Slightly crunchy, golden brown, and seasoned. Wife enjoyed her breakfast as much as I did mine. The inside is quite large. The front seating area is big, but the back room area is huge. We had communication problems with the person taking our order, and the self-bussing area was overflowing with dirty forks and plates. This is a corporate slop establishment, and Greenville has at least a dozen breakfast spots, especially locally-owned ones, that are miles better than this.
