I went back and they told me it was fine, I asked them to check if they were lubricated correctly and the guy said its because the break pads are new. Two months and they sound awful still. They have several tire installation & balancing machines, lots of jacks, & lots of guys working so they can handle 5 or more vehicles at a time. I had to stop by Calderon Tires on a Saturday afternoon after my tire kept reading low. As soon as I arrived, Juan immediately assisted me, instructing me to park my car while he thoroughly checked my tire. Without me even asking, he inspected all four tires and, unfortunately, delivered the bad news--I needed to replace them all. Although this wasn't something I wanted to deal with on a Saturday, it was necessary. After calling around for estimates on the Pirelli tires I needed, I realized Calderon's prices were lower than nearby competitors. I decided to purchase all four tires from them, including mounting, balancing, and an alignment, and I'm glad I did! The service was excellent. They took the time to explain a more affordable tire option compared to what I currently had and completed everything in a timely manner--even though I had no appointment and just walked in. Juan and, I believe, the manager were both incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and handled my car with care. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, with a coffee machine and complimentary water bottles--a nice touch while waiting. Plus, there was a Mexican taco truck on the same premises, which was super convenient if you needed a bite to eat while your car was being serviced. I called stating I wanted my tires looked at because I suspected my tires had something punctured it bc my tire pressure would leak, and if they had time to inspect it. The employee said to come on by, walk ins are welcome. The employees are so efficient, two employees removed the nail that was in my tires and patched my tires all within 30 minutes. I'm very impressed and I would come here again for my tires needs! My total cost of my tire repair was $40 for 2 tires, you can't find a better value than that! read more

The efficiency of this shop is amazing. There were 3-4 people waiting for services and I expected an hour wait. But they had 4-5 techs working and it took them less than 15 minutes from when I pulled up to when I was cleared to leave with a fixed tire. I used to take my old beater truck to them for tires back in the day but my daily picked up a screw. They didn't upsell or play any games. Saw the screw, grabbed a patch and got it fixed for $20. Our Honda CR-V was long overdue for repairs. David had identified the issues over a year ago, but unplanned personal and financial challenges delayed our ability to move forward. The needed work included inner and outer tie rods, a rear control arm, and a wheel alignment. I made an appointment with David the day before and drove an hour and a half to his shop the next day. As soon as we arrived, David and his crew jumped right into the work, replacing the tie rods. During the process, they identified additional issues that needed attention. Based on David's recommendation, we agreed to replace the rear sway bar link and bushing. Sensing that we were financially stretched, David generously waived the labor charges for installing these parts -- something my wife and I truly appreciated. When the parts store quoted a three-hour delivery time (after we had already been there for three hours), David wasn't satisfied with the delay and personally went to pick up the parts himself. Once the parts arrived, his crew hustled to get everything installed. The difference is night and day. Our CR-V now drives like a new car -- no more rattling, better steering control, and no more steering wheel jerking at highway speeds. I can actually hear myself think while driving again. We fully intend to return to Calderon's within the next couple of months for our next project: replacing all four tires. They have a great selection of brands, and I'm leaning toward Michelin or Pirelli. David and the entire Calderon crew do outstanding work. This is my second visit with Calderon's Tires. Both times I've had the tire pressure light turn on. It's always nerve wrecking for me when that happens not knowing how far I could drive (although I did stop and run my hands over the tires to see if an object had punctured it and I did not feel anything). Regardless, it's still nerve wrecking. I called Calderon's to see if I needed an appointment. Calderon's staff answered and quickly replied, no appointment needed, bring your car over (this was Sunday afternoon). I felt relieved and made my way there. The service staff asked what I needed, I told him I have the pressure light turned on, not sure I have a puncture or not. He said no worries, he'll check. He checked the tire pressure for all tires and he said pressures for all tires are consistently low, so no puncture. He filled up my tires and I asked him if he could reset my tire pressure warning. It looked like his manager came out to do that. I asked the cost, the manager said no cost, just spread the word. It totally made my day when another tire repair shop quoted me for $80 diagnostic to "run the error codes" and another $60-$80 for the actual tire repair. I'm glad I said no to the other tire place. Fantastic service - I was quoted thousands of dollars by a national tire company to have to replace all four tires due to a single flat and not only did the pros at Calderon's assure me that wasn't the case, but they repaired my flat for 50 dollars without having to replace it. I went in for 2 new front tires and spoke with the woman at the front desk, who told me she wouldn't sell me only 2 tires and I needed to replace all 4 because my car is AWD even though the rear 2 were like new (lying, sales tactic) which I called her out for, a service advisor then came and confirmed that I can replace the front 2 on their own I then was quoted $400+/each for tires that I had seen online at multiple places for ~$280/each total When I questioned this pricing, she said "that is with install, mount and balance" to where I asked, "how much is the install fee? I had seen online it for much cheaper with install included" to which she told me "the price is just in there, I can't show you the fees" even after I pressed her asking for a complete breakdown of all the fees STAY FAR AWAY, expect upcharging, and shady sales tactics. 0/10 by the way, I went to a different shop and got both 2 replaced for $550 total, for the same tires she quoted me $400+ EACH for. read more

He even brought over some ice cold beverages for me and my wife. Services done extremely quick. Got charged $120 for a TPMS "repair" -- turns out all I needed was air. Took my car in on a Saturday afternoon because the tire pressure warning light was on. They told me a sensor was bad and charged me $120 to replace it. The next morning -- same warning light. So I checked all four tires myself and guess what? All four were underinflated, around 29-30 PSI when the car clearly requires 30+ PSI. I bought my own inflator and gauge, pumped them all to 33 PSI, drove a few miles -- warning light gone. So what did I pay $120 for? If they actually replaced the sensor, why didn't they even bother inflating the tires to spec afterward? Or better yet -- check the pressure before selling me a sensor? Feels like either complete incompetence or a quick way to squeeze money out of someone who came in for a simple fix. Either way -- zero professionalism, no basic diagnostics, and no common sense. I'll never go back, and you probably shouldn't either. read more
