I never received the responsibilities required under state statues for a mechanic. I was mocked for voicing my concerns. I never received paperwork, I never received a receipt. And I was returned my vehicle with the entire stereo system ripped out and cut. When approached by police and myself Big Greg refused to make it right and invoke his responsibilities as a shop keeper and instead stonewalled me and asked me for proof. This has turned in a nightmare of epic proportions and all I did was bring my truck in for service. I liked the guy, I though his shop was cool I even offered to bring a gift for the workers as a thank you for their work. If I could offer one piece of unsolicited advice. A man who says his word is bond is oftentimes later found to be a liar. Not always the case but worth noting. Thanks for ruining my arrival in Florida.

Not only did they stop what they were working on to fit me in that afternoon, they diagnosed the problem quickly, got the parts the very next morning and the bus was ready for me by noon the next day. Along with the brakes working very well again, they inspected the whole vehicle to make certain it was worthy for the trip. Filled air pressure in all 6 tires, topped off windshield fluid, added a half quart of synthetic oil in the generator to top that off and fixed the factory radio that Camping World in Tampa told me was dead after they had it 15 months for repairs! These guys aren't an RV repair shop by definition but I won't bring my RV anywhere else after the experience I had with them. My highest recommendation!
