Yes I've texted him numerous times every time he says Yep, he'll have it to me next week. Yeah you'll have it to me this week. Yes it's coming and it never comes. It never ever comes so. It's just so sad because I did really like him when I met him and I do not have a very good good experiences history with contractors and I thought he was different but of course I think every single person I hire is different right I'm just a complete fool. I do not recommend this company. Maybe if you know you have $150,000 job maybe you'll get better attention I don't know.

Even though they needed to cut two giant holes in the living room ceiling, not a speck of dust was to be seen after. They then ran a line to the nearest outlet in the ceiling while providing careful consideration to the aesthetic appeal of the light placement. The joist didn't go the direction we needed it to, but the team got creative and made it work while looking even nicer than we had originally planned.

I feel like the photos speak for themselves in terms of what he can fix. He was very responsive via text and prompt with when he would arrive for taking measurements or for installing. We are a no shoes household and he noticed that right away on entry and took his shoes off so that he didn't step on our carpet with his shoes. I appreciate his attention to details like that and being respectful. The price was reasonable at 220 to repair this. There's no way I would have been able to get this done myself given the time it took. I will definitely be using Alex as my handyman from here on out.

They came out promptly to get the repairs done and did an excellent job. In addition to the scheduled work, the guys took a look at a couple other issues I had to give me a professional opinion on options, and advised and gave me a quote for some other exterior siding/trim maintenance recommended. I completed a satisfaction survey, emailed management twice, and was promised follow-up calls that never came. As a long-time customer, I expected someone to take ownership of my concerns. That never happened. The technicians I interacted with were professional and courteous, so this review is not about them. It's about the company's lack of responsiveness when a long-term customer raised legitimate concerns. After 15 years, I canceled my maintenance agreement and moved my business elsewhere.
