They even took the time to recommend some great local training routes, which was incredibly helpful since I'm not from the area. Fifteen minutes later I was on my way home. Bike fixed, ready to ride. Dignity intact. The guy's behind the counter were patient, helpful, and understanding. Can't say enough about that part.
