I came in with my 2016 Toyota Sienna XLE wanting spacers installed to lift the van 2". We had installed a tow hitch years ago from u-haul and it scraped driveways and speed bumps with anything or anyone seated in the back. I'd been to several other shops who all refused the job (didn't want to do it, didn't have the equipment, etc.) and a friend recommended I check out Wheel&Tire Pros because they are specialists in suspension work. I walked in with spacers in hand, they looked at the van and the spacers and said they could do it, and it was done in a day at a great price. Jay was very pleasant to work with, was very nice and completely answered all my questions. Now y he van rides great. No more scraping! They even did a courtesy check at 1,000 miles after install to make sure the van's suspension wasn't getting stressed with the addition of the spacers. They have comfy chairs in the waiting area and a great display of tires and rims... which now that I can see my tires more, perhaps the van needs an upgrade from the basic tires we've been using ;) read more

Be aware of their predatory pricing. They gave my senior citizen mother a quote of $285 for 2 Delinte - $40 tires. Those things are barely safe in the right conditions to drive on. They were asking a senior citizen for $110 to install each tire hoping she didn't know any better. You will NEVER get a quote that high anywhere else. This is predatory pricing, there is no excuse for this. Go any where else. I got her Falkens that cost over $100 each for $20 less than this quote from right the street. Tires were replaced by my dad when I was out of town and noticed at around 70mph it would shake and get worse trying to approach 75mph+ I figured it was unbalanced tires. Contacted them via 'yelp project' chat and was able to stop by same day. They said said it would take 30-45min to balance all 4 tires and it took an hour total to get my back on the road. There was 1 car ahead of me (15min wait) so their timing checks out for me. They found that my rear tires needed balancing and my front tires had NO TIRE WEIGHTS AT ALL. They got that fixed right away. I took it out for a drive and the shaking disappeared. Smooth as butter. Overall, really satisfied with the service.
