This is a late review, but I came months ago looking to replace TPMS sensors and get new brake pads. I made an appointment with Nick and he was super knowledgeable and honest. I thought I needed all my brake pads replaced (according to the AAA Auto Shop I took it to prior) but Nick physically showed me the back was still good and I'd only need the front replaced. Saved me some money $$$ He told me my tire pressure numbers should pop back up on my dashboard after driving around for a bit, and if it didn't that I could come back in so he could fix it. I did have to end up coming back, but second time was the charm. Came in for a wheel alignment on a Tesla Model X since I'd just suffered a blowout on the highway from alignment wear (a known problem with the Tesla Model X). Great service and very quick to respond to Yelp messages! I originally contacted via Yelp in March and we had an appointment set up but I realized that my car's registration was expired so Nicholas was nice enough to let me reschedule when my car registration came in. Pricing is also very affordable! I went in on Friday April 4th and dropped off my car for 4 brand new tires to be mounted and balanced. In addition, I also paid for alignment. Juan who was the one who worked on my car let me know it would be finished in 45 minutes to 1 hour so I went to The Plant for some tea and shopping while I waited. About an hour later, I went back and my car was finished! I went in and paid cash and Juan also gave me a receipt. I'm a little curious about the alignment because my car still pulls to the right when driving. I also realized I didn't receive an alignment sheet. I think it's also called a Wheel Alignment Report? I'll be reaching out to Nicholas about this but overall, the service was great and they were very quick! read more

I used to come here very often.... but a little too often so I started getting confused as to why my tires kept having issues every single month even though I just got a new set of 4 in January. There's been a lot of construction around San Jose so never really thought about how my tires kept getting punctured but once I started coming every 4-5 weeks for tire pressure issues, I started thinking maybe this shop is the issue. I took it to Calderon down the street when two tires that I got fixed here last time at the same time had tire pressure issues AGAIN. Calderon told me that whoever patched my tire last time ruined one and did not properly seal the other. Don't know if it's related but I found it really weird that the exact spot that Fierros patched last time, got punctured again a few weeks later. The workers here are very nice and hardworking but after this, I'll definitely consider going to the many other options around next time. read more
