Each person on the project - Elena the project manager, Juan the site supervisor, Alexa the designer, John the estimator, and especially the lead technician Cornelio was a pleasure to work with. As with any renovation, there are always surprises and hiccups along the way, but the team handled everything professionally, even when I was stressed and occasionally cranky. One thing of particular note was how much the team was willing to work with me when the inevitable surprises came up. There are things that nobody can foresee, which usually results in a change order and extra cost, but then there are those little things where everyone leaves a conversation with a different impression. First, my shower drain had gone from "slow" to "stop" and with company in town I certainly didn't want us all sharing a bathroom. Second, an outside spigot was continuously running and sending my water bill into the triple-digits. After being stood-up by another handyman, James and his crew came out on a snowy night and worked overtime to efficiently correct both problems. They were courteous, communicative, and happy to share a few "pro tips" that we'll employ next time we have a serious bathroom drain clog. We will need to separately patch the hole in the drywall that was required to repair the outside spigot, but that's a small job and worth the effort given the responsiveness and affordability of 007 Handyman.
