Absolutely love Kirstin! She is such an amazing stylist who always nails my red color!

So I was having my wedding reception and thought it would be fun to try this place, that boasts pampering and what not, I thought "what a great way to start the day and get my hair washed , a good shine treatment and a blowout for the event!" So I made a 9 am appointment for my reception which started at noon. Plenty of time to go home and get ready afterwards. After I made my appointment they sent me a credit card form to protect *them* in case *I* didn't show up. Funny enough.... I got there and there was one girl behind the counter and one client sitting down at a station. The girl at the counter said to me when I checked in, "ok she'll be here in a bit," so I waited about 20 minutes. Then she says, "sorry there's been a mistake and she's not coming today." I said "WHAT dude I have my wedding reception in a couple of hours!" She says "I dunno you can wait for someone to come in at like 10 or so" and I sat there speechless. Her client then says "OMG I can come back later you can do her now!" And I was about to jump up and hug her but the hair lady didn't even acknowledge what she said, began working on her anyway and told me through the back of her head, "I can probably start you in like 45 ish to an hour." I wanted to cry. What choice did I really have with only a couple hours , scraggly hair, and I still had to do my makeup and change? I sat there pretty much crying to myself and to my husband while we both called any places in and around town to see if anyone could see me like *now* . Then an angel walked out of the back room and asked me if I needed anything and I started explaining my situation and she said "oh my god! I wish I knew about this I could've seen you sooner! I have a client coming in but I can get you started now!" I learned her name is Camille and she was so nice to me and she seemed to care a lot about my experience. As she was blow drying my hair, Her next client came in and she didn't seem too keen to be pushed back. So around 10am a few other stylists started coming in and Camille started asking them for help and she was able to shuffle me off to another woman, Sam, after my hair was clean and dry, who was also extremely nice, and she did my hair very beautifully into some beach waves. Because Camille and Sam were so nice to me and got me done quickly, I give the extra star. Had everything gone as they had promised, I would've gotten the conditioning treatment as well and I probably would've returned. Due to the treatment that the first girl gave me, I give zero stars and definitely told all the women at my reception about it as well. Just to come full circle, the irony of making *me* fill out my cc info beforehand in case *I* don't show is like, major balls. Why aren't they doing their due diligence on their own staff? If you're coming here for a BIG life event and don't want to stress out, I do not recommend. **EDIT:** I see I got a response below. I do not appreciate being lied to. All of the stylists were talking about how the stylist I was scheduled with was of town and that there was a scheduling error. read more

Stephanie was awesome with my daughter who is Autistic. She made our back to school hair cuts so relaxing and a wonderful fun experience!!!

Been with Crystal for several years she always listens to me and does great work. I recommend her for anyone who wants to better their hair.

I just left this salon for my 4th time. I tried out another stylist, Lilly, as the previous stylists I had seen were no longer there. Lilly, although young, is fantastic! She cut and styled my hair exactly how I wanted! It looks beautiful. She took her time with a consult and went over all options. I told her I trusted her opinion and told her to take the reins and I am very happy I did. She also had such a fun, bubbly and wise personality and I so enjoyed spending the hour with her. Don't sleep on the younger stylists! They are fantastic at their workmanship and make you feel like you're talking to a friend. I would like to also add the girl at the front desk was so sweet and accommodating. She made sure to offer me something to drink and made me feel comfortable right away. I always recommend this salon and will definitely be back again! read more

I went to this salon and I didn't satisfy! when I went there before this service I was blonde and when I was leaving I was almost brown bc of the toner she said wash and it will go! I did it and then called them they said come this week we will fix it! they did worse! I paid 330$ plus tip and then I find other salon and they could fix it and I paid them too. so I never recommend read more

My amazing friend Kelly who truly is a force to be reckon with has many talents, and she is truly inspiring human. Works a full-time job, incredible mom, wife and runs a business and became an amazing hairdresser/color correcting genius. She spent her Friday afternoon fixing one of my hair mistakes again!!!! Daniela does a fantastic job at coloring. She can match my color really well to cover my grays. Love the cut as well. Her blow dry is fantastic and lasts a few days! Loved my brows by Arnovich. They look natural, and that is very important to me. I don't like the overdone brow look. He is sooo fun to talk to as well. The whole experience was very relaxing. Overall, a very good experience. I booked an appointment online aug 22nd for the agreed amount of 280$ for full highlights as stated on the booking online. Carla is very sweet but did not give me full highlights as i wanted at all. There was no difference in my hair color. When i went to pay they tried to charge me 450$ for a balayage instead of the agreed 280$. You can imagine my surprise when i was told it was changed to a balayage without me knowing that let alone that there would be a price difference included. Management was very rude. The stylist was no where to be found when there was an issue at the front desk for payment . Be aware! read more

I spent quite a while trying to find the perfect salon/stylist who would be able to achieve what I wanted. After finding out about MeTime Salon and seeing some of Sam's work, I decided to book my appointment. After almost 6 hours in the chair, I walked out with the most STUNNING blonde color that was better than anything I could have imagined. Sam worked tirelessly on my extremely long and full hair (not necessarily thick but there is a LOT of hair LOL). She was so sweet and fun to talk to, along with everyone else in the salon, and the time flew by. I could not be happier with the quality of service and level of perfection that Sam did. As always it was a great experience at Me Too! Carla is a fantastic colorist. It's a friendly atmosphere.

I went for brow wax/dye then later same day for haircut/style. I left after the brows looking like the Dad in Schitt's Creek and after the hairstyling with one side shorter than the other. After the disaster with the brows, I was nervous to go back for the second (hair appointment) later same day but they take your credit card at the time of booking and if you cancel same day they charge you anyway so I had to give it a try. (Where else does that, btw?) And now I have my credit card details sitting with a salon I cannot trust.The brow stylist (Kelly)had nice trim/thin brows herself so I don't know why she gave me two THICK black slugs above my eyes but it was an expensive laugh at $48 including tip. $67 for the haircut (from Brie) that was supposed to be a blunt cut Bob (meaning one straight line across) I could've done better myself with a mirror and some help. The photos speak for themselves. Oh - and the manager stays by the register to take your money. When she writes for other reviewers that she wishes they had said something instead of leaving a bad review... she doesn't mean that. She cares not a jot. I explained I wasn't happy as I left early in the middle of a very unconfident blow dry from an inexperienced stylist and all she said was "Sorry about that," as she swiped my credit card. Almost every hair style looks the same from this salon - long, cut in a line at the bottom with some curling for styling. Ask them to do shorter, thicker hair and it's too much of a challenge. Kudos to Caitlyn for my first visit a while back -- she did a nice job and was the reason for my return, but never again. read more
