quality and care which makes that acclimation transition sooooo much better! My feedback there would just be that sometimes there are products missing tags that for someone like me just means I just won't pick up that plant. (There's a smaller sized ficus Audrey I've seen a couple times that I'm just waiting for them to tag ) Anyway, today though I was checking out with my plants and the gentleman attending the register says, that collections really growing, and asks about other purchases we'd made there, and connecting with his own plant experiences, For someone to remember a person whose only been a few times in a decent span of time I give kudos for tha level of service, you can tell that he always give great service but then have a real asset w it someone that just gives that little extra! Keep up the great work guys and gals!

We didn't purchase anything but went to check out the space and thought it was a beautiful nursery…read morewith lots to see. We came to look for planters or pots but didn't realize the price range would be so high ($150-500 per pot). We had a good time walking around but was too expensive, very spacious place with lots to see.
