This salon is located in downtown Renton with no private lot so you'll have to find street parking. I was pleasantly greeted upon entering and quickly checked in. I had to wait a little before I was greeted by Denise and was brought upstairs. The room was very private and secure. Denise was super pleasant and easy to talk to. I was getting a Brazilian wax, although the process was already uncomfortable in nature, I felt like the bed I was on made the process just a little more uncomfortable than what I was used to. It felt wobbly. Also, I'm used to laying flat horizontally, but the upper part of the bed was angle at 45 degrees which was weird for me. But, I don't' think they are things I can't get over. Plus, they offer a great deal, on Tuesdays it's only $50 and if you purchase in store for $99 you get three visits! SO, I'll be back. Out of the places I have been to, I haven't seen a deal like that. I would love to try their other services in the future. read more

I love this salon! The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I came to this salon seeking a color correction, for a color job gone wrong which left my hair not only badly damaged but ugly. I just had my first experience with Bianco & Co and I am absolutely livid. A coworker of mine has gone a few times and had a pretty good experience so I decided to buy the groupon and try it out. Well after buying the groupon another coworker of mine tells me of her horror story of going and having the worst experience of her life. Well trying to be fair I decided not to be bias and try it out for myself. Boy was that a huge mistake. I literally was there about an hour ago and I regret it terribly. The facility is nice and clean and the Esteticians/stylists seem pleasant enough but whatever you do DO NOT ALLOW HEATHER TO DO YOUR WAXING. Her conversation was forced and uncomfortable and it was the absolute worse job I've ever had! She was rushed and extremely sloppy, I mean I'm literally trying to scrub this wax from my clitoris. She does not test or attempt to cool the wax which has left me with two fairly sizeable and painful burns on the lips of this area! she also left patches of hair everywhere and left absolutely no shape!I asked for a small strip and received a large patch. I can not begin to describe the discomfort I feel right now and I can't even attempt to fix this botch job because of my burns. Please please do not allow this woman to be any where near that sensitive area I would never want another woman to feel so cheated and uncomfortable. read more

The absolute worst Brazilian wax I've ever had. Ever. By far. It was painful, messy and a substantial amount of unwanted hair was left behind. So basically it was your worst wax nightmare. Having your pubes ripped out with hot wax is obviously an uncomfortable experience but after getting the service done for years, I consider myself somewhat of a veteran. I can usually hold up a convo during my wax without skipping a beat but this time, I just wanted my mommy. The stress of anticipating the pain got me sweating which is where a big part of the mess came from. When it was all over, it looked like I had just gotten real kinky with the Pillsbury Dough boy! There was baby powder, to soak up my aforementioned stress sweat, and strings of wax left on my business and legs and I was left in a room with some mystery gel (aloe maybe?) and a paper towel to handle the major cleanup on aisle vagina myself. Adding insult to almost literal injury is the fact that when I got home and really checked it out, there was a substantial amount of hair left behind near my behind. So much so that I went back to have it taken off because, after all, that is the whole point. That's when it got humiliating. I had to point out the hair that was missed THREE times. Which means yes, I had to sit up on the table, spread eagle and point out the patches that had been missed. I don't know if it was the bad lighting (how much can you really see with just ceiling mounted fluorescents), product or lack of skill but I left again with hair still down there because my skin hurt from being gone over so many times (a total no-no with the soft wax btw) and I figured I could just get it myself at home with my Sally Hansen kit, which I did. Oh! Besides the feeling of my skin being pulled off for no apparent reason, the final straw was the aesthetician saying, and I quote "you are not my favorite client" because my skin and hair color were too close making it hard for her to see. No one else has ever had a problem. It wasn't said maliciously but I thought the comment was in poor taste as I was laying captive, half naked with my legs spread really wide and not in the mood. I usually go to salons that specialize in waxing, meaning that's all they do, and it is a completely different experience (well lit rooms and those girls get out tweezers. Tweezers!) I felt there was an obvious lack of attention to detail and pride in the work. The salon is cute, getting an appointment was easy and the staff was nice but I would not recommend it for the Brazilian. read more

There's not too many things I'm particular about regarding my appearance, my hairs are actually the only things I put any effort into. Like all of us I have had a few terrible haircuts, but I doubt many of you have exploded in the furious rage that I have after receiving one. I was always nervous when trying someone new to cut my hairs. The first time I came here I was nervous but once I started talking with Hailey (who I had met at my work and around town) I was at ease. She is very professional and great at making you feel comfy, and just a rad person! She listened and gave suggestions and together came up with a plan of attack. She did it perfectly! I go back to her when I need a new cut or just the usual. Hailey is the only one that cuts my hair, I'm a creature of habit and she's all around outstanding! That being said, I've seen the same dynamic with other stylists and patrons whilst Hailey works her magic on my many hairs and cowlicks. Everyone here is friendly and professional and the shop is always spotless. All the stations are organized and well kept at all times. I highly recommend Bianco & Co Salon and Spa. I originally found out about this salon via Groupon when purchasing a wax membership. They have amazing deals on waxing! I also do my Brazilian blow outs with Brittney. She's very nice and welcoming and does a wonderful job with my hair. I'm very picky with which salon I go to specially because I have very long hair and sensitive skin. I also commute all the way from Seattle just to come here because its well worth it. Denise is the best for brazilians! I had never had one before coming here and was super nervous but Denise explained everything to me including the different types of wax they use and why and made me feel very comfortable and at ease with the whole process. If you've never had one before, I highly recommend going to Denise! She has limited availability though so keep that in mind but she makes the whole process as quick and as painless as possible. I originally purchased the Groupon for 3 for $99 since this is close and convenient to where I live. The salon will honor that price if you continue purchasing them ahead of time and the price can't be beat! I have to admit I did go searching for better deals and was just curious about how it's done in other salons and I definitely won't go anywhere or to anyone else. I had awful experiences at two other salons and I think that's enough trial and error for down under. Denise really knows what she's doing and has a method to the madness. The salon is super accommodating and Kelsey is great at the front desk. I've had Heather once for a wax because it was last minute and she was nice but did not do as good of a job as Denise. My suggestion would be for Denise to train all of them on her technique because it really makes a difference. If you tell them you're nervous or a newbie, I'm positive they would explain how it works and make you feel as comfortable as humanly possible when it comes to brazilians..:) The only reason this isn't a 5-star review is because I do agree with some of the other reviewers, the room for waxing could be cleaner but I've never had any problems and have seen worse at the other two places I've tried! read more

I just went to Bianco Salon today for a Brazillian wax which I purchased from Groupon. This place is easy to find but the parking is limited. I was greeted by Danielle the receptionist when I walked in and she was very friendly. My esthetician was Denise who was very pleasant through the whole process she made me comfortable and has a quick hand. She doesn't slow down while pulling off the strip or hard wax which made it less painful and fast! I recommend this Salon they also have special offers on Tuesday's and if you come back every 4 weeks for a maintenance wax you get a discounted rate. read more

I'm giving 5 stars to Bianco & Co Salon because of the excellent massage services I'm getting from Wendi Corbeil. I had my first visit with Wendi over a year ago for a one hour full body massage and I've been scheduling a visit every month ever since. I've tried many other places before, but I could never find someone who can do a good and effective deep tissue massage, until I met Wendi. I highly recommend her services if you are looking to feel relaxed, rejuvenated and energized after a massage. I tend to get muscle soreness and muscle tension after my weight training and massage seems to help alleviate the pain. I used to see a chiropractor for my lower back pain and muscle tension, but now I just see Wendi for the deep tissue massage and feel excellent. She is always professional, listens to any concerns I might have about some of the muscle pains and works out the area with any tension problems. I also tried one of the body wrap services she currently offers and I absolutely loved it. My skin felt hydrated and soft after the session, perfect for the dry winter months. I was very disappointed with Haley. I had gone to her and number of times and referred people to her. But one day when I was going through a hard time, I went in for a bang trim, and I asked her to do the other side of my face to even the bangs there. She also cut my bangs much shorter than she ever had when she knows I don't like them short. But I was still nice, I only commented that they were short. As I was leaving she told me that she didn't want to work with me anymore. I asked her why and she said I was too critical.I explained to her that I only ask her to do things so my hair comes out the way I like it. She just grinned. I felt she was rude and I have always tipped her very well. It came out of the blue and it was hurtful. Nobody deserves to be treated that way when they're going somewhere to get a little pampering, especially when they're down. read more

The first time I went to this salon I had an excellent end result but the next time... Well.... not so good. I paid $95 for a partial foil from a technician who is supposedly a Loreal expert and color instructor. You couldn't even tell I had a foil....This was the ABSOLUTELY WORST foil I've ever have had in my life.! To her credit, the 1st time was fantastic and results were very good (althought is wa $220 not $95). So she got the repeat business once, but I can't help but warn people about going more than once now. So disappointing.... read more

I was Heather's guest for the service and she did a considerate, quick and fantastic job. I felt the facilities were clean, comfortable and perfectly suiting a salon & dayspa atmosphere. I started coming here a few months ago when I decided to get extensions put in to give me some length while I was growing out my hair. I was using clip-in extensions before but wanted something a little more "permanent". I came in for a consultation with Britni and she was very thorough and knowledgeable. We went over all the different types of extensions available and which ones were best for my hair type and with what I wanted to accomplish. I had stopped highlighting my hair about a year ago so it also had an ombre appearance to it that she had to work with. She was able to color match my hair perfectly with the extensions and arranged them so that the ombre look was carried out throughout the length of the extensions while still looking completely natural. She did an amazing job putting them in and continues to do so every time I go in for maintenance. I'm extremely picky and particular with my hair and she's always patient and understanding with me and also gives me tips and tricks to help me care for and style my hair. I've gotten so many compliments (on my "hair" and not my "extensions") and I'm really glad that I found this place. I've always been pleased with the service and because of that I have also booked a spray tan for next week. As long as the great service and results continue I'll keep coming here and I'm sure that I'll get more services done in the future as they really do offer a lot! read more

I went in for a wax and it was the most painful and awkward one I ever had. Denise did my full brazilian but i think she hardly did it. I still had some hair which I asked her to go over but it was hardly done the second time. She used the excuse of not having her usual room with magnified mirror. Um hello, I made an appointment a couple of weeks before so I don't see that it should be an issue. It's all in the technique and perhaps position you ask me to get in to get it all. I have had it done in Seattle for $65 for a session but with ease and feel natural and was worth it and they even gave me a sample of a anti ingrown prevention for later usage. I'm not planning to come back even if there's another groupon deal. Also, my skin reacted violently to the products Denise used. I hardly think the aloe gel she put on me afterward ever did anything. I ended up having ingrowns and had the most uncomfortable time. read more

This was only my second time getting a Brazilian, but my first time was not as painful as it was when I got it done by Heather. The room was VERY messy and dirty and the sheet that was on the waxing chair was covered in old wax and looked like it hasn't been washed for weeks. (Gross) I was in pain for the rest of the day and it was even hard to use the restroom comfortably. I told her that the wax was too hot and all she said was "oh okay.." And continued putting it on! This was a week ago, and I now have a scar that is probably NOT normal. I also did not really feel comfortable at all during the whole entire appointment and pretty much the only conversation that stirred up between us was her telling me to buy the 3 waxes for $99 Groupon deal. (Um, definitely NOT). I am never coming here again for a Brazilian and DO NOT recommend it. If I could, I would give 0 stars. read more
