Fifteen minutes later I was on my way home. Bike fixed, ready to ride. Dignity intact. The guy's behind the counter were patient, helpful, and understanding. Can't say enough about that part. So, if you're an "I can fix it guy" kind of guy who usually can't , my advice to you is: Don't be a bonehead like me. Just take it to the pros.
