Be aware of their predatory pricing. They gave my senior citizen mother a quote of $285 for 2 Delinte - $40 tires. Those things are barely safe in the right conditions to drive on. They were asking a senior citizen for $110 to install each tire hoping she didn't know any better. You will NEVER get a quote that high anywhere else. This is predatory pricing, there is no excuse for this. Go any where else. I got her Falkens that cost over $100 each for $20 less than this quote from right the street. Tires were replaced by my dad when I was out of town and noticed at around 70mph it would shake and get worse trying to approach 75mph+ I figured it was unbalanced tires. Contacted them via 'yelp project' chat and was able to stop by same day. They said said it would take 30-45min to balance all 4 tires and it took an hour total to get my back on the road. There was 1 car ahead of me (15min wait) so their timing checks out for me. They found that my rear tires needed balancing and my front tires had NO TIRE WEIGHTS AT ALL. They got that fixed right away. I took it out for a drive and the shaking disappeared. Smooth as butter. Overall, really satisfied with the service. Great guy with great customer service. Very polite, transparent, understanding and reliable person. He understood my issue and addressed it appropriately. I had an issue with the TPMS sensor and was also looking for affordable tires for my old Chevy suburban. He helped me up with a great deal. Further my car's remote was also little acting up, so he went above and beyond and cleaned it up for me at no additional cost. I definitely recommend this company for any tire related issues. Although they have limited services, they are doing a great job. They have plans for future expansion of services but may be slowly steadily. I would definitely like to have the oil change services from them, but currently they don't have this service.
